背景技术
唇部用护理产品有润唇膏、唇油、膏状等产品,主要作用是为唇部锁住水分,提供保护屏障,防止唇部干裂,修护唇部肌肤。
现今人们对于护肤越来越普及,往往忽略了对唇部的护理,且长时间的唇部带妆容易造成唇部的细纹增多,干燥甚至皲裂,所以护唇也需被重视起来。唇油、润唇膏等虽然有方便携带的特点,但是无法满足对唇部深层滋养的效果,所以唇膜便成了不二之选,然而目前市场唇膜多为蜡油成分,质地为膏状,缺少创新。

为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种果冻唇膜及其制备方法,本发明的目的在于目前市场唇膜种类太过单一,缺乏创新,提供一款滋润,外观质地为果冻状态的唇膜。

本发明提供了一种果冻唇膜,包括以下重量份数的组分:
优选的,所述稳定剂包括季戊四醇四(双-叔丁基羟基氢化肉桂酸)酯、生育酚乙酸酯和脱氢乙酸。
优选的,所述季戊四醇四(双-叔丁基羟基氢化肉桂酸)酯的重量份数为0~0.05份;
所述生育酚乙酸酯的重量份数为0~0.5份;
所述脱氢乙酸的重量份数为0~0.5份。

本发明创造性的将辛基十二醇和乙基纤维素混合,然后与聚酰胺-8搭配使用,结合多种滋养成分,合理设计各组分比,开发了一款滋润又不黏腻,外观质地为果冻状态的唇膜。

具体实施方式
本发明提供了一种果冻唇膜,包括以下重量份数的组分:聚酰胺-825~35份、向日葵籽油1~10份、角鲨烷1~10份、聚甘油-2三异硬脂酸酯0~10份、二异硬脂醇苹果酸酯5~15份、聚二甲基硅氧烷5~15份、甘油三(乙基己酸)酯0~10份、异壬酸异壬酯0~10份、稳定剂0~1份、辛基十二醇25~35份和乙基纤维素0~10份。
在本发明中,所述稳定剂优选包括季戊四醇四(双-叔丁基羟基氢化肉桂酸)酯、生育酚乙酸酯和脱氢乙酸。在本发明中,所述季戊四醇四(双-叔丁基羟基氢化肉桂酸)酯的重量份数优选为0~0.05份;所述生育酚乙酸酯的重量份数优选为0~0.5份;所述脱氢乙酸的重量份数优选为0~0.5份。在本发明中,所述的果冻唇膜还优选包括香精,所述香精的重量份数优选为0.01~0.1份。
在本发明中,所述聚酰胺-8是低分子量凝胶剂,能在皮肤、嘴唇和睫毛上优良成膜能够形成晶莹剔透的凝胶,在唇膜中起到支撑作用。
在本发明中,所述向日葵籽油是化妆品的重要基础油原料,有润滑皮肤的作用。对过氧化酶激活受体有活化作用,有促进皮肤创伤愈合的抗炎作用;能促进脂肪细胞的分解,有减肥的功效;对酪氨酸酶有一定的抑制作用,有一定的美白功效。
在本发明中,所述角鲨烷提取自深海鲨鱼肝脏或橄榄油中,是皮肤一种天然成分,具有较好抗氧化力和刺激免疫力,能快速地与肌肤内的水分和油脂相溶,形成天然的皮肤保护屏障,稳定性极佳,不会与空气、紫外线等发生氧化作用,能有效保护皮肤不受外界物质的侵害,极佳的渗透力,高效的携氧性,能调整肌肤的水油平衡,避免肌肤粗糙、暗沉,恢复肌肤原本的柔嫩触感。
在本发明中,所述聚甘油-2三异硬脂酸酯具有类似蓖麻油的机能,对色素的分散性效果较好,有着较好的抑制冒汗效果特征,适用于口红等色彩产品。同时具有一定的润肤作用,使产品接触皮肤后具有一定的润泽作用。
在本发明中,所述二异硬脂醇苹果酸酯是一种优良的润肤剂,是有长链多支化型醇与苹果酸组成的双酚,具有良好的保湿性能,能让产品倍感滋润;
在本发明中,所述聚二甲基硅氧烷是疏水类的有机硅物料,润滑性能好,涂敷皮肤后能形成一层均匀的具有防水性的保护膜,没有黏腻油光感,光泽性好。抗紫外线。防尘透气,即使在皮肤上形成硅氧烷膜也不影响汗液排出。
在本发明中,所述甘油三(乙基己酸)酯具有优异的低温性能,高度支链化,具有极佳的铺展性和透气性,能够使得唇膜的抗冻性显著提高。
在本发明中,所述异壬酸异壬酯是一种优良的润肤脂,清爽不油腻,能使得皮肤柔软,具有一定的锁水作用,改善产品的肤感同时具有一定的保湿作用
