白卡纸可作为包装材料包装多种物品,包括食品,当用于食品包装时常需要其与食品接触的一面具备防水防油性,白卡纸与食品接触的一面一般为背面,正面用于印刷图案。普通白卡纸的正面会进行涂布处理,使纸张具有一定的表面强度和印刷适性,便于印刷,背面往往不进行涂布或进行常规涂布以提高白度和表面强度或降低成本。而纸张需防水防油时,常用的方法是以淋膜的形式在其表面涂布一层高分子薄膜,或涂布防油剂,前者由于高分子薄膜难以碎解和降解,导致纸张材料回用后碎浆制浆困难,影响纸张的回收再利用和自然降解;后者涂布的防油剂现较多为含氟类防油剂,但含氟类化合物存在安全隐患,危害人体健康,已有法规对其进行使用禁止,因此含氟类防油剂用于直接与食品接触时存在安全隐忧,寻找替代的产品或方案是必然的发展趋势。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服上述现有技术的缺点,提供一种环保、抗水抗油性能优越且成本低的防水防油白卡纸,以及该防水防油白卡纸的生产方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种防水防油白卡纸,包括依次层叠的面层、芯层和底层,所述面层上由内到外依次涂布有预涂层、芯涂层和面涂层,所述底层上涂布有底涂层,所述底涂层上还涂布有防水防油涂料,所述面层、芯层和底层的浆料中均添加有浆内施胶剂,所述面层与预涂层之间涂布有面层施胶剂,所述底层与底涂层之间涂布有底层施胶剂。
所述防水防油涂料包括下列质量份数的组分:丁腈胶乳30-40份、硅丙乳液10-20份、氧化淀粉20-30份、淀粉交联剂、石蜡乳液5-10份、CMC 0.5-2份、防腐剂适量、消泡剂适量。
进一步地,所述丁腈胶乳的固含量为45±1%,硅丙乳液的固含量为46±1%,石蜡乳液的固含量为45±1%,淀粉交联剂的用量为氧化淀粉重量的0.06%-0.2%,淀粉交联剂为三偏磷酸钠、三聚磷酸钠、六偏磷酸钠、三氯氧磷、环氧氯丙烷中的一种或两种的组合物。
进一步地,防水防油涂料的制备步骤为:
(1)将氧化淀粉分散于水中得到淀粉乳,再加入一定量的氢氧化钠调节pH值至10.5后加入淀粉交联剂,在40-45℃下反应1-1.5h后,再缓慢升温至淀粉糊化,降温即得淀粉液;淀粉液需在12h内使用。
(2)将CMC分散溶解于水中得到CMC溶液;
(3)将丁腈胶乳、硅丙乳液、石蜡乳液混合均匀后,再加入淀粉液、CMC溶液和防腐剂混合均匀,用200目滤网过滤后加入适量消泡剂,得到防水防油涂料。
进一步地,所述底涂层的涂料包括下列组分:以重量计,填料100份、羧基丁苯胶乳5-8份、生物胶乳3-6份、大豆分离蛋白1-4份、抗水剂0.08-0.2份、分散剂0.02-0.05份、润滑剂0.1-0.2份、CMC 0.1-0.4份、OBA增白剂0.5-1.0份、涂布品兰0.001-0.002份、防腐剂和消泡剂适量。
进一步地,所述填料为固含量75%的碳酸钙钙浆,所述羧基丁苯胶乳的固含量为50±1%,所述生物胶乳为固含量为50%的改性大豆蛋白乳液或改性淀粉乳液,所述抗水剂为固含量为50%的聚酰胺聚脲抗水剂,所述分散剂为固含量为40%的聚乙烯醇,所述润滑剂为固含量为50%的硬脂酸钙,CMC的固含量为10%。
进一步地,所述底层施胶剂包括下列以干重计量的组分:酶改性淀粉100份、聚乙烯醇8-13份。酶改性淀粉可现场制备,底层施胶剂的制备方法可为:
