本发明涉及日用化妆品技术领域,特别涉及一种利用磷酸酯甜菜碱改性的类玛雅蓝矿物染料为着色剂,制备安全健康类玛雅蓝口红的方法。
背景技术
爱美之心人皆有之,近年来口红成为数以亿计女性的日用必需品。口红的主要功能为赋予皮肤色泽,提升气色和美感。因此,着色剂成为口红制备过程中的关键要素。目前口红市场上着色剂主要分为天然着色剂和合成着色剂,天然着色剂主要来自于动植物,一般对人体无毒害、具有生物活性、色调比较自然,且具有特殊芳香气味,但且着色力比合成色素差、成本较高、稳定性差,且难以配色,容易受外界环境影响,易劣变。合成色素由于成本低、着色力强、色彩丰富,被广泛使用,但大多数合成着色剂来自煤焦油产物,过量使用会使消费者引起光敏反应、生育能力下降,甚至诱发癌症。因此,开发一种安全健康的口红显得尤为重要。
发明内容
发明目的:针对现有技术中存在的问题,本发明提供一种类玛雅蓝口红及其制备方法,具体为通过高温烘焙法及表面改性法制备出磷酸酯甜菜碱改性类玛雅蓝染料,将其作为着色剂制备出安全健康的口红。
技术方案:本发明提供了一种类玛雅蓝口红,由以下重量份配比的原料组成:白蜂蜡 10~20份,棕榈蜡1~5份,小烛树蜡1~5份,乳木果油10~30份,鳄梨油10~20份,霍霍巴油10~20份,椰子油5~10份,磷酸酯甜菜碱改性凹土基类玛雅蓝有机/无机杂化颜料1~10份,橄榄油1~5份,维生素E 1~5份。
本发明还提供了一种类玛雅蓝口红的制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)类玛雅蓝颜料的制备:将有机染料分子与纯化凹土混合均匀后,放入100~200 ℃烘箱中烘焙24~48 h,得到凹土基类玛雅蓝颜料,随后将其浸泡在乙醇中12~24 h,离心、烘干、研磨,制备出凹土基类玛雅蓝有机/无机杂化颜料;(2)类玛雅蓝颜料的表面改性:将磷酸酯甜菜碱溶解于水中,搅拌均匀后得磷酸酯甜菜碱水溶液,向其中加入所述凹土基类玛雅蓝有机/无机杂化颜料,在60~90 ℃下恒温搅拌反应1.5~3 h,离心、烘干、研磨,制备出磷酸酯甜菜碱改性凹土基类玛雅蓝有机/无机杂化颜料;(3)口红制备:将乳木果油、鳄梨油、霍霍巴油、椰子油、橄榄油和磷酸酯甜菜碱改性凹土基类玛雅蓝有机/无机杂化颜料按照预设配比混合,高速搅拌分散15~30 min,升温至60~80 ℃,加入白蜂蜡、棕榈蜡、小烛树蜡及维生素E,快速搅拌均匀,倒入模具,室温冷却,脱模、消毒、包装。
优选地,所述纯化凹土的制备方法如下:将凹土加入至去离子水中,在转速为6000~10000 r/min下打浆30~60 min,随后离心、冻干、研磨、过200目筛,得所述纯化凹土;所述凹土与去离子水的质量比为1:5~10。

有益效果:本发明中的口红着色剂为磷酸酯甜菜碱改性凹土基类玛雅蓝有机/无机杂化颜料,通过高温烘焙法将有机染料分子与凹土进行有机/无机杂化,利用凹土的多孔结构及吸附性能,有机染料分子通过分子热运动进入凹土孔道内,形成沟槽结构,制备出耐候性强、安全环保的凹土基类玛雅蓝有机/无机杂化颜料。利用磷酸酯甜菜碱对凹土基类玛雅蓝有机/无机杂化颜料通过表面改性法对凹土微纳米孔道进行包封,制备出磷酸酯甜菜碱改性凹土基类玛雅蓝有机/无机杂化颜料,从而有效防止有机染料分子从孔道中逸出,不易脱色。
与现有技术相比,该制备方法不需要添加任何防腐剂和抗氧化剂,安全健康;一方面利用凹土基类玛雅蓝颜料为着色剂,避免颜料与唇部直接接触,凹土具有抗炎活性,可改善唇部起皮皲裂等现象;另一方面,用于颜料改性的磷酸酯甜菜碱与唇部具有良好的相容性,赋予口红优异的涂抹性、杀菌性,且易于清除。

类玛雅蓝颜料的制备:称取10 g市售有机大红色粉与100 g纯化凹土混合均匀后,放入140 ℃烘箱中烘焙24 h,得到凹土基类玛雅蓝颜料,随后将其浸泡在100 ml乙醇中24h,离心、烘干、研磨,制备出凹土基类玛雅蓝有机/无机杂化颜料。
类玛雅蓝颜料的表面改性:将0.3 g椰子油磷酸酯甜菜碱溶解于100 ml水中,搅拌均匀后,加入10 g凹土基类玛雅蓝有机/无机杂化颜料,在80 ℃下恒温搅拌反应2 h后,离心、烘干、研磨,制备出椰子油磷酸酯甜菜碱改性凹土基类玛雅蓝大红颜料。
口红制备:将乳木果油20份、鳄梨油10份、霍霍巴油18份、椰子油10份、橄榄油5份和椰子油磷酸酯甜菜碱改性凹土基类玛雅蓝-大红颜料10份混合,高速搅拌分散30 min,升温至75 ℃,加入白蜂蜡 15份、棕榈蜡5份、小烛树蜡5份及2份维生素E,快速搅拌均匀,倒入模具,室温冷却,脱模、消毒、包装。
实施方式2:
本实施方式提供了一种类玛雅蓝口红的制备方法,与实施方式1大致相同,区别点仅在于,在类玛雅蓝颜料的制备过程中,使用的有机染料分子为市售有机蓝色色粉。除此之外,本实施方式与实施方式1完全相同,此处不做赘述。
实施方式3:
本实施方式提供了一种类玛雅蓝口红的制备方法,与实施方式1大致相同,区别点仅在于,在类玛雅蓝颜料的制备过程中,使用的有机染料分子为市售有机橘黄色粉。除此之外,本实施方式与实施方式1完全相同,此处不做赘述。
根据上述实施例得到的类玛雅蓝口红进行理化指标检测和安全性检测,数据如表1所示。由表1可以看出,本发明的类玛雅蓝口红符合常规口红的指标要求,不含有汞、砷和铅等重金属物质。