在本发明中,所述稳定剂对配方具有良好的稳定作用,提高产品的稳定性。
在本发明中,所述辛基十二醇具有透皮促进作用,而且具有润滑作,是油相中非常好的溶剂。
在本发明中,所述乙基纤维素在组分中担任增稠和成膜的作用,将其溶在辛基十二醇里,会形成透明凝胶状态,这是唇膜形成果冻状态的重要组分。
在本发明中,所述季戊四醇四(双-叔丁基羟基氢化肉桂酸)酯能消除自由基,具有抗氧化的作用,对原料具有良好的稳定作用,具有出色的抗黄作用,可以保护产品的色泽,防止氧化降解等变质现象。
在本发明中,所述生育酚乙酸酯既是皮肤调节剂,也是抗氧化剂,不仅能够提高个原料组分的稳定性,与其他原料协同改善产品的保湿性能。
在本发明中,所述脱氢乙酸具有良好的防腐性能和抗菌作用,提高产品的保质期和原料的稳定性。
本发明对所述果冻唇膜的使用方法没有特殊限定,采用常规唇膜的使用方法即可。
本发明提供了一种上述技术方案所述的果冻唇膜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)将所述聚酰胺-8、向日葵籽油、角鲨烷、聚甘油-2三异硬脂酸酯、二异硬脂醇苹果酸酯、聚二甲基硅氧烷、甘油三(乙基己酸)酯和异壬酸异壬酯混合、溶解,得到第一混合液;
2)将所述步骤1)得到的第一混合液与稳定剂混合、溶解、得到第二混合液;
3)将所述步骤2)得到的第二混合液与辛基十二醇、乙基纤维素混合,溶解,得到第三混合液;
4)将所述步骤3)得到的第三混合液研磨,得到混合物;
5)将所述步骤4)得到的混合物加热处理,注入到容器中,得到果冻唇膜。在本发明中,所述溶解的温度优选为85-90℃。在本发明中,所述混合物的细度为1~20μm。在本发明中,所述加热处理的温度优选为85~90℃。
为了进一步说明本发明,下面结合实施例对本发明进行详细地描述,但不能将它们理解为对本发明保护范围的限定。
实施例1
一种果冻唇膜各组分及质量百分含量如下:
第一组份:
聚酰胺-8 29.85%
第二组分:
向日葵(HELIANTHUS ANNUUS)籽油1.8%
角鲨烷1.6%
聚甘油-2三异硬脂酸酯5.95%
二异硬脂醇苹果酸酯9.4%
聚二甲基硅氧烷8%
甘油三(乙基己酸)酯6%
异壬酸异壬酯5%
第三组分:
季戊四醇四(双-叔丁基羟基氢化肉桂酸)酯0.15%
生育酚乙酸酯0.1%
脱氢乙酸0.1%
香精0.05%
第四组分:
辛基十二醇27.8%
乙基纤维素4.2%。
果冻唇膜的制备方法,其步骤如下:
步骤一:按配方量相第一组份和第二组份混合,搅拌升温至85-90℃,搅拌均匀至完全溶解;
步骤二:加入第三组分,温度保持在85-90℃,搅拌均匀至完全溶解;
步骤三:加入第四组分,温度保持在85-90℃,搅拌均匀至完全溶解;
步骤四:将制得混合物进行多次研磨,研磨至细度为1-20μm,制得混合物;
步骤五:将制得混合物加热至85-90℃,注入到容器中,冷却至常温,即可制得果冻唇膜。
实施例2
与实施例1的区别在于,一种果冻唇膜各组分及质量百分含量如下:
第一组份:
聚酰胺-8 29.85%
第二组分:
向日葵(HELIANTHUS ANNUUS)籽油1.8%
角鲨烷1.6%
聚甘油-2三异硬脂酸酯2.95%
二异硬脂醇苹果酸酯9.4%
聚二甲基硅氧烷8%
甘油三(乙基己酸)酯6%
异壬酸异壬酯5%
第三组分:
季戊四醇四(双-叔丁基羟基氢化肉桂酸)酯0.15%
生育酚乙酸酯0.1%
脱氢乙酸0.1%
香精0.05%
第四组分:
辛基十二醇30.3625%
乙基纤维素4.6375%
其余均与实施例1相同。
实施例3
与实施例1的区别在于,一种果冻唇膜各组分及质量百分含量如下:第一组份:
聚酰胺-8 29.85%
第二组分:
向日葵(HELIANTHUS ANNUUS)籽油1.8%
角鲨烷1.6%

