背景技术
唇部化妆品的主要功能是赋予嘴唇以色调,强调或改变唇的轮廓,显示出更有生气和活力,是女性必备的美容化妆品之一,可显出女性之性感、妩媚。这类化妆品是直接应用于嘴唇,嘴唇是面部皮肤的延伸,其角质层比一般皮肤薄,两唇角质层不仅薄,而且连颗粒层也薄,长时间涂抹唇膏/口红类美容化妆品后,会出现嘴唇干裂、肿胀、发痒、表皮剥落、轻微疼痛等口唇过敏症。

本发明的上述技术目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现的:
一种滋养型唇部化妆品的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
Sp1、将植物油组分,蜡类组分和稳定剂在水浴80-90℃下搅拌至熔化;
Sp2、待温度下降到70℃时,将除活性物质外的组分加入熔融物,继续搅拌均匀;
Sp3、待温度下降到60℃时,将活性物质加入熔融物,继续搅拌均匀;
Sp4、搅拌均匀后,室温冷却至55℃,灌装,冷却,脱模,灭菌,即得成品。
小烛树蜡是从小烛树灌木表皮中提取出来,收缩率小,当与其它蜡混合使用时,能使其它蜡在融点不增高的情况下而固化;小烛树蜡可提高其延展性、颜料分散性、抗脱落性等整体质量,使得光泽自然。
地蜡具有较好的滋润效果,提高整个体系的粘稠度。
橄榄油富含不饱和脂肪酸以及各种维生素,极易被皮肤吸收,清爽自然,无油腻感;橄榄油中所含多酚类有抗氧化作用,它能有效地避免因脂肪被氧化而发生的细胞老化所带来的色斑、皱纹等现象。
霍霍巴油具有极佳的保湿性,具有完美的深层保养效果,能够补充皮肤失去的水分,同时对皮肤瘙痒和神经性皮肤炎的临床疗效价值匪浅。
乳木果油含有大量的饱和及不饱和脂肪酸构成的甘油三酯,可在皮肤表面形成一层保护膜,防止水分蒸发。除此之外,乳木果油中含有大量的不皂化成分,可渗透进入皮肤,滋养表皮细胞,柔润皮肤,发挥出色的保湿效果。它还具有淡化细纹、消炎、淡疤及防晒的功效,其SPF值为6。
椰子油在化学结构稳定,能有效捕获并中和由毒素产生的破坏性自由基。椰子油中的中链脂肪酸可以刺激身体的新陈代谢,增强身体天然的解毒、修复和生长能力,从而提高免疫系统水平。椰子油中的中链脂肪酸可以杀死引发疾病的细菌、病毒、真菌和寄生虫。椰子油有很强的清洁效果,而且不会伤害肌肤,还可以保护皮肤不受紫外线伤害。

天然维生素E是天然的抗氧化剂,具有滋润嫩肤,美白淡斑,防止皮肤干裂,增加皮肤弹性的功效。
透明质酸原本就存在于皮肤内,能够帮助皮肤从体内及皮肤表层吸得水分,还能增强皮肤长时间的保水能力;当透明质酸吸收水分后,使得弹力纤维及胶原蛋白处在充满湿润的环境中,皮肤因此具有了弹性。透明质酸作为皮肤的“保湿因子”,具有吸收500-1000倍体积水的能力。小分子透明质酸能渗入真皮,增加血液循环、改善中间代谢、促进皮肤营养吸收作用,具有较强的消皱功能,透明质酸能填充在细胞与胶原纤维的空间,让皮肤更饱满,从而使肌肤年轻有弹性。

受阻胺光稳定剂能够有效的抑制光辐射,阻止紫外线对化妆品的光解。
天然色素在光照下容易发生分解而导致褪色,受阻胺光稳定剂在光照条件下能产生长时间稳定存在的氮氧自由基,氮氧自由基能捕获天然色素受光产生的自由基,能降低天然色素的分解。

其制备方法包括如下步骤:

一、刺激性检测试验:
随机选取2种性别的小白鼠随机分为7组,每组6只(实施例1~5和对比例1~2各一组),试验前2h将小白鼠背部两侧毛减掉,去毛范围左、右各约3cm*3cm,将实施例1~6和对比例的唇膏涂抹于一侧,另一侧不涂作为对比,30min后观察有无发红、发疹、起泡现象等刺激性和过敏反应,连续观察1周。记录小白鼠情况

