Abstract

本发明提供一种可生物分解食品级的PVA纸基材制造方法及其PVA纸基材,其中PVA纸基材制造方法,其包括下列步骤:提供纸基材;调制第一涂料,其为碱化度90~100%、又分子量为10~30万的聚乙烯醇的3~15%水溶液;调制第二涂料,其为三偏磷酸钠0.05~1摩尔浓度的水溶液;形成涂布层于纸基材的表面;形成表面交联层于涂布层上并产生表面交联层;以及进行烘干。借由本发明的实施,可以制成防油、防水、可生物分解及食品级且依照TAPPI T559pm‑96标准检测方法所测得的防油度大于或等于kit 6的PVA纸基材。

Description

可生物分解食品级的PVA纸基材制造方法及其PVA纸基材
技术领域
本发明为一种可生物分解食品级的PVA(Polyvinyl Alcohol,PVA,聚 乙烯醇)纸基材制造方法及其PVA纸基材,特别是用于制作食品级饮料杯或 餐盒…等容器的可生物分解食品级的PVA纸基材制造方法及其PVA纸基 材。
背景技术
如中国台湾专利公告第I418683号所示的一种素防油纸及其制造方法, 是包含羧甲基纤维素(carboxymethylcellulose)溶液及/或聚乙烯醇(Polyvinyl alcohol)溶液的混合物、淀粉衍生物溶液及/或聚乙烯醇溶液的混合物,其混 合的重量比为1:1~1:10,将此混合溶液涂布于纸张表面,每面涂布量约 为0.5~1.5g/m2,依TAPPI T559pm-96方法检测其纸张防油度可达kit>6的标 准。
如中国台湾专利公告第I560337号的一种防油纸的制造方法及其使用该 方法制造的防油纸,其中该防油纸的制造方法包含:取主体溶液(选自淀粉 衍生物溶液、聚乙烯醇溶液或丙烯酸聚合树脂其中之一或其组合),混合添 加剂(选自表面上胶剂、拨水剂或湿强剂其中之一或其组合),依100:1~100: 20重量份的比例混合而得涂布液,将此涂布液涂布于纸基材表面,每面涂 布量为1.0~4.0g/m2,依TAPPI T559 cm-12标准测试方法,检测出防油度为 kit No.7以上的标准。
又如中国台湾专利公告第I568805号,其关于用于纤维材料(特定言之用 于包装的纸张等)以及非纺织、纺织或针织织物材料的防油脂涂料。以上现 有习知前案,均无法完全达到防水且防油且可完全生物分解的功效。
发明内容
本发明为一种可生物分解食品级的PVA纸基材制造方法及其PVA纸基 材,其主要是要解决现有习知使用PVA产品,使用树脂、硼酸、戊二醛或 乙二醛…等添加剂,所造成毒性或无法完全生物分解…等问题。
本发明提供一种可生物分解食品级的PVA纸基材制造方法,其包括下 列步骤:提供基材,其是提供纸基材;调制第一涂料,其是将碱化度90~100%、 又分子量为10~30万的聚乙烯醇制成重量比为3~15%的水溶液;调制第二涂 料,其是将三偏磷酸钠制成0.05~1摩尔浓度的水溶液;形成涂布层,其是将 第一涂料涂布于纸基材的至少一个表面,以形成至少一个涂布层;形成表 面交联层,其是将第二涂料涂布于至少一个涂布层上并与至少一个涂布层 的表面交联而产生至少一个表面交联层,又至少一个表面交联层内侧的至 少一个涂布层仍维持无交联状态;以及进行烘干,其是对纸基材、至少一 个涂布层及至少一个表面交联层进行烘干作业。
本发明又提供一种可生物分解食品级的PVA纸基材,其是以上述的 PVA纸基材制造方法所制成。
借由本发明的实施,至少可以达成下列的进步功效:
一、可达防油、防水的功效。
二、可以制成可生物分解食品级的餐具。
三、可溶于水及/或可生物分解,完全不会造成环境污染,且可完全回 归大自然。
为了使任何熟习相关技艺者了解本发明的技术内容并据以实施,且根 据本说明书所揭露的内容、申请专利范围及图式,任何熟习相关技艺者可 轻易的理解本发明相关的目的及优点,因此将在实施方式中详细叙述本发 明的详细特征以及优点。

