Abstract
本发明涉及C09J7/29领域,更具体地,本发明涉及一种预涂着色膜及其制备方法,包括接触的基础膜层和硬化膜层。本申请预涂着色膜的结构设置解决了基础膜层换色的问题,避免了现有技术中换色浪费比较多,换色清洗麻烦的问题;同时使得其整体颜色较为饱满,各层之间协调之后,颜色饱满度和立体感更强;且该预涂着色膜整体性价比高,各层之间附着力高,无剥层分离问题,且具有较好的柔韧性。

本发明涉及C09J7/29领域,更具体地,本发明涉及一种预涂着色膜及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着人们审美意识的提高,对基材进行表面装饰达到较好的视觉效果成为一个趋势。中国专利CN202122122670提供了一种预涂膜,包括热熔胶层、防水层、防尘层、抗撕裂层、基础层、防护层,抗静电层等,该预涂膜具有防水的效果,然而其着色效果差,且目前着色膜均是采用在膜材料上直接着色,存在换色困难,颜色死板立体感差,浪费物料的情况,同时,目前着色层的添加,往往影响底层的装饰效果,着色和装饰效果往往此消彼长。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的一些问题,本发明第一个方面提供了一种预涂着色膜,包括接触的基础膜层和硬化膜层。
本申请中基础膜层的材质不做特别限定,包括但不限于PP、PETG、PVC、PET、PC、GAG、PMMA、ABS等。
在一种实施方式中,所述基础膜层的厚度为50-750微米,优选为150-350微米。
本申请中基础膜层正面指的是与硬化膜层接触的一面,背面指的是背离硬化膜层的一面。
本申请中硬化层正面为表层,背面指的是与基础膜层接触的一面。
在一种实施方式中,基础膜层背面的粗糙度Ra大于等于0.1微米,更优选为0.1-3微米。
在一种实施方式中,硬化层正面的粗糙度Ra小于0.1微米,此时呈现镜面效果。
在一种实施方式中,硬化层正面的粗糙度Ra大于等于0.1微米,此时呈现肤感哑光的效果;
本申请中硬化膜层显著提高了预涂着色膜的划伤性、耐化学性、手感、耐污性、抗指纹、硬度等特性。
本申请中所述硬化膜层可以使用水性肤感、PU肤感、UV肤感,亮哑光涂料制备得到。
在一种实施方式中,所述预涂着色膜还包括透明着色涂层,其与基础膜层的背面接触。
在一种实施方式中,当预涂着色膜包括硬化膜层、基础膜层、透明着色涂层或实色遮蔽涂层时,所述预涂着色膜的制备工艺:基础膜→涂布硬化液→固化→覆保护膜→翻面→涂布得到UV透明着色涂层或实色遮蔽涂层→固化→收卷。
优选的,所述透明着色涂层涂装时进行1-2道涂装。当透明着色涂层涂装时进行2道涂装时,工艺如下:基础膜→涂布硬化液→固化→覆保护膜→翻面→涂布1道透明着色涂层→半固化→涂布1道透明着色涂层→固化→收卷。
当预涂着色膜包括硬化膜层、基础膜层、透明着色涂层、实色遮蔽涂层时,预涂着色膜的制备工艺包括:基础膜→涂布硬化液→固化→覆保护膜→翻面→涂布1道透明着色涂层→半固化→涂布1道实色遮蔽涂层→固化→收卷。
优选的,所述透明着色涂层的厚度为5-100微米,更优选为5-20微米。
优选的,所述透明着色涂层含有未反应的羟基基团。
本申请中透明着色涂层所用涂料包括但不限于UV固化涂料、水性UV型涂料、PU型涂料等,优选为UV固化涂料。
本申请中透明着色涂层所用的着色材料不做特别限定,包括但不限于染料、色浆等,包括色精、色浆、银粉、珠光粉等。
选择高分子量树脂10-50wt%,可以拼加少量的UV树脂5-20wt%,单体选择含异羟基的PETA或羟乙酯1-5wt%,含有羟基可以和下面的PUR胶反应,做成双层固化涂层。
本申请中将透明着色涂层和基础膜层接触,且设置在背离硬化膜层一侧,尤其是控制基础膜层的厚度在50-750微米,透明着色涂层的厚度控制在5-100微米,尤其是5-20微米,此时得到的预涂着色膜,光线通过特定几层膜的折射,此时观察到预涂着色膜的颜色,整体的颜色的立体感更强。
此外,本申请中特定厚度的透明着色涂层不影响预涂着色膜底层的装饰效果,立体感强。
在一种实施方式中,所述预涂着色膜还包括实色遮蔽涂层。
在一种实施方式中,所述预涂着色膜从上至下依次包括硬化膜层、基础膜层、透明着色涂层。
在一种实施方式中,所述预涂着色膜从上之下依次包括硬化膜层、基础膜层、实色遮蔽涂层。
在一种实施方式中,所述预涂着色膜从上之下依次包括硬化膜层、基础膜层、透明着色涂层、实色遮蔽涂层。
本申请通过透明着色涂层和实色遮蔽涂层的复合,解决了现有技术中直接在基础膜层中膜材料上调色导致的立体感差、调色繁琐的问题,解决了生产时间和生产成本,且可以在线或线下快速的完成产品颜色的更换,避免了换色造成的物料浪费和时间浪费。
本申请中实色遮蔽涂层和透明着色涂层所用涂料以及着色材料可以相同也可以不同。
优选的,所述实色遮蔽涂层含有未反应的羟基基团。
优选的,所述实色遮蔽涂层的厚度为5-100微米,更优选为5-20微米。
本申请中透明着色涂层和实色遮蔽涂层含有未反应的羟基基团,在后续的使用过程中,除了UV固化或者烘烤自干外,还可以在后续粘贴基材的过程中,与PUR胶之间进行交联固化,实现双层固化,大大的提高了与后续基材的结合能力,同时减少了由于热胀冷缩而造成的收缩问题。
本发明与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果:
(1)本申请预涂着色膜的结构设置解决了基础膜层换色的问题,避免了现有技术中换色浪费比较多,换色清洗麻烦的问题;
(2)本申请预涂着色膜结构的设置,使得其整体颜色较为饱满,各层之间协调之后,颜色饱满度和立体感更强;
(3)该预涂着色膜整体性价比高,无需复合,各层之间附着力高,无剥层分离问题,且具有较好的柔韧性。

