Abstract

本發明提供一種可生物分解食品級之PVA紙基材製造方法及其PVA紙基材,其中PVA紙基材製造方法,其包括下列步驟:提供一紙基材;調製一第一塗料,其為鹼化度90~100%、又分子量為10~30萬之聚乙烯醇之3~15%水溶液;調製一第二塗料,其為三偏磷酸鈉0.05~1莫耳濃度之水溶液;形成一塗佈層於紙基材之表面;形成表面交聯層於塗佈層上並產生表面交聯層;以及進行烘乾。藉由本發明之實施,可以製成防油、防水、可生物分解及食品級且依照TAPPI T559 pm-96標準檢測方法所測得的防油度大於或等於kit 6之PVA紙基材。

Description

可生物分解食品級之PVA紙基材製造方法及其PVA紙基材
本發明為一種可生物分解食品級之PVA(Polyvinyl Alcohol, PVA,  聚乙烯醇) 紙基材製造方法及其PVA紙基材,特別係用於製作食品級飲料杯或餐盒…等容器之可生物分解食品級之PVA紙基材製造方法及其PVA紙基材。
如中華民國專利公告第I418683號所示之一種素防油紙及其製造方法,係包含羧甲基纖維素(carboxymethylcellulose)溶液及/或聚乙烯醇(Polyvinyl alcohol)溶液之混合物、澱粉衍生物溶液及/或聚乙烯醇溶液之混合物,其混合之重量比為1:1~1:10,將此混合溶液塗布於紙張表面,每面塗布量約為0.5~1.5g/m2,依TAPPI T559pm-96方法檢測其紙張防油度可達kit>6之標準。
如中華民國專利公告第I560337號之一種防油紙之製造方法及其使用該方法製造之防油紙,其中該防油紙之製造方法包含:取一主體溶液(選自澱粉衍生物溶液、聚乙烯醇溶液或丙烯酸聚合樹脂其中之一或其組合),混合一添加劑(選自表面上膠劑、撥水劑或濕強劑其中之一或其組合),依100:1~100:20重量份之比例混合而得一塗佈液,將此塗佈液塗佈於一紙基材表面,每面塗佈量為1.0~4.0g/m2,依TAPPI T559 cm-12標準測試方法,檢測出防油度為kit No.7以上之標準。
又如中華民國專利公告第I568805號,其關於用於纖維材料(特定言之用於包裝之紙張等)以及非紡織、紡織或針織織物材料之防油脂塗料。 以上習知前案,均無法完全達到防水且防油且可完全生物分解之功效。
本發明為一種可生物分解食品級之PVA紙基材製造方法及其PVA紙基材,其主要係要解決習知使用PVA產品,使用樹脂、硼酸、戊二醛或乙二醛…等添加劑,所造成毒性或無法完全生物分解…等問題。
本發明提供一種可生物分解食品級之PVA紙基材製造方法,其包括下列步驟:提供一基材,其係提供一紙基材;調製一第一塗料,其係將鹼化度90~100%、又分子量為10~30萬之聚乙烯醇製成重量比為3~15%之水溶液;調製一第二塗料,其係將三偏磷酸鈉製成0.05~1莫耳濃度之水溶液;形成一塗佈層,其係將第一塗料塗佈於紙基材之至少一表面,以形成至少一塗佈層; 形成表面交聯層,其係將第二塗料塗佈於至少一塗佈層上並與至少一塗佈層之表面交聯而產生至少一表面交聯層,又至少一表面交聯層內側之至少一塗佈層仍維持無交聯狀態;以及進行烘乾,其係對紙基材、至少一塗佈層及至少一表面交聯層進行烘乾作業。
本發明又提供一種可生物分解食品級之PVA紙基材,其係以上述之PVA紙基材製造方法所製成。
藉由本發明之實施,至少可以達成下列之進步功效: 一、   可達防油、防水之功效。 二、   可以製成可生物分解食品級之餐具。 三、   可溶於水及/或可生物分解,完全不會造成環境汙染,且可完全回歸大自然。
為了使任何熟習相關技藝者了解本發明之技術內容並據以實施,且根據本說明書所揭露之內容、申請專利範圍及圖式,任何熟習相關技藝者可輕易的理解本發明相關之目的及優點,因此將在實施方式中詳細敘述本發明之詳細特徵以及優點。
如圖1至圖3所示,本實施例為一種可生物分解食品級之PVA紙基材製造方法S100,其包括下列步驟:提供一基材S110;調製一第一塗料S120;調製一第二塗料S130;形成一塗佈層S140;形成表面交聯層30S150;以及進行烘乾S160。
提供一基材S110,其係提供一紙基材10。
調製一第一塗料S120,其係將鹼化度90~100%、又分子量為10~30萬之聚乙烯醇與水互相混合,以製成重量比為3~15%之水溶液。由於聚乙烯醇是一種安定、無毒的水溶性高分子,因此可以完全生物分解。
調製一第二塗料S130,其係將三偏磷酸鈉與水混合以調製成0.05~1莫耳濃度之水溶液。三偏磷酸鈉可溶水且可完全生物分解,其主成份乃是一種環狀結構的食品用聚合磷酸鹽,且在生理毒性上,是最安全之食品用聚合磷酸鹽之一。
形成一塗佈層S140,其係將第一塗料塗佈於紙基材10之至少一表面,以形成至少一塗佈層20;塗佈時,其係將第一塗料,例如以1~10g/m 2之塗佈量,均勻的塗佈於紙基材10之至少一表面,如此以完成至少一塗佈層20之塗佈。
形成表面交聯層30S150,其係將第二塗料塗佈於至少一塗佈層20上,由於第二塗料為一交聯劑,因此當第二塗料塗佈於至少一塗佈層20上時,將會與至少一塗佈層20之表面產生交聯,因而使至少一塗佈層20之表面,產生至少一表面交聯層30。
由第二塗料塗佈於至少一塗佈層20時,其僅僅與至少一塗佈層20之表面進行交聯反應,因為第二塗料並沒有滲透到塗佈層20的內部,因此於至少一表面交聯層30內側之塗佈層20,仍會維持無交聯狀態。
進行烘乾S160,其係對紙基材10、至少一塗佈層20及至少一表面交聯層30進行烘乾S160作業,以去除多餘水分,並使至少一塗佈層20及至少一表面交聯層30在紙基材10上固化。
以上所述之PVA紙基材製造方法S100,其所製成之PVA防水防油紙基材10,其藉由TAPPIT559pm-96標準檢測方法所測得的防油度係大於或等於kit6。
本發明又提供一種可生物分解食品級之PVA紙基材100之實施例,又所述之可生物分解食品級之PVA紙基材100,其係以上述之PVA紙基材製造方法S100所製成。
如圖4所示,當可生物分解食品級之PVA紙基材100進一步製作成例如是飲料杯110或外食用餐盒120…等餐具時,由於只有表面交聯層30會於食物接觸,此時含三偏磷酸鈉的表面交聯層30,可以確保食品生理毒性的安全;又可達到防油防水侵入紙基材10,以確保餐具使用時,不會被熱湯熱油所侵害。
又上述餐具使用後,因為紙基材10、塗佈層20及表面交聯層30,均為無毒、可溶於水及/或可生物分解之材料,因此完全不會造成環境汙染,且可完全回歸大自然。
惟上述各實施例係用以說明本發明之特點,其目的在使熟習該技術者能瞭解本發明之內容並據以實施,而非限定本創作之專利範圍,故凡其他未脫離本發明所揭示之精神而完成之等效修飾或修改,仍應包含在以下所述之申請專利範圍中。

