The preparation process comprises the following steps:
1) soaking: in the above medicinal materials, except colla Corii Asini, colla Cornus Cervi, and colla carapax Trionycis, placing other medicinal materials into stainless steel pot with the same volume, adding water to soak the medicinal materials with water amount about 10 cm higher than the medicinal material surface, soaking in winter for 6-8 hr, and soaking in summer for 2-3 hr;