(1)在熬胶锅中加入1000L水,在搅拌条件下加入原淀粉160-180kg至原淀粉成均匀的淀粉液,再加入淀粉酶的溶液混合均匀后慢慢升温至55-65℃下保温5-10min,再继续升温至95±2℃,保温10-20min得到糊化淀粉液;所述淀粉酶的用量为每吨绝干原淀粉0.50-0.60kg淀粉酶,淀粉酶可预先用蒸馏水溶解稀释。原淀粉可为木薯淀粉、玉米淀粉等常用淀粉原料。
(2)将聚乙烯醇溶解成5%-10%的溶液,可预先将聚乙烯醇溶胀后再缓慢升温至90℃左右搅拌溶解得到聚乙烯醇溶液。
(3)将步骤(1)中的糊化淀粉液加水稀释至所需浓度后,再加入步骤(2)中的聚乙烯醇溶液,冷却至60℃左右后过滤即得底层施胶剂,可直接用于底层的表面施胶,其浓度控制在8%-10%。
进一步地,所述面层的纤维原料为NBKP浆和LBKP浆,所述面层的浆料为NBKP浆和LBKP浆的组合,所述芯层的浆料为NBKP浆、BCTMP浆和损纸的组合,所述底层的浆料为NBKP浆和LBKP浆的组合;所述浆内施胶剂可为ASA、AKD、ASA/阳离子淀粉的组合物、AKD/阳离子淀粉的组合物、或ASA/AKD/阳离子淀粉的组合物,施胶剂的添加量为绝干纸浆重量的0.1%-0.3%,且底层浆料、面层浆料和芯层浆料中的浆内施胶剂的添加量依次减少。ASA采用在线乳化,阳离子淀粉与ASA组合使用时,可用作ASA的乳化剂,阳离子淀粉组合使用时,也可同时起到增强纸页强度、助留助滤、阴离子捕捉和絮凝的作用,因此阳离子淀粉可配合湿部干强剂、助留助滤剂和阴离子捕捉剂来添加。
进一步地,所述底层施胶剂的施胶量为1.5-4g/m2,所述底涂层的涂布量为8-15g/m2,所述防水防油涂料的涂布量为2-7g/m2
一种上述防水防油白卡纸的生产方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、将加有浆内施胶剂、干强剂、助留助滤剂等助剂的面层浆料、芯层浆料和底层浆料分别上网滤水成型后,经复合、压榨、干燥后,再在面层和底层上分别进行表面施胶。
S2、表面施胶后的原纸干燥后,依次在面层上涂布预涂层和芯涂层、在底层上涂布底涂层、在芯涂层上涂布面涂层后进行软压光,然后再在底涂层涂布防水防油涂料后,干燥、检测后进行卷取。
进一步地,所述面层的浆料为NBKP浆和LBKP浆的组合,所述芯层的浆料为NBKP浆、BCTMP浆和损纸的组合,所述底层的浆料为NBKP浆和LBKP浆的组合;所述浆内施胶剂为ASA、AKD、ASA/阳离子淀粉的组合物、AKD/阳离子淀粉的组合物、或ASA/AKD/阳离子淀粉的组合物。施胶剂的添加量为绝干纸浆重量的0.1%-0.3%,且底层浆料、面层浆料和芯层浆料中的浆内施胶剂的添加量依次减少。
进一步地,所述预涂层、芯涂层、面涂层和底涂层的涂布采用刮刀涂布的方式,所述防水防油涂料的涂布采用刮棒。S2步骤中涂布后的干燥采用红外干燥与热风干燥相结合的方法。
本发明通过在白卡纸的正面和背面先进行表面施胶,再在正面分别进行多层涂布,在背面进行底涂层涂布,再在底涂层上涂布防水防油涂料,同时配合浆内添加的施胶剂,这些结构和生产工艺相互配合使得白卡纸背面具有优异的抗水抗油性,满足白卡纸用于食品等包装时对防水和防油性能的要求,同时改善背面的白度和平滑度,提高白卡纸整体的挺度;浆内施胶的工艺方法与各层浆料的种类、各层的实际作用相匹配,在平衡成本的基础上使得浆内施胶剂能充分发挥其作用,提高整体纸张的防水性,保证其挺度、耐折度、耐破度等物理指标,同时也能有效控制后续表面施胶剂和表面涂布涂料的渗透量,使得表面施胶和表面涂布涂层能充分发挥各自的用途;表面施胶可改善原纸的表面性能,使其具有一定的抗水性,避免表面涂层向纸内迁移,改善表面平滑度和光泽度;底涂层在提高松厚度、白度和挺度,降低成本的同时可进一步提高纸张表面的抗水抗油性;相比于含氟类防油剂,本发明防水防油涂料的成本较低,且相对环保。

