In another aspect, the present application provides a method for preparing a pharmaceutical composition for treating atrophic gastritis, comprising the following steps: pulverizing all the raw materials into powder, and mixing the powder according to the ratio of the raw materials to ethanol of 1: 10-12, extracting with 78-80 wt% ethanol for 2-4h to obtain ethanol extract, filtering the ethanol extract, and vacuum drying the solid to obtain first medicinal powder at 70-80 deg.C under 1.05-1.3 Mpa; centrifuging the liquid obtained after filtering the ethanol extract at high speed, precipitating until solid-liquid separation is carried out, extracting the settled organic matter, concentrating the organic matter into slurry by using a reduced pressure distillation method, and drying to obtain second medicinal powder; boiling the sieved honey with strong fire, and decocting with slow fire for 2-6h to obtain refined honey; mixing the first powder, the second powder and the refined honey, standing for 0.5-1 h after mixing uniformly, and putting into a pill making machine to prepare honeyed pills.

The Adenophorae radix is root of Adenophorae radix, and Paeonia japonica radix belonging to Campanulaceae family. The clinical antibacterial property of scutellaria is better than that of coptis, and the scutellaria does not produce drug resistance.
Coptis chinensis, a perennial herb of Coptis of Ranunculaceae, is extremely bitter in taste. Has the effects of clearing heat, eliminating dampness, purging fire and removing toxicity. For heart-qi deficiency, hematemesis and epistaxis, Xie Xin Tang is mainly used: rhubarb, rhizoma et radix Rhei, coptis, scutellaria, etc. are decocted in water for one liter, and the hot decoction is taken to get the good.
Phellodendron bark, cortex Phellodendri, is indicated for damp-heat dysentery, jaundice with dark urine, itching vaginal discharge, stranguria with heat, pain with astringency, beriberi flaccidity cramped, bone-steaming, overstrain, night sweat, seminal emission, sores, ulcers, pyogenic infections, eczema and eczema. Cortex Fraxini is dry branch bark or dry bark of Fraxinus rhynchophylla Hance, Fraxinus pinnata or Fraxinus pinnitafida of Oleaceae, and has bitter and astringent taste and cold property. The main treatment is as follows: clear heat and dry dampness, astringe and stop dysentery, stop leukorrhagia and improve vision. Yang deficiency of both spleen and kidney is usually caused by severe cold due to constitutional weakness, or by loss of yang qi of spleen and kidney after prolonged illness, or by chronic diarrhea, damage to yang of spleen and kidney, or other viscera deficiency, affecting both spleen and kidney. Optionally, the conventional specification of the small honeyed pill is set by a pill making machine, for example, the weight of each pill is 0.15-0.25 g.

The size of the honeyed pill can be selected conventionally, for example, the weight of each pill is 0.15-0.25 g.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the charred triplet includes 10g of charred hawthorn, 10g of malt and 10g of medicated leaven.

The embodiment of the application provides a pharmaceutical composition for treating atrophic gastritis, which comprises 7g of adenophora stricta, 7g of polygonatum odoratum, 7g of scutellaria baicalensis, 7g of coptis chinensis, 7g of golden cypress, 8g of codonopsis pilosula, 8g of bighead atractylodes rhizome, 8g of poria cocos, 4g of liquorice, 7g of ash bark, 4g of galangal, 8g of fructus evodiae, 4g of nutmeg, 10g of szechwan chinaberry fruit, 8g of rhizoma corydalis, 8g of pinellia ternate, 4g of galangal, 7g of raw white paeony root, 10g of Chinese yam, 25g of charred triplet, 8g of angelica sinensis, 8g of cortex moutan, 8g of amomum cardamomum, 10g of cuttle bone, 8g of curcuma zedoary and 8g of mangnolia officinalis.
Similarly, all the raw materials are prepared into honeyed pills after being powdered, and the preparation method of the honeyed pills is any one of conventional methods and is not described in detail herein. The size of the honeyed pill can be selected conventionally, for example, the weight of each pill is 0.15-0.25 g.