Claims (4)

  1. 一種可生物分解食品級之PVA紙基材製造方法,其包括下列步驟: 提供一基材,其係提供一紙基材; 調製一第一塗料,其係將鹼化度90~100%、又分子量為10~30萬之聚乙烯醇製成重量比為3~15%之水溶液; 調製一第二塗料,其係將三偏磷酸鈉製成0.05~1莫耳濃度之水溶液; 形成一塗佈層,其係將該第一塗料塗佈於該紙基材之至少一表面,以形成至少一塗佈層; 形成表面交聯層,其係將該第二塗料塗佈於該至少一塗佈層上並與該至少一塗佈層之表面交聯而產生至少一表面交聯層,又該至少一表面交聯層內側之至少一塗佈層仍維持無交聯狀態;以及 進行烘乾,其係對該紙基材、該至少一塗佈層及該至少一表面交聯層進行烘乾作業。
  2. 如請求項1所述之PVA紙基材製造方法,其中該至少一塗佈層,其係將該第一塗料以1~10g/m 2之塗佈量,完成該至少一塗佈層之塗佈。
  3. 如請求項1所述之PVA紙基材製造方法,其所製成之PVA防水防油紙基材,其藉由TAPPI T559 pm-96標準檢測方法所測得的防油度係大於或等於kit 6。
  4. 一種可生物分解食品級之PVA紙基材,其係以請求項1至3項其中之一項之PVA紙基材製造方法所製成。