具体实施方式
实施例1
一种防水防油白卡纸,定量为250g/m2,如图1所示,包括依次层叠的面层1、芯层2和底层3,所述面层1上由内到外依次涂布有预涂层5、芯涂层6和面涂层7,所述底层3上涂布有底涂层9,所述底涂层上还涂布有防水防油涂料(对应图1中的防水防油涂层10),所述面层、芯层和底层的浆料中均添加有浆内施胶剂,所述面层与预涂层之间涂布有面层施胶剂(对应图1中的面层施胶层4),所述底层与底涂层之间涂布有底层施胶剂(对应图1中的底层施胶层8)。
所述面层1的浆料为NBKP浆和LBKP浆的组合,所述芯层2的浆料为NBKP浆、BCTMP浆和损纸的组合,所述底层3的浆料为NBKP浆和LBKP浆的组合。面层1的挂浆克重为32g,底层3的挂浆克重为40g,预涂层5的涂布量为9g/m2,芯涂层6的涂布量为10g/m2,面涂层7的涂布量为11g/m2,底涂层9的涂布量为9g/m2。面层施胶剂的施胶量为2.5g/m2左右,底层施胶剂的施胶量为2.5g/m2左右,防水防油涂料的涂布量为3.5g/m2左右。
一种上述防水防油白卡纸的生产方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、将加有浆内施胶剂、干强剂、助留助滤剂等助剂的面层浆料、芯层浆料和底层浆料分别上网滤水成型后,经复合、压榨、干燥后,再在面层和底层上分别进行表面施胶。
S2、表面施胶后的原纸干燥后,依次在面层上涂布预涂层和芯涂层、在底层上涂布底涂层、在芯涂层上涂布面涂层后进行软压光,然后再在底涂层上涂布防水防油涂料后,干燥、检测后进行卷取。
所述浆内施胶剂为AKD与阳离子淀粉的组合物,底层浆料、面层浆料和芯层浆料中浆内施胶剂的添加量分别为绝干纸浆重量的0.1%、0.18%、0.3%。所述预涂层、芯涂层、面涂层和底涂层的涂布采用刮刀涂布的方式,所述防水防油涂料的涂布采用刮棒。S2步骤中涂布后的干燥采用红外干燥与热风干燥相结合的方法。
面层施胶剂和底层施胶剂中均包括下列以干重计量的组分:酶改性淀粉100份、聚乙烯醇(牌号1799)11份。酶改性淀粉现场制备,底层施胶剂的制备方法为:
(1)在熬胶锅中加入1000L水,在搅拌条件下加入原淀粉(木薯淀粉)160-180kg至原淀粉成均匀的淀粉液,再加入淀粉酶的溶液混合均匀后慢慢升温至55-65℃下保温5-10min,再继续升温至95±2℃,保温10-20min得到糊化淀粉液;所述淀粉酶的用量为每吨绝干原淀粉0.55±0.05kg淀粉酶,淀粉酶预先用蒸馏水溶解稀释。
(2)将聚乙烯醇加入水中搅拌溶胀1-2h后,缓慢升温至90℃左右搅拌溶解得到5%-10%的聚乙烯醇溶液。
(3)将步骤(1)中的糊化淀粉液加水稀释至所需浓度后,再加入步骤(2)中的聚乙烯醇溶液,冷却至60℃左右后用200目滤网过滤即得底层施胶剂,可直接用于底层的表面施胶,其浓度控制在8%-10%。
预涂层、芯涂层和面涂层的涂料配方采用现有的常规配方,固含量控制在60%-68%,用碱调节pH值至10左右,具体组分配方如下:
预涂层所用的涂布涂料包括下列组分:以重量计,碳酸钙100份、涂布淀粉3份、预涂胶乳11份、生物胶乳2份、分散剂0.05份、润滑剂0.15份、CMC0.2份、预涂抗水剂0.15份、OBA增白剂0.2份和品紫0.002份。
