Abstract
The invention discloses a health-care drink for resisting fatigue and improving immunity and a preparation process thereof, wherein the health-care drink is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 3-6 parts of American ginseng, 3-6 parts of pseudo-ginseng, 10-30 parts of astragalus, 10-30 parts of rhizoma polygonati, 10-15 parts of medlar, 10-15 parts of jujube, 3-10 parts of liquorice, 10-15 parts of scorched hawthorn fruit, 10-30 parts of hairyvein agrimony and 5-15 parts of sweetener. The invention is used for treating consumptive disease, acute and chronic fatigue syndrome, sub-health, excessive thinking, physical stamina and impairment of vital qi (qi and blood) of human body, which causes: the formula has no toxic or side effect, is safe to take, can be prepared into clinically acceptable granules, powder, tablets and oral liquid, and improves the use universality.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of purely natural herbal medicine, and particularly relates to a health-care drink for resisting fatigue and improving immunity and a preparation process thereof.
Background

The pharmacology of the components is as follows:

Radix astragali: sweet in taste and slightly warm in nature, has the effects of tonifying qi, strengthening exterior, promoting urination, strengthening heart, reducing blood pressure, resisting bacteria, expelling toxin, expelling pus, promoting granulation, enhancing resistance of capillaries, and inhibiting sweat and sex hormone, and can be used for treating spontaneous perspiration due to exterior deficiency, internal injury due to qi deficiency, diarrhea due to spleen deficiency, edema, carbuncle, etc.

Medlar: the medlar is sweet in taste and neutral in nature. It mainly enters liver, kidney and lung meridians. S1: weighing American ginseng and pseudo-ginseng according to the formula amount, screening and grinding the American ginseng and pseudo-ginseng into fine powder.
S2, soaking the medlar, pulping, filtering, drying and pulverizing into powder for later use.
S3: steaming fructus Jujubae for 2-3 times, taking out semen Jujubae, and pulping.

The manufacturing process flow comprises the following steps:
s1: weighing American ginseng and pseudo-ginseng according to the formula amount, screening and grinding the American ginseng and pseudo-ginseng into fine powder.
S2, soaking the medlar, pulping, filtering, drying and pulverizing into powder for later use.
S3: steaming fructus Jujubae for 2-3 times, taking out semen Jujubae, and pulping.

Experiment design:

2. Curative effect judgment criteria:
(1) The method is obvious and effective: the immunity is obviously enhanced, the vigor and the facial color are improved, the working state is obviously improved, and the exercise capacity is obviously enhanced;

(3) No obvious difference exists between the use and the use: sub-health and fatigue symptoms were not improved.
3. Experimental results:

The anti-fatigue immunity-improving health-care drink and the preparation process thereof according to claim 1 are characterized in that the drink is prepared from the following raw materials in the optimal weight ratio: 6 parts of American ginseng, 6 parts of pseudo-ginseng, 20 parts of astragalus, 20 parts of rhizoma polygonati, 15 parts of medlar, 12 parts of jujube, 5 parts of liquorice, 13 parts of scorched hawthorn fruit, 15 parts of hairyvein agrimony and 15 parts of sweetener.