通过试用实验来评价类玛雅蓝口红效果。利用上述实施例制备出来的口红与市售口红进行对比实验。选取18-22岁女性120名,根据唇部形状、颜色、唇纹及唇部伤害程度,将她们任意等分成四组。前三组分别用实施例1、2、3制备的口红,对比例为市售口红,连续使用一个月。用肉眼观察唇部的修复和各种功能的体现状况来评价上述所制备的类玛雅蓝口红效果。结果如表2所示。

综上所述,该制备方法不需要添加任何防腐剂和抗氧化剂,安全健康;本发明所研制的类玛雅蓝口红具有良好的保湿滋润、涂抹性,色泽饱满,且具有抗炎愈合效果。
以上技术特征构成了本发明的实施例,其具有较强的适用性和实施效果,可根据实际需要增减非必要的技术特征,来满足不同情况的需求。
Claims (9)
1. 一种类玛雅蓝口红,其特征在于,由以下重量份配比的原料组成:白蜂蜡 10~20份,棕榈蜡1~5份,小烛树蜡1~5份,乳木果油10~30份,鳄梨油10~20份,霍霍巴油10~20份,椰子油5~10份,磷酸酯甜菜碱改性凹土基类玛雅蓝有机/无机杂化颜料1~10份,橄榄油1~5份,维生素E 1~5份。
2.一种类玛雅蓝口红的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
类玛雅蓝颜料的制备:将有机染料分子与纯化凹土混合均匀后,放入100~200 ℃烘箱中烘焙24~48 h,得到凹土基类玛雅蓝颜料,随后将其浸泡在乙醇中12~24 h,离心、烘干、研磨,制备出凹土基类玛雅蓝有机/无机杂化颜料;
类玛雅蓝颜料的表面改性:将磷酸酯甜菜碱溶解于水中,搅拌均匀后得磷酸酯甜菜碱水溶液,向其中加入所述凹土基类玛雅蓝有机/无机杂化颜料,在60~90 ℃下恒温搅拌反应1.5~3 h,离心、烘干、研磨,制备出磷酸酯甜菜碱改性凹土基类玛雅蓝有机/无机杂化颜料;
口红制备:将乳木果油、鳄梨油、霍霍巴油、椰子油、橄榄油和磷酸酯甜菜碱改性凹土基类玛雅蓝有机/无机杂化颜料按照预设配比混合,高速搅拌分散15~30 min,升温至60~80℃,加入白蜂蜡、棕榈蜡、小烛树蜡及维生素E,快速搅拌均匀,倒入模具,室温冷却,脱模、消毒、包装。
3.根据权利要求2所述的类玛雅蓝口红的制备方法,其特征在于:所述纯化凹土的制备方法如下:
将凹土加入至去离子水中,在转速为6000~10000 r/min下打浆30~60 min,随后离心、冻干、研磨、过200目筛,得所述纯化凹土;所述凹土与去离子水的质量比为1:5~10。
4.根据权利要求2所述的类玛雅蓝口红的制备方法,其特征在于:在所述类玛雅蓝颜料制备过程中,所述有机染料分子与所述纯化凹土的质量比为1~10:100。
5.根据权利要求2所述的类玛雅蓝口红的制备方法,其特征在于:在所述类玛雅蓝颜料制备过程中,所述有机染料分子为市售食品级有机口红色粉。
6.根据权利要求6所述的类玛雅蓝口红的制备方法,其特征在于:所述有机口红色粉为大红色色粉、橘黄色色粉、玫红色色粉、砖红色色粉、黄色色粉或蓝色色粉。
7.根据权利要求2所述的类玛雅蓝口红的制备方法,其特征在于:在所述类玛雅蓝的表面改性过程中,所述磷酸酯甜菜碱与所述凹土基类玛雅蓝有机/无机杂化颜料的质量比为2~5:100。
8.根据权利要求2至7中任一项所述的类玛雅蓝口红的制备方法,其特征在于:在所述类玛雅蓝的表面改性过程中,所述磷酸酯甜菜碱为化妆品级别的以下任意一种或其组合:
椰子油磷酸酯甜菜碱、十二烷基羟丙基磷酸酯甜菜碱、十四烷基羟丙基磷酸酯甜菜碱、十六烷基羟丙基磷酸酯甜菜碱、十八烷基羟丙基磷酸酯甜菜碱。
9. 根据权利要求2至7中任一项所述的类玛雅蓝口红的制备方法,其特征在于:在所述类玛雅蓝颜料的表面改性过程中,所述的离心过程中,离心转速为1000~5000 r/min,离心时间为30~60 min, 所述的烘干过程中,烘干温度为60~100 ℃,烘干时间为6~24 h。
