Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of traditional Chinese medicines, and in particular relates to a traditional Chinese medicine composition for clearing damp and removing toxin and application thereof.
Background
At present, new coronaviruses are still continuously mutated, and since the epidemic of the Omikovia strain, the infectious power of the viruses is enhanced, but the pathogenicity is gradually weakened, and the clinical symptoms of most infected people are mainly the upper respiratory tract symptoms and the digestive tract symptoms.
In the prevention and treatment process of the novel coronavirus, the traditional Chinese medicine shows remarkable advantages. In the current novel diagnosis and treatment scheme for coronavirus infection, aiming at the treatise on damp toxin, the cold-dampness stagnation lung syndrome, damp-heat stagnation lung syndrome, and cold-dampness stagnation lung syndrome are arranged, and the treatment is mainly performed by dispersing lung qi and eliminating pathogenic factors, warming and resolving cold dampness, aromatic dampness, clearing heat and detoxicating, resolving phlegm and removing dampness, dispersing lung qi and eliminating pathogenic factors, aromatic dampness, or strong force of drying dampness, or strong force of clearing heat. However, the applicant researches find that for patients who show symptoms such as fever, dizziness, heavy body, listlessness, chest distress, vomiting, inappetence, loose stool, yellow and greasy tongue coating, and superficial and slippery pulse after infection by the novel coronavirus, the current treatment scheme has the disadvantages of easily damaging body fluids, consuming fluid, or cold and cool stagnation because of excessive cold and cool and easy accumulation of ice and pathogenic factors or excessive warm and dry and easy consumption of body fluids.
Therefore, a novel traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating coronavirus infection with syndrome of damp toxin and heat is still lacking at present.
Disclosure of Invention
The first aim of the invention is to provide a traditional Chinese medicine composition for clearing damp and removing toxin, which aims to solve at least one of the technical problems.
The second object of the present invention is to provide a preparation method of the traditional Chinese medicine composition, so as to solve at least one of the above technical problems.
The third object of the present invention is to provide an application of the traditional Chinese medicine composition, so as to solve at least one of the above technical problems.
According to one aspect of the invention, a traditional Chinese medicine composition for clearing damp and removing toxin is provided, and the main active ingredients of the traditional Chinese medicine composition comprise, by mass: 10-20 parts of radix bupleuri, 10-20 parts of radix clematidis, 10-20 parts of patchouli, 20-40 parts of semen coicis, 10-20 parts of perilla stem, 15-20 parts of perilla leaf and 5-15 parts of rhizoma atractylodis.
The disease is affected by damp toxin, the pathogenic factors of the damp toxin are stagnated for transforming heat, but the heat potential is not obvious, so the disease is feverish and serious in the twilight of the twilight; the damp heavy turbidity is sticky, and the clear yang is blocked, so that the clear yang is not dispersed, and dizziness is caused; dampness is attached to the limbs of the muscles, thus the body is heavy and tired; the damp-retention in the middle energizer and the dysfunction of transportation and transformation in the chest lead to chest distress, vomiting, inappetence and loose stool; the tongue coating is yellow and greasy, and the pulse is superficial and slippery, which is the condition of damp-toxin resolving heat. Based on the above, the invention takes the methods of relieving exterior syndrome and eliminating dampness and strengthening spleen and detoxifying as the prescription, provides the traditional Chinese medicine composition with the effects of relieving exterior syndrome and eliminating dampness and detoxifying, which can relieve exterior syndrome and damp toxin in spleen, clear heat caused by long-term depression, has proper strength of relieving damp toxin and clearing heat of depression, can be effectively used for treating patients with symptoms of fever, light and heavy afterward, dizziness and distention, heavy body and lassitude, chest distress and vomiting, inappetence, loose stool, yellow and greasy tongue fur, floating and slippery pulse and the like caused by damp toxin and heat syndrome after novel coronavirus infection, and can avoid the disadvantages of fluid loss or cold and cool depression.
In the formula of the invention, the bupleurum is bitter and pungent and slightly cold, and has the effects of relieving exterior syndrome and bringing down fever, and the smell of the bupleurum is light, clear, aromatic and free, so as to eliminate pathogenic factors, and the bupleurum is still separated from the exterior syndrome (materia medica sense); herba Pogostemonis, with pungent and warm nature, can relieve exterior syndrome, dispel damp-toxin, and harmonize spleen and stomach, is fragrant but not violent, warms up but not prone to dryness-heat, can dispel haze damp evil, helps spleen and stomach healthy qi, is a drug for damp-obstruction of spleen yang, is tiredness and powerless, is not sweet in taste, and has the most rapid effect on turbid and dirty tongue coating (Ben Cao Zheng Yi), and is a monarch drug together with cold and warm nature, and can dispel damp-toxin evil, and relieve exterior syndrome and defervesce. Radix Clematidis can dispel wind and remove dampness, takes scurrying and eliminating dampness as the energy thing, accumulates dampness and stops phlegm, and coagulates qi stagnation, is suitable for various purposes (materia medica sense), coix seed Gan Danjian spleen, and has the effects of clearing heat and promoting diuresis as ministerial drugs, and can help patchouli to strengthen the effect of dispelling dampness; perillae She Yi is used as ministerial drug for assisting in enhancing the exterior syndrome relieving effect of bupleurum. Perilla stem and rhizoma Atractylodis are used as adjuvant and guiding drugs, and they both enter spleen and stomach meridians, so that the perilla stem' governs the middle energizer to promote qi circulation, dispel food and phlegm and saliva. For dysphagia and regurgitation ("Ben Cao Chong Yu" in the body of materia), rhizoma Atractylodis is used for drying dampness and strengthening spleen, "dampness and affecting spleen yang, listlessness and lying on the stomach, soreness and weakness of limbs, fullness and stuffiness of chest and diaphragm, even distention of the diaphragm and thick and greasy tongue, the non-Mao Zhu is strong in fragrance and can not release, and phlegm and fluid are diffused and not transformed (Ben Cao Zhengyi) and the two are mutually matched, so that the Chinese herbal medicine can not only promote qi due to stagnation of middle-jiao but also resolve phlegm and food stagnation. The medicines are combined to play the roles of relieving exterior syndrome, resolving dampness, strengthening spleen and detoxifying.
In the recipe, the cold of bupleurum and coix seed is slightly cold, which is sufficient to clear the heat of stasis without the disadvantage of cold inhibition; herba Agastaches, radix Clematidis, folium Perillae, caulis Perillae, and rhizoma Atractylodis are warm, aromatic, warm and dry without being in the middle of violent, and both are suitable for treating symptoms such as fever, dizziness, heavy and tired body, chest distress, emesis, inappetence, loose stool, yellow and greasy tongue fur, and floating and slippery pulse, which are manifested by damp toxin-resolving heat syndrome.
In some embodiments, the traditional Chinese medicine composition for clearing damp and removing toxin comprises the following main active ingredients in parts by mass: 15 parts of bupleurum, 15 parts of radix clematidis, 15 parts of patchouli, 30 parts of coix seed, 15 parts of perilla stem, 15 parts of perilla leaf and 10 parts of rhizoma atractylodis.