芯涂层所用的涂布涂料包括下列组分:以重量计,碳酸钙100份、涂布淀粉2.5份、预涂胶乳11份、分散剂0.1份、润滑剂0.2份、CMC 0.3份、面涂抗水剂0.25份、OBA增白剂0.4份、品紫0.003份和消泡剂适量。
面涂层所用的涂布涂料包括下列组分:以重量计,瓷土20份、碳酸钙80份、面涂胶乳12份、分散剂0.15份、润滑剂0.5份、CMC 0.4份、面涂抗水剂0.4份、OBA增白剂0.4份、品紫0.004份和消泡剂适量。
所述底涂层的涂料包括下列组分:以重量计,填料100份、羧基丁苯胶乳8份、生物胶乳3份、大豆分离蛋白1.5份、抗水剂0.15份、分散剂0.04份、润滑剂0.15份、CMC 0.3份、OBA增白剂1.0份、涂布品兰0.0012份、防腐剂和消泡剂适量。固含量控制在65%左右,用碱调节pH值至9.7-10.2。所述填料为固含量75%的65级碳酸钙钙浆,所述羧基丁苯胶乳的固含量为50±1%,所述生物胶乳为市售固含量为50%的改性大豆蛋白乳液,所述抗水剂为固含量为50%的聚酰胺聚脲抗水剂,所述分散剂为固含量为40%的聚乙烯醇,CMC的固含量为10%,大豆分离蛋白、分散剂和CMC预先分散溶解,所述润滑剂为固含量为50%的硬脂酸钙。
所述防水防油涂料包括下列质量份数的组分:丁腈胶乳40份、硅丙乳液15份、氧化淀粉25份、石蜡乳液8份、CMC 1份、淀粉交联剂、防腐剂、消泡剂适量。丁腈胶乳的固含量为45±1%,硅丙乳液的固含量为46±1%,石蜡乳液的固含量为45±1%,淀粉交联剂的用量为氧化淀粉重量的0.1%,淀粉交联剂为质量比为99:1的三偏磷酸钠与三聚磷酸钠的组合物。上述原料均为市售产品。
防水防油涂料的制备步骤为:
(1)将氧化淀粉分散于水中得到淀粉乳,再加入一定量的氢氧化钠调节pH值至10.5后加入淀粉交联剂,在40-45℃下反应1-1.5h后,再缓慢升温至淀粉糊化,降温即得淀粉液;淀粉液需在12h内使用。
(2)将CMC分散溶解于水中得到CMC溶液;
(3)将丁腈胶乳、硅丙乳液、石蜡乳液混合均匀后,再加入淀粉液、CMC溶液和防腐剂混合均匀,用200目滤网过滤后加入适量消泡剂,得到防水防油涂料。
实施例2
白卡纸原纸的结构、定量、抄纸工艺等与实施例1相同,来自于同一个湿部抄纸生产线,表面施胶、预涂、芯涂、面涂等工艺和配方也相同,区别之处在于:
所述底涂层的涂料包括下列组分:以重量计,填料100份、羧基丁苯胶乳7份、生物胶乳5份、大豆分离蛋白2份、抗水剂0.1份、分散剂0.03份、润滑剂0.2份、CMC 0.4份、OBA增白剂1.0份、涂布品兰0.0015份和消泡剂适量。
所述防水防油涂料包括下列质量份数的组分:丁腈胶乳35份、硅丙乳液18份、氧化淀粉25份、石蜡乳液8份、CMC 1.5份、淀粉交联剂、防腐剂、消泡剂适量。淀粉交联剂的用量为氧化淀粉重量的0.15%,淀粉交联剂为六偏磷酸钠。
实施例3
其余与实施例1相同,区别在于:
所述底涂层的涂料包括下列组分:以重量计,填料100份、羧基丁苯胶乳8份、生物胶乳4份、大豆分离蛋白1.5份、抗水剂0.12份、分散剂0.03份、润滑剂0.15份、CMC 0.3份、OBA增白剂1.0份、涂布品兰0.0015份和消泡剂适量。
所述防水防油涂料包括下列质量份数的组分:丁腈胶乳35份、硅丙乳液15份、氧化淀粉30份、石蜡乳液7份、CMC 1.5份、淀粉交联剂、防腐剂、消泡剂适量。淀粉交联剂的用量为氧化淀粉重量的0.18%,淀粉交联剂为三偏磷酸钠。
