S3、将A相组份中的各物料投入搅拌机内,搅拌均匀;
S4、将C相组份中的各物料投入搅拌均匀后的A相组份中,再次搅拌均匀;
S5、将搅拌后的A相组份和C相组份混合物与B相组份装入容器中,摇晃均匀;
S6、取样,并与样板进行比对,合格后送检;
S7、灌装,得到出水定妆粉。

3、改性玉米淀粉在化妆品里有维生素方面的成分,对于皮肤有一定的改善弹性,改善光泽的作用,海藻糖能够使皮肤或者毛发表面形成透气的保护膜,具有良好的护肤和保湿作用,3-o-乙基抗坏血酸具有卓越的抗氧化效果,龙胆根提取物对荧光素酶的有很好的活化效果,对特异性皮炎和过敏有作用,可抑制刺激,起到抗炎的作用,同时虾青素具有的抗氧化性,有效细胞内的氧自由基,增强能力,维持皮肤的肌体平衡。

S3、将A相组份中的各物料投入搅拌机内,搅拌均匀,搅拌时,控制搅拌速度为2200rpm,搅拌时间为35s;
S4、将C相组份中的各物料投入搅拌均匀后的A相组份中,再次搅拌均匀,搅拌时,控制搅拌速度为3000rpm,搅拌时间为42s;
S5、将搅拌后的A相组份和C相组份混合物与B相组份装入容器中,摇晃均匀;
S6、取样,并与样板进行比对,合格后送检;
S7、灌装,得到出水定妆粉。
【实施例4】
一种出水定妆粉的配方,包括以下重量份的组分组成:
A相组份:
硅石25份;聚甲基硅倍半氧烷10份;聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯12份;改性玉米淀粉7份;聚二甲基硅氧烷/乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷交联聚合物8份;
B相组份:
水24份;丁二醇5份;甘油4份;虾青素0.3份;3-O-乙基抗坏血酸0.8份;透明质酸钠0.02份;海藻糖1.6份;磷脂酰胆碱1份;聚甲基硅倍半氧烷2.4份;二肽-1 0.5份;龙胆提取物0.8份;辛酰羟肟酸0.2份;甘油辛酸酯0.04份;
C相组份:
生育酚0.4份;苯氧乙醇0.2份;乙基己基甘油0.3份。

S3、将A相组份中的各物料投入搅拌机内,搅拌均匀,搅拌时,控制搅拌速度为2000rpm,搅拌时间为40s;
S4、将C相组份中的各物料投入搅拌均匀后的A相组份中,再次搅拌均匀,搅拌时,控制搅拌速度为2800rpm,搅拌时间为50s;
S5、将搅拌后的A相组份和C相组份混合物与B相组份装入容器中,摇晃均匀;
S6、取样,并与样板进行比对,合格后送检;
S7、灌装,得到出水定妆粉。
对比实验:
选取100名女性,这100名女性的面部皮肤为暗沉、粗糙等问题皮肤,随机分为五组(每组20人),其中四组分别使用实施例1-4所制得的产品,第五组(对比组)使用市面上常见的定妆产品,连续使用20天后,对皮肤进行综合评分(1-5分),1分表示没有改善,5分表示改善效果很大(皮肤光泽度好且水分充足,具有弹性),其效果具体如下表所示:

由上表可知,本发明从整体上讲,对皮肤暗沉、粗糙等问题有了很大改善,很大部分是缘于本发明的产品在保持定妆的同时为肌肤补充水分,有着无法比拟的轻盈触感,触感柔软水嫩,轻轻涂抹就可以带来面部妆容新体验,肤感轻柔、清爽、不黏腻。同时具备防止晕妆、脱妆、浮粉等作用。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

Claims (8)

1.一种出水定妆粉的配方,其特征在于:包括以下重量份的组分组成:
A相组份:
硅石20~25份;聚甲基硅倍半氧烷10~13份;聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯8~12份;改性玉米淀粉7~8份;聚二甲基硅氧烷/乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷交联聚合物7~8份;
B相组份:
水24~31份;丁二醇4~5份;甘油4~5份;虾青素0.24~0.3份;3-O-乙基抗坏血酸0.8~1份;透明质酸钠0.016~0.02份;海藻糖1.6~2份;磷脂酰胆碱0.8~1份;聚甲基硅倍半氧烷2.4~3份;二肽-1 0.4~0.5份;龙胆提取物0.8~1份;辛酰羟肟酸0.1~0.2份;甘油辛酸酯0.04~0.05份;
C相组份:
生育酚0.2~0.4份;苯氧乙醇0.2~0.4份;乙基己基甘油0.1~0.3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种出水定妆粉的配方,其特征在于:包括以下重量份的组分组成:
A相组份:
硅石23份;聚甲基硅倍半氧烷11.5份;聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯10份;改性玉米淀粉7.5份;聚二甲基硅氧烷/乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷交联聚合物7.5份;
B相组份:
水27份;丁二醇4.5份;甘油4.5份;虾青素0.27份;3-O-乙基抗坏血酸0.9份;透明质酸钠0.018份;海藻糖1.8份;磷脂酰胆碱0.9份;聚甲基硅倍半氧烷2.7份;二肽-1 0.45份;龙胆提取物0.9份;辛酰羟肟酸0.15份;甘油辛酸酯0.045份;
C相组份:
生育酚0.3份;苯氧乙醇0.3份;乙基己基甘油0.2份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述一种出水定妆粉的配方,其特征在于:所述水为去离子水。
4.如权利要求1~3任意一项所述的一种出水定妆粉的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
S1、将所有生产时所需用的设备清洁消毒,备用;
S2、将B相组份中的水、丁二醇、甘油和二肽-1加入乳化锅内,升温至80~85℃,均质搅拌15~25min,然后降温,降温至40℃时,将B相组份其余原料依次加入乳化锅中,然后均质搅拌均匀,检测合格备用;
S3、将A相组份中的各物料投入搅拌机内,搅拌均匀;
S4、将C相组份中的各物料投入搅拌均匀后的A相组份中,再次搅拌均匀;
S5、将搅拌后的A相组份和C相组份混合物与B相组份装入容器中,摇晃均匀;
S6、取样,并与样板进行比对,合格后送检;
S7、灌装,得到出水定妆粉。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种出水定妆粉的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤S2中,升温时,升温速度为1~3℃/min,降温时,降温速度为0.7~1℃/min。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种出水定妆粉的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤S3中,对A相组份进行搅拌时,控制搅拌速度为2000~3000rpm,搅拌时间为20~40s。
7.根据权利要求4所述的一种出水定妆粉的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤S4中,对C相组份进行搅拌时,控制搅拌速度为2800~3200rpm,搅拌时间为40~50s。
8.根据权利要求5所述的一种出水定妆粉的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤S2中,通过均质机均质搅拌的步骤为:两段高压均质,其中一段均质压力为200~260MPa,均质速度1500~1800mL/min,均质时间为10~15s,二段均质压力为250~330MPa,均质速度1500~2000mL/min,均质时间为10~15s。
