一种显示装置、显示面板及其制造方法，显示面板包括：驱动背板(1)包括衬底(101)、走线层(103)和平坦层(104)，平坦层(104)覆盖走线层(103)；第一电极层(2)，设于平坦层(104)背离衬底(101)的表面，包括多个第一电极(21)；像素定义层(3)，设于平坦层(104)背离衬底(101)的表面，且露出第一电极(21)；像素定义层(3)设有分隔凸台(32)；导电屏蔽层(4)，设于平坦层(104)背离衬底(101)的一侧，且与第一电极(21)绝缘；发光层(5)，覆盖像素定义层(3)和第一电极(21)，且与导电屏蔽层(4)电连接；第二电极(6)覆盖发光层(5)。