对比例1
与实施例1的区别在于:
面层施胶剂和底层施胶剂中均为现场制备的酶改性淀粉,每吨绝干原淀粉添加0.55±0.05kg淀粉酶。
底涂层所用的底涂涂料包括下列组分:以重量计,碳酸钙100份、预涂胶乳8份、生物胶乳3份、分散剂0.05份、润滑剂0.15份、CMC 0.4份、预涂抗水剂0.2份、OBA增白剂1.0份和品兰0.0015份。
底涂层上未涂布防水防油涂料。
对比例2:某市售250g/m2防油白卡纸产品。
性能测试:
防油等级检测:采用国际通用标准Oil Kit Test-TAPPI T559cm-12来测试纸张的防油等级。采用一系列不同体积比的蓖麻油、甲苯、正庚烷配制得到12种具有不同表面张力的防油测试液,利用这12种测试液测定纸张的防油等级,防油等级最高为12级,最低为1级。
接触角测试:采用接触角测量仪测量测试白卡纸背面(即涂布有底涂层和防水防油层的底层)的接触角,每个样品选取5个不同的位置测接触角,再计算平均值。测试液为蒸馏水时,接触角越大,表明纸张的防水性能越好;测试液为油滴(蓖麻油)时,接触角越大,表明纸张的防油性能越好。
吸水性能测试:按照标准GB/T1540-2002测试其吸水性。Cobb值越小,表明纸张的抗水能力越强,防水性能越好。
定量测试:采用ISO536标准进行定量测试。
厚度测试:采用ISO534标准进行厚度测试。
白度测试:采用ISO2470-1标准测试白卡纸背面的白度。
挺度测试:采用ISO2493标准进行纸板挺度的测试。
实施例1-3及对比例1-2的性能测试结果见表一,并对照本公司制定的技术标准。

由测试数据可知,本发明的防水防油白卡纸的防油等级可达到7级,满足一般防油纸板5级以上的使用要求,并具有良好的防水性能,并相比于常规白卡纸,挺度也有一定的提升,白度和松厚度性能相当;与现有防油白卡纸相比,防水防油性能更为优越。
由于实际生产的限制,实施例部分仅展示250g/m2克重白卡纸的技术效果,本发明适合于所有定量的防水防油白卡纸的生产。

1.一种防水防油白卡纸,包括依次层叠的面层、芯层和底层,所述面层上由内到外依次涂布有预涂层、芯涂层和面涂层,所述底层上涂布有底涂层,其特征在于,所述底涂层上还涂布有防水防油涂料,所述面层、芯层和底层的浆料中均添加有浆内施胶剂,所述面层与预涂层之间涂布有面层施胶剂,所述底层与底涂层之间涂布有底层施胶剂;
所述防水防油涂料包括下列质量份数的组分:丁腈胶乳30-40份、硅丙乳液10-20份、氧化淀粉20-30份、石蜡乳液5-10份、CMC 0.5-2份、淀粉交联剂、防腐剂和消泡剂;
所述面层的浆料为NBKP浆和LBKP浆的组合,所述芯层的浆料为NBKP浆、BCTMP浆和损纸的组合,所述底层的浆料为NBKP浆和LBKP浆的组合;所述浆内施胶剂为ASA、AKD、ASA/阳离子淀粉的组合物、AKD/阳离子淀粉的组合物、或ASA/ AKD/阳离子淀粉的组合物;施胶剂的添加量为绝干纸浆重量的0.1%-0.3%,且底层浆料、面层浆料和芯层浆料中的浆内施胶剂的添加量依次减少;

S1、在熬胶锅中加入1000L水,在搅拌条件下加入原淀粉160-180kg配制成淀粉乳,再加入淀粉酶混合均匀后,缓慢升温至55-65℃下保温5-10min,再继续升温至95±2℃,保温10-20min得到糊化淀粉液;所述淀粉酶的用量为0.50-0.60kg淀粉酶/吨绝干原淀粉;
S2、将聚乙烯醇加入水中搅拌溶胀1-2h后,再缓慢升温至90℃搅拌溶解得到5%-10%的聚乙烯醇溶液;
