Description

Pharmaceutical composition for postpartum recovery and preparation method and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to a composition, a preparation method and application thereof, in particular to a pharmaceutical composition for postpartum rehabilitation, and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
Rehabilitation is a big concept, and all the rehabilitation concepts adopt certain intervention and treatment aiming at the malfunction of human body. The postpartum recovery means that after the female finishes producing, the body of the female is often too weak and needs a certain amount of recovery and maintenance, and the recovery and maintenance is called postpartum recovery.
During pregnancy and childbirth, the uterus gradually enlarges, the pelvic floor muscles and the pelvis, including the spine, are greatly affected, and the body changes correspondingly. The chronic injury also needs to be recovered slowly after delivery, but in the recovery process, many women not only need to take the child and hold the child painstakingly, but also need to do housework everyday, and the heavy labor can cause the pelvis or the spine and the muscle which are originally in the relaxation stage to generate heavy load, thereby causing some adverse effects. If this effect is long-term, instability of the pelvis and spine occurs, which may lead to problems of leakage of urine, relaxation, constipation, incontinence, and chronic low back pain. For example, lumbar disc herniation, lumbar muscle strain, the root cause of which may be pregnancy and childbirth. After delivery, the symptoms of limb weakness, abdominal distension, obesity, headache, sweating, fear of wind and cold, poor uterine involution and the like can be caused, so that corresponding assessment is needed in the postpartum process, and rehabilitation treatment is carried out in time, so that the injury caused by pregnancy and delivery can be recovered better, faster and more comprehensively.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a composition, a preparation method and application thereof, which can solve the existing problems, have the effects of warming and invigorating spleen and kidney, strengthening and transporting middle-jiao, raising yang and sinking, consolidating superficial resistance and recovering from old, can effectively adjust the postpartum state of women, have good recovery effect, and have the characteristics of reasonable formula, small dosage, remarkable effect, no toxic or side effect and the like.
In order to achieve the above objects, the present invention provides a pharmaceutical composition for postpartum recovery, wherein the composition comprises: codonopsis pilosula, poria cocos, bighead atractylodes rhizome, honey-fried licorice root, prepared rehmannia root, Chinese angelica, white paeony root, ligusticum wallichii, morinda officinalis, herba epimedii, cistanche, schisandra chinensis, cinnamomum wilsonii, astragalus mongholicus, ginseng, medlar, fructus amomi, fingered citron, Chinese date, cassia twig and donkey-hide gelatin.
The pharmaceutical composition for postpartum recovery comprises the following components in parts by weight: 25-35 parts of codonopsis pilosula, 12-18 parts of poria cocos, 12-18 parts of bighead atractylodes rhizome, 10-15 parts of honey-fried licorice root, 18-22 parts of prepared rehmannia root, 12-18 parts of Chinese angelica, 12-18 parts of white peony root, 8-12 parts of ligusticum wallichii, 10-15 parts of morinda officinalis, 12-18 parts of epimedium, 10-15 parts of cistanche, 8-12 parts of schisandra chinensis, 4-8 parts of cinnamomum wilsonii, 18-22 parts of astragalus membranaceus, 3-7 parts of ginseng, 12-18 parts of medlar, 4-8 parts of fructus amomi, 8-12 parts of fingered citron, 12-18 parts of Chinese date, 8-12 parts of cassia twig and 8-12 parts of donkey-.
The pharmaceutical composition for postpartum recovery comprises the following components in parts by weight: 30 parts of codonopsis pilosula, 15 parts of poria cocos, 15 parts of bighead atractylodes rhizome, 12 parts of honey-fried licorice root, 20 parts of prepared rehmannia root, 15 parts of Chinese angelica, 15 parts of white paeony root, 10 parts of ligusticum wallichii, 12 parts of morinda officinalis, 15 parts of herba epimedii, 12 parts of cistanche, 10 parts of schisandra chinensis, 6 parts of cinnamomum wilsonii, 20 parts of astragalus mongholicus, 5 parts of ginseng, 15 parts of medlar, 6 parts of fructus amomi, 10 parts of fingered citron, 15 parts of Chinese dates, 10 parts of cassia twig and 10 parts of.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the pharmaceutical composition for postpartum rehabilitation, wherein the method comprises the following steps: weighing the raw materials in proportion, processing after respectively cleaning, grinding and crushing, then putting all the raw materials into a container, adding water for soaking, heating and decocting until the raw materials become thick paste, cooling and cooling. Preferably, the method further comprises soaking in water, decocting under heating, cooling, and filtering to remove residue; wherein the time for heating and decocting is preferably 40-60 min.
The preparation method of the pharmaceutical composition for postpartum recovery comprises the step of grinding and crushing, wherein the particle size range of the ground and crushed pharmaceutical composition is 50-80 meshes.
The preparation method of the pharmaceutical composition for postpartum rehabilitation is characterized in that the soaking in water in the method is carried out for 30-40 minutes by adding distilled water which is 6-10 times of the total amount of the medicines by weight.
The invention also provides the application of the composition prepared by the method, wherein the composition is used for preparing an oral preparation for postpartum rehabilitation.
The composition is used in the preparation of a medicament for treating diabetes, wherein the preparation comprises an internal paste formula.
The composition is used, wherein the ointment is taken from one week after delivery, and the treatment course is 3-6 months.
The composition is used, wherein the ointment formula is taken in the morning and evening, and 6-9 g of the ointment formula is taken each time.
The pharmaceutical composition for postpartum recovery, the preparation method and the application thereof provided by the invention have the following advantages:
the invention starts from the 'cold' of shaoyin and the 'deficiency' of taiyin, the morinda officinalis, the herba epimedii, the cistanche deserticola and the cinnamon warm tonify the fire of the Mingmen, and the medlar, the schisandra chinensis, the donkey-hide gelatin and the honey nourish the yin of the liver and the kidney, strengthen the function of sealing the liver and the kidney and preserve the fire; the Sijunzi decoction helps to nourish middle-jiao and spleen and nourish blood; fructus Amomi and fructus Citri Sarcodactylis can be added to regulate qi stagnation to prevent stomach obstruction and phlegm stagnation. The postpartum rehabilitation is carried out by 'internal and external regulation', and the effects of warming and invigorating spleen and kidney, nourishing liver and replenishing blood, strengthening and transporting middle-jiao, lifting yang and sinking, consolidating superficial resistance and recovering old, losing weight and retaining youthful looks can be achieved by starting from three channels of shaoyin channel, Taiyin channel and Taiyang channel.
The composition provided by the invention has the advantages of reasonable formula, small dosage, obvious effect and the like, can effectively regulate the postpartum state of women, has good rehabilitation effect, does not have adverse reaction and side effect, and can strengthen physique, enhance physical strength, improve immunity, supplement energy, revive spirit, improve sleep and the like. Meanwhile, the health-care tea has the characteristics of pure nature, no additive, no toxic or side effect of plant herbs, no harm to bodies and the like, and is obviously superior to products with similar functions.