结果表明,涂抹实施例1~5制得唇膏的小鼠涂有口红的皮肤上均未出现发红、发疹、起泡等异常。但涂抹对比例1制得唇膏的6只小鼠中,有2只皮肤上出现了发红现象。可见活性物质具有亲和性好的优点,对皮肤刺激性低。
二、稳定性检测试验:
将实施例1-5和对比例1-2加工成直径1cm高度5cm圆柱状,放置在恒温玻璃柜中,保持25摄氏度和35摄氏度中,分别3天,5,天和10天后唇膏的变色情况。与标准色号口红样品对比颜色外观,变色程度从0-3打分,0分不变色,3分明显变色,记录结果如表2所示。

结果表明,添加了受阻胺光稳定剂能较好的保护天然色素,避免天然色素的分解,从而色彩保持时间长,不易变质。

Claims (9)
1.一种滋养型唇部化妆品,其特征在于,包括如下重量份组分:
蜡类组分10-30份,
植物油组分38-75份,
天然色素1-3份,
活性组分0.061-0.335份,
保湿剂4.2-10.7份,
稳定剂6-10份,
天然防腐剂0.5-1份,
植物精油1-1.5份,
食用香精1-1.5份,
所述活性组分为重组人源胶原蛋白、多肽生长因子、除皱短肽和抗衰老短肽中的一种或多种。
2.根据权利要求1所述的滋养型唇部化妆品,其特征在于,
所述蜡类组分选用蜂蜡,小烛树蜡、蜜蜡、橄榄蜡和地蜡中的一种或多种;
所述植物油组分选用乳木果油、椰子油、金盏花油、葡萄籽油、橄榄油、霍霍巴油、鳄梨油、茶树油、芦荟油、杏仁油、蓖麻油、坚果油、棕榈油、可可籽油、葵花籽油、石榴籽油和玫瑰果油中的一种或多种;
所述天然色素选用β-胡萝卜素、胭脂虫红、叶绿素铜和姜黄素中的一种或多种;
所述保湿剂为维生素A、维生素B2、薄荷脑提取物、羊毛脂、凡士林、维生素E、透明质酸、甘油和蜂蜜中的一种或多种;
所述稳定剂为羟乙基纤维素、硬脂酸甘油酯、二异硬脂醇苹果酸酯、鲸蜡基PEG/PPG-10/1聚二甲基硅氧烷、双-二甘油多酰基己二酸酯-2和聚甘油-2三异硬脂酸酯中的一种或多种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的滋养型唇部化妆品,其特征在于,所述天然防腐剂为金银花提取物、苦参提取物和芍药提取物中的一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的滋养型唇部化妆品,其特征在于,所述植物精油为薰衣草油、母菊花油、茉莉花油、苦橙花油、晚香玉花油、黄水仙花油、栀子花油、紫丁香油、桂花油、金合欢油、薄荷油、留兰香油和甜橙油中的一种或多种。
5.根据权利要求2所述的滋养型唇部化妆品,其特征在于,包括如下重量份组分:
小烛树蜡10-20份,
地蜡5-10份,
橄榄油10-20份,
霍霍巴油5-8份,
乳木果油20-30份,
椰子油3-7份,
天然色素1-3份,
重组人源胶原蛋白0.0份-0.3份,
多肽生长因子0.001-0.005份,
除皱短肽0.005-0.015份,
抗衰老短肽0.005-0.015份,
天然维生素E0.2-0.7份,
透明质酸1-3份,
甘油3-7份,
硬脂酸甘油酯6-10份,
天然防腐剂0.5-1.0份,
植物精油1-1.5份,
食用香精1-1.5份。
6.根据权利要求5所述的滋养型唇部化妆品,其特征在于,包括如下重量份组分:
小烛树蜡16份,
地蜡8份,
橄榄油14份,
霍霍巴油6份,
乳木果油27份,
椰子油6份,
天然色素2.0份,
重组人源胶原蛋白0.2份,
多肽生长因子0.003份,
除皱短肽0.01份,
抗衰老短肽0.01份,

天然防腐剂0.5份,
植物精油1.0份,