The embodiment of the application provides a pharmaceutical composition for treating atrophic gastritis, which comprises 12g of radix adenophorae, 12g of radix polygonati officinalis, 12g of scutellaria baicalensis, 12g of coptis chinensis, 12g of golden cypress, 13g of codonopsis pilosula, 13g of bighead atractylodes rhizome, 13g of poria cocos, 8g of liquorice, 12g of cortex fraxini, 8g of galangal, 13g of fructus evodiae, 8g of nutmeg, 20g of szechwan chinaberry fruit, 13g of rhizoma corydalis, 13g of pinellia ternate, 8g of galangal, 12g of raw white paeony root, 20g of Chinese yam, 35g of charred triplet, 13g of angelica sinensis, 13g of cortex moutan, 9g of amomum cardamomum, 15g of cuttle bone, 13g of curcuma zedoary and 13g of mangnolia officinalis.
Similarly, the above formula is prepared into honeyed pills for treating atrophic gastritis after being prepared into powder, and the preparation method of the honeyed pills is any one of conventional methods, which are not described in detail herein. The size of the honeyed pill can be selected conventionally, for example, the weight of each pill is 0.15-0.25 g.
Example 5
The raw materials and formula of the embodiment are the same as those of the embodiment 2, and the difference from the embodiment 2 is that the conventional honeyed pill preparation process is not adopted. Specifically, the preparation method of the traditional Chinese medicine honeyed pill comprises the following steps: pulverizing all the raw materials into powder, and mixing the powder according to the ratio of the raw materials to ethanol of 1: 10-12, extracting with 78-80 wt% ethanol for 2-4h to obtain ethanol extract, filtering the ethanol extract, and vacuum drying the solid to obtain first medicinal powder at 70-80 deg.C under 1.05-1.3 Mpa; centrifuging the liquid obtained after filtering the ethanol extract at high speed, precipitating until solid-liquid separation is carried out, extracting the settled organic matter, concentrating the organic matter into slurry by using a reduced pressure distillation method, and drying to obtain second medicinal powder; boiling the sieved honey with strong fire, and decocting with slow fire for 2-6h to obtain refined honey; mixing the first powder, the second powder and the refined honey, standing for 0.5-1 h after mixing uniformly, and putting into a pill making machine to prepare honeyed pills.

Case 2: the patient plum is a male patient aged 65 years old, suffers from atrophic gastritis and gastric ulcer for more than ten years, has stomachache as symptoms, and has obvious pain feeling after hunger, no defecation feeling and difficult defecation. The cathartic medicine is effective when being taken, the symptoms are more serious after the medicine is stopped, and the color of the intestinal wall is black when the enteroscope is displayed. Case 4: if a patient is a certain woman in age of 48 years, the chronic atrophic gastritis is diagnosed for 15 years and is difficult to cure for a long time. Gastric fullness, heartburn and upset, mild and severe symptoms, and aggravated by overeating. Bitter taste, dry mouth, thirst with desire for drink, belching and dizziness. Emaciation, sallow complexion, loose stools, reddened tongue with yellow and greasy coating, and thready, wiry and slippery pulse. A process for the preparation of a pharmaceutical composition for the treatment of atrophic gastritis as defined in any of claims 1 to 3, comprising the steps of: pulverizing all the raw materials into powder, and mixing the powder according to the ratio of the raw materials to ethanol of 1: 10-12, extracting with 78-80 wt% ethanol for 2-4h to obtain ethanol extract, filtering the ethanol extract, and vacuum drying the solid to obtain first medicinal powder at 70-80 deg.C under 1.05-1.3 Mpa; centrifuging the liquid obtained after filtering the ethanol extract at a high speed, precipitating until solid-liquid separation is carried out, extracting the settled organic matter, concentrating the organic matter into slurry by using a reduced pressure distillation method, and drying to obtain second medicinal powder; boiling the sieved honey with strong fire, and decocting with slow fire for 2-6h to obtain refined honey; mixing the first medicinal powder, the second medicinal powder and the refined honey, standing for 0.5-1 h after mixing uniformly, and putting into a pill making machine to prepare honeyed pills.
