Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicine compositions, and in particular relates to a medicinal and edible traditional Chinese medicine composition for reducing blood fat and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Hyperlipidemia is one of the most important pathogenic risk factors in the development of atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease. Because hyperlipidemia generally does not show symptoms, most people cannot pay attention to the hyperlipidemia, and the hyperlipidemia is western medicine or traditional Chinese medicine for reducing the blood lipid, so that the compliance of the administration is poor. The traditional Chinese medicine dosage forms such as powder, pills, granules and the like have larger volume, the dosage of each time is larger, the daily administration times are generally 2-3 times, people generally have difficulty in accepting the taste of the traditional Chinese medicine, and the administration is inconvenient. People generally worry about adverse reactions of western medicines, especially that most people are reluctant to take medicines when hyperlipidemia has no complications. However, if left free, the incidence of atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease due to hyperlipidemia increases. Therefore, the health food with the blood lipid reducing effect has certain application value and market prospect.
Based on the above, the Chinese medicinal materials with homology of medicine and food are used as raw materials, and the safe, effective and dual-purpose Chinese medicinal composition with the blood lipid reducing effect is developed from the dialectical of the traditional Chinese medicine and the modern western medicine theory, so that the rejection psychology of people on the medicines is reduced, and more choices are provided for the early-stage blood lipid regulation and control of patients with hyperlipidemia and the prevention of the occurrence of atherosclerosis cardiovascular diseases.
Traditional Chinese medicine considers that turbid phlegm retention is a common pattern of hyperlipidemia, spleen is a source of phlegm generation, and lung is a reservoir of phlegm. Because of spleen yang deficiency, clear people do not rise, turbid people do not fall, and phlegm dampness is generated, so phlegm dampness is formed.

Detailed Description
Example 1
A medicinal and edible traditional Chinese medicine composition for reducing blood fat comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 9 parts of codonopsis pilosula, 9 parts of astragalus membranaceus, 9 parts of stir-fried bighead atractylodes rhizome, 6 parts of cinnamon, 6 parts of honey-fried licorice root, 12 parts of poria cocos, 12 parts of fructus amomi, 9 parts of semen mesonae, 10 parts of dried orange peel, 10 parts of pollen typhae, 10 parts of stir-fried radish seeds, 12 parts of hawthorn, 9 parts of red yeast rice, 6 parts of fennel and 10 parts of ginger.
The preparation method of the traditional Chinese medicine composition comprises the following steps:
(1) The traditional Chinese medicine composition is uniformly mixed according to the proportion, 3 times of water is added, and the mixture is soaked in cold water for 1 to 2 hours;
(2) Decocting for 40-60 min, and collecting filtrate;
(3) Lyophilizing the filtrate to obtain lyophilized powder of the hypolipidemic Chinese medicinal extract;
(4) The freeze-dried powder of the traditional Chinese medicine extract for reducing blood fat can be prepared into granules, powder, medicinal granules or oral liquid by conventional preparation technology.
Example 2
The freeze-dried powder of the traditional Chinese medicine extract prepared in the example 1 is added with water to prepare a solution for animal test, and the test method is as follows:
SPF-grade (180+ -10 g) male SD rats were randomly divided into a control group, a model group, a simvastatin group, a low dose group, a medium dose group, and a high dose group, 10 animals each, based on TC levels, after 1 week of adaptive feeding.
The control group rats are fed with common feed, the model group and the administration group rats are fed with high-fat feed (high-fat feed formula: 11.0% of lard, 8.0% of egg yolk, 1.5% of cholesterol and 79.5% of basic feed). The control group and the model group were perfused with distilled water. Simvastatin group simvastatin was infused at a dose of 2.1 mg/kg. The low dose group, the medium dose group and the high dose group are respectively filled with the Chinese medicinal composition according to 0.5g/kg, 1g/kg and 2 g/kg. The administration was 1 time per day for 8 weeks. After the rat is sacrificed, the inferior vena cava is bled, serum is separated, and the blood lipid content in the serum of the rat is measured.
Table 1 effect of compound lipid-lowering drugs on serum lipid content in rats (mean±sd, n=8) units: mmol.L -1
In comparison with the control group, # P<0.05, ## p is less than 0.01; in comparison with the set of models, * P<0.05, ** P<0.01
table 1 shows that 3 groups of rats given compound lipid-lowering drugs all had significantly reduced serum TC, TG, LDL-C content (P < 0.01, P < 0.05) and significantly increased HDL-C content (P < 0.05) compared to the model group. The traditional Chinese medicine composition has the effect of regulating and controlling the content of serum lipid TC, TG, LDL-C, HDL-C, has the effect equivalent to that of simvastatin group and has a certain dose correlation, wherein the effects of TC, HDL-C and LDL-C are all superior to those of simvastatin.
Conclusion: the Chinese medicinal composition can remarkably reduce TC, TG, LDL-C content and remarkably increase HDL-C content.
The present invention and its embodiments have been described in detail, but not limited thereto, and those skilled in the art should appreciate that they can readily use the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
