Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of skin care products, in particular to an acne-removing Chinese herbal medicine composition, a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
The theory of acne is acne, also called "whelk", "pimple" or "comedo", which is a chronic inflammatory skin disease caused by obstruction of hair follicles and sebaceous glands and inflammation. Vaccinia often grows on the cheeks, forehead and mandible, and also on torso parts such as the chest, back and shoulder blades. Vaccinia is mainly characterized by acne, papules, pustules, nodules, cysts and scars, and is often accompanied by seborrhea, and hair and sebaceous glands can therefore accumulate excessive material, making grease and bacteria more prone to attachment.
The causes of acne are mainly related to androgen levels, increased sebum secretion, abnormal perifollicular cytokeratinization, hyperproliferation of propionibacterium acnes and inflammatory responses. Men and women of young age have vigorous androgen secretion due to physical development, while androgens cause sebaceous glands to produce more sebum, and the sebum and the exfoliated epidermal tissues are mixed to form substances like sediment to block pores, so that acne is caused.
At present, the clinical treatment of acne mainly uses antibiotics, and the medicines are divided into oral medicines and external medicines. The main external medicines are retinoids, benzoyl peroxide antibiotics and the like, and skin itch, molting and the like of patients sensitive to skin possibly occur in the medicines, so that small-scale trial can be performed before the medicines are used. The oral medicine is mainly antibiotics and isotretinoin. It should be noted that isotretinoin causes cyanosis of lips, desquamation, and elevation of blood lipid, and thus changes in blood, liver, and kidney functions are detected when isotretinoin is used. In addition, isotretinoin has teratogenic effect, and men and women of childbearing age should be contraception during the administration period, and can become pregnant after stopping administration for at least 3 months. Therefore, the clinical acne treatment medicines, whether external or internal, have side reaction hazards of different degrees.
At present, acid components such as salicylic acid, mandelic acid, azelaic acid and the like are generally adopted in the acne-removing cosmetics to strip and dissolve skin cutin layers, and the anti-inflammatory effect is utilized to inhibit the development of acne. These components have a corrosive stripping effect on skin barrier, so that the skin barrier is damaged, more than 65% of users who adopt acne-removing cosmetics with acid components for a long time can become sensitive muscles, skin sensitivity and allergy problems are generated, and more complex acne sensitive muscles are formed. And the clinical medicines and cosmetics adopt a surface anti-inflammatory treatment mode, so that the cause of acne cannot be really solved.
According to the combined investigation of the dermatology association and the national teenager association, the incidence of the acne in China is in an annual rising trend, more than 80 percent of people encounter the acne problem, and the incidence of the acne with more serious illness is more than 1/3 of the young people. Wherein the acne patients of middle school students are 2.94 hundred million, the acne patients of college students are 1.33 hundred million, the acne patients of office workers over 25 years old are 1.27 hundred million, and the total number of three people is 5.5 hundred million. According to the authority statistics of the ministry of health in China, the complete cure rate of acne in China is only 32.95%, and the market is in urgent need of an acne removing product which can be used for a long time and is mild in long time and free of side effects.
The invention patent with application publication number of CN 113350401A discloses an acne-removing and skin-cleaning cream, which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 5-15 parts of rheum officinale, 5-15 parts of sulfur, 5-15 parts of coptis chinensis, 5-15 parts of radix angelicae, 5-15 parts of spina gleditsiae, 5-15 parts of radix trichosanthis and 3-9 parts of borneol. The acne-removing and skin-cleaning cream can not repair skin barrier.