具体实施方式
如图1至图3所示,本实施例为一种可生物分解食品级的PVA纸基材 制造方法S100,其包括下列步骤:提供基材S110;调制第一涂料S120;调 制第二涂料S130;形成涂布层S140;形成表面交联层30S150;以及进行 烘干S160。
提供基材S110,其是提供纸基材10。
调制第一涂料S120,其是将碱化度90~100%、又分子量为10~30万的 聚乙烯醇与水互相混合,以制成重量比为3~15%的水溶液。由于聚乙烯醇 是一种安定、无毒的水溶性高分子,因此可以完全生物分解。
调制第二涂料S130,其是将三偏磷酸钠与水混合以调制成0.05~1摩尔 浓度的水溶液。三偏磷酸钠可溶水且可完全生物分解,其主成份乃是一种 环状结构的食品用聚合磷酸盐,且在生理毒性上,是最安全的食品用聚合 磷酸盐之一。
形成涂布层S140,其是将第一涂料涂布于纸基材10的至少一个表面, 以形成至少一个涂布层20;涂布时,其是将第一涂料,例如以1~10g/m2的 涂布量,均匀的涂布于纸基材10的至少一个表面,如此以完成至少一个涂 布层20的涂布。
形成表面交联层30S150,其是将第二涂料涂布于至少一个涂布层20 上,由于第二涂料为交联剂,因此当第二涂料涂布于至少一个涂布层20上 时,将会与至少一个涂布层20的表面产生交联,因而使至少一个涂布层20 的表面,产生至少一个表面交联层30。
由第二涂料涂布于至少一个涂布层20时,其仅仅与至少一个涂布层20 的表面进行交联反应,因为第二涂料并没有渗透到涂布层20的内部,因此 于至少一个表面交联层30内侧的涂布层20,仍会维持无交联状态。
进行烘干S160,其是对纸基材10、至少一个涂布层20及至少一个表 面交联层30进行烘干S160作业,以去除多余水分,并使至少一个涂布层 20及至少一个表面交联层30在纸基材10上固化。
以上所述的PVA纸基材制造方法S100,其所制成的PVA防水防油纸 基材10,其借由TAPPIT559pm-96标准检测方法所测得的防油度是大于或 等于kit6。
本发明又提供一种可生物分解食品级的PVA纸基材100的实施例,又 所述的可生物分解食品级的PVA纸基材100,其是以上述的PVA纸基材制 造方法S100所制成。
如图4所示,当可生物分解食品级的PVA纸基材100进一步制作成例 如是饮料杯110或外食用餐盒120…等餐具时,由于只有表面交联层30会 于食物接触,此时含三偏磷酸钠的表面交联层30,可以确保食品生理毒性 的安全;又可达到防油防水侵入纸基材10,以确保餐具使用时,不会被热 汤热油所侵害。
又上述餐具使用后,因为纸基材10、涂布层20及表面交联层30,均 为无毒、可溶于水及/或可生物分解的材料,因此完全不会造成环境污染, 且可完全回归大自然。
惟上述各实施例是用以说明本发明的特点,其目的在使熟习该技术者 能了解本发明的内容并据以实施,而非限定本创作的专利范围,故凡其他 未脱离本发明所揭示的精神而完成的等效修饰或修改,仍应包含在申请专 利范围中。

Claims (4)

1.一种可生物分解食品级的PVA纸基材制造方法,其特征在于,包括下列步骤:
提供基材,其是提供纸基材;
调制第一涂料,其是将碱化度90~100%、又分子量为10~30万的聚乙烯醇制成重量比为3~15%的水溶液;
调制第二涂料,其是将三偏磷酸钠制成0.05~1摩尔浓度的水溶液;
形成涂布层,其是将该第一涂料涂布于该纸基材的至少一个表面,以形成至少一个涂布层;
形成表面交联层,其是将该第二涂料涂布于该至少一个涂布层上并与该至少一个涂布层的表面交联而产生至少一个表面交联层,又该至少一个表面交联层内侧的至少一个涂布层仍维持无交联状态;以及
进行烘干,其是对该纸基材、该至少一个涂布层及该至少一个表面交联层进行烘干作业。
2.根据权利要求1所述的PVA纸基材制造方法,其特征在于,该至少一个涂布层,其是将该第一涂料以1~10g/m2的涂布量,完成该至少一个涂布层的涂布。
3.根据权利要求1所述的PVA纸基材制造方法,其特征在于,所制成的PVA防水防油纸基材,其借由TAPPI T559 pm-96标准检测方法所测得的防油度是大于或等于kit 6。
4.一种可生物分解食品级的PVA纸基材,其特征在于,是以权利要求1至3其中之一项的PVA纸基材制造方法所制成。