具体实施方式
以下通过具体实施方式说明本发明,但不局限于以下给出的具体实施例。
实施例1
一种预涂着色膜,如图1所示,从上之下,依次为硬化膜层1、基础膜层2、透明着色涂层3。
制备工艺:PVC基膜→涂布硬化液→固化→覆保护膜→翻面→涂布得到UV透明着色涂层→固化→收卷。
硬化膜层粗糙度Ra为0.4微米,背面粗糙度为0.6微米。
基础膜层的材质为PVC,厚度为150微米。
透明着色涂层涂装时1道涂装,干膜厚度为10微米,透明着色涂层含有未反应的羟基基团,材料为UV型涂料,使用染料着色。
实施例2
一种预涂着色膜,如图2所示,从上之下,依次为硬化膜层1、基础膜层2、实色遮蔽涂层4。
制备工艺:PETG基膜→涂布硬化液→固化→覆保护膜→翻面→涂布得到UV实色遮蔽涂层→固化→收卷。
硬化膜层粗糙度Ra为0.2微米。
基础膜层的材质为PETG,厚度为350微米,背面粗糙度为0.8微米。
透明着色涂层涂装时2道涂装,干膜厚度为20微米,透明着色涂层含有未反应的羟基基团,材料为UV型涂料,使用色浆着色。
实施例3
一种预涂着色膜,如图3所示,从上之下依次为硬化膜层1、基础膜层2、透明着色涂层3、实色遮蔽涂层4。
制备工艺:PMMA基膜→涂布硬化液→固化→覆保护膜→翻面→涂布透明着色涂层→半固化→涂布实色遮蔽涂层→固化→收卷。
硬化膜层粗糙度Ra为0.5微米。
基础膜层的材质为PMMA,厚度为200微米,背面粗糙度为0.6微米。
透明着色涂层涂装时1道涂装,干膜厚度为15微米,材料为UV型涂料,使用染料着色;实色遮蔽涂层干膜厚度为10微米,实色遮蔽涂涂层含有未反应的羟基基团,材料为PU型涂料,使用实色色浆着色。
对比例1
市面上常规预涂膜工艺,从上到下依次为水性肤感涂料、透明基膜、实色基膜;透明基膜和实色基膜为PVC膜,厚度分别为50微米、150微米。实色基膜调色工艺为:基料---加色母料调色--热熔挤出---对色---颜色有差异---色母料调色--热熔挤出---对色;根据颜色的差异,每次颜色调整需要挤出冷却后才能发现问题再重新重复前面的工序,同时每次颜色更换需要大量的基料进行对设备清洗,浪费很大。
预涂膜制备工艺:PVC透明膜---涂布水性肤感涂料---固化---收卷;预涂水性肤感涂料PVC透明膜---加热软化----复合PVC实色膜---冷却---收卷。
性能评估
光泽度,按GB/T 9754-2007规定方法进行测定。
附着力,按GB/T 9286-2021规定方法进行测定。
铅笔硬度,按GB/T 6739-2006规定方法进行测定,荷重750g。
耐油性笔,使用晨光油性笔在材料表面画上超过5cm的线条,放置30s后,分别用干脱脂无尘布和蘸好无水酒精的脱脂无尘布对油性笔线条进行擦拭,重复擦拭10次,擦拭压力约1.5kg,目视检查材料表面油性笔印迹清除的状况,干脱脂无尘布可完全清除,无印迹,判定为1级;干脱脂无尘布可清除大部分印迹,残留轻微印迹,蘸好无水酒精的脱脂无尘布可完全清除,无印记,判定为2级;蘸好无水酒精的脱脂无尘布可清除大部分印迹,残留轻微印迹,表面无损伤,判定为3级;蘸好无水酒精的脱脂无尘布无法清除或清除后表面出现失光,变色或其他损伤判定为4级。
耐污染性,GB/T 4893.1-2021规定方法进行测定。

经过评估,实施例1-3预涂着色膜的生产效率高,工艺简单,节省涂料,耐污性好,丰满度好。

4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述预涂着色膜,其特征在于,所述预涂着色膜还包括透明着色涂层(3),其与基础膜层(2)的背面接触。