S3、将步骤S1中的糊化淀粉液加水稀释至所需浓度后,再加入步骤S2中的聚乙烯醇溶液,冷却至60℃后用200目滤网过滤即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水防油白卡纸,其特征在于,所述丁腈胶乳的固含量为45±1%,硅丙乳液的固含量为46±1%,石蜡乳液的固含量为45±1%,淀粉交联剂的用量为氧化淀粉干重的0.06%-0.2%,淀粉交联剂为三偏磷酸钠、三聚磷酸钠、六偏磷酸钠、三氯氧磷、环氧氯丙烷中的一种或两种的组合物。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种防水防油白卡纸,其特征在于,所述防水防油涂料的制备步骤为:将氧化淀粉分散于水中得到淀粉乳,再加入一定量的氢氧化钠调节pH值至10.5后加入淀粉交联剂,在40-45℃下反应1-1.5h后,再缓慢升温至淀粉糊化,降温即得淀粉液;将CMC分散溶解于水中得到CMC溶液;将丁腈胶乳、硅丙乳液和石蜡乳液混合均匀后,再加入淀粉液、CMC溶液和和防腐剂混合均匀,用200目滤网过滤后加入消泡剂,得到防水防油涂料。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水防油白卡纸,其特征在于,所述底涂层的涂料包括下列质量份数的组分:填料100份、羧基丁苯胶乳5-8份、生物胶乳3-6份、大豆分离蛋白1-4份、抗水剂0.08-0.2份、分散剂0.02-0.05份、润滑剂0.1-0.2份、CMC 0.1-0.4份、OBA增白剂0.5-1.0份、品兰0.001-0.002份、防腐剂和消泡剂。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种防水防油白卡纸,其特征在于,所述填料为固含量75%的碳酸钙钙浆,所述羧基丁苯胶乳的固含量为50±1%,所述生物胶乳为固含量为50%的改性大豆蛋白乳液或改性淀粉乳液,所述抗水剂为固含量为50%的聚酰胺聚脲抗水剂,所述分散剂为固含量为40%的聚乙烯醇,所述润滑剂为固含量为50%的硬脂酸钙,CMC的固含量为10%。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水防油白卡纸,其特征在于,所述底层施胶剂的施胶量为1.5-4g/m2,所述底涂层的涂布量为8-15g/m2,所述防水防油涂料的涂布量为2-7g/m2
7.一种如权利要求1至6任一项所述的防水防油白卡纸的生产方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1、将加有浆内施胶剂的面层浆料、芯层浆料和底层浆料分别上网滤水成型后,经复合、压榨、干燥后,再在面层和底层上分别进行表面施胶;
S2、表面施胶后的原纸干燥后,依次在面层上涂布预涂层和芯涂层、在底层上涂布底涂层、在芯涂层上涂布面涂层后进行软压光,然后再在底涂层涂布防水防油涂料后,干燥、检测后进行卷取;
所述面层的浆料为NBKP浆和LBKP浆的组合,所述芯层的浆料为NBKP浆、BCTMP浆和损纸的组合,所述底层的浆料为NBKP浆和LBKP浆的组合;所述浆内施胶剂为ASA、AKD、ASA/阳离子淀粉的组合物、AKD/阳离子淀粉的组合物、或ASA/AKD/阳离子淀粉的组合物,施胶剂的添加量为绝干纸浆重量的0.1%-0.3%,且底层浆料、面层浆料和芯层浆料中的浆内施胶剂的添加量依次减少。