角鲨烷1.6%
聚甘油-2三异硬脂酸酯0.95%
二异硬脂醇苹果酸酯9.4%
聚二甲基硅氧烷8%
甘油三(乙基己酸)酯6%
异壬酸异壬酯5%
第三组分:
季戊四醇四(双-叔丁基羟基氢化肉桂酸)酯0.175%
生育酚乙酸酯0.1%
脱氢乙酸0.1%
香精0.05%
第四组分:
辛基十二醇27.8%
乙基纤维素4.2%
其余均与实施例1相同。
对比例1
与实施例1的区别在于,选用市售的韩国兰芝保湿修护唇膜(莓果味)
(英文名:LANEIGE LIP SLEEPING MASK EX[BERRY]);(备案号:国妆网备进字(沪)2020010840)。
挑选20个志愿者分别对五款产品满意度进行打分,采用实际使用感官评价,分数越高,评价越好,主要分为滋润度、透明度、果冻感(弹性)、粘腻感(分数越高粘腻感越低)以及满意度四个板块,总分100分,取平均值,结果如表1所示。

根据实施例1-4和对比例1并结合表可以看出,调节原料组分比,对整个体系的弹性具有一定的影响,实施例1的唇膜,透明度好,滋润度好,果冻感(弹性)适中,粘腻感低,满意度最高。
尽管上述实施例对本发明做出了详尽的描述,但它仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部实施例,人们还可以根据本实施例在不经创造性前提下获得其他实施例,这些实施例都属于本发明保护范围。
Claims (8)
2.根据权利要求1所述的果冻唇膜,其特征在于,所述稳定剂包括季戊四醇四(双-叔丁基羟基氢化肉桂酸)酯、生育酚乙酸酯和脱氢乙酸。
3.根据权利要求2所述的果冻唇膜,其特征在于,所述季戊四醇四(双-叔丁基羟基氢化肉桂酸)酯的重量份数为0~0.05份;
所述生育酚乙酸酯的重量份数为0~0.5份;
所述脱氢乙酸的重量份数为0~0.5份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的果冻唇膜,其特征在于,还包括香精,所述香精的重量份数为0.01~0.1份。
5.一种权利要求1~4任一项所述的果冻唇膜的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)将所述聚酰胺-8、向日葵籽油、角鲨烷、聚甘油-2三异硬脂酸酯、二异硬脂醇苹果酸酯、聚二甲基硅氧烷、甘油三(乙基己酸)酯和异壬酸异壬酯混合、溶解,得到第一混合液;
2)将所述步骤1)得到的第一混合液与稳定剂混合、溶解、得到第二混合液;
3)将所述步骤2)得到的第二混合液与辛基十二醇、乙基纤维素混合,溶解,得到第三混合液;
4)将所述步骤3)得到的第三混合液研磨,得到混合物;
5)将所述步骤4)得到的混合物加热处理,注入到容器中,得到果冻唇膜。
6.根据权利要求5所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤1)~3)溶解的温度均为85-90℃。
7.根据权利要求5所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤4)混合物的细度为1~20μm。
8.根据权利要求5所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤5)加热处理的温度为85~90℃。
