Comparative example 1: the difference from example 3 is that the modified tourmaline is replaced with the general tourmaline.
Comparative example 2: the difference from example 3 is that the modified bamboo charcoal powder was replaced with a normal bamboo charcoal powder.
Comparative example 3: the difference from example 3 is that modified tourmaline was replaced with normal tourmaline and modified bamboo charcoal powder was replaced with normal bamboo charcoal powder.
Comparative example 4: a commercially available gel facial mask.
Skin moisture content determination: 90 testers were randomly selected and divided into 9 groups (examples 1-5 and comparative examples 1-4) of 10 persons each, and skin moisture content was measured using a skin diagnostician MC760 skin tester from CK company, germany, and the mask samples of the above examples and comparative examples were applied to the skin (about 8 square cm) on the inner side of the forearm of the subject, and were removed after 30 minutes.
Skin moisture content was measured before use and after 30, 60, 90 and 120min after use. The change of the moisture content is reflected in the test period, and the change rule of the moisture content of the experimental area along with time. The larger the value, the larger the moisture content, and conversely, the smaller the moisture content. Hydration = (moisture content at each time point after use-initial moisture content)/initial moisture content, test results are shown in the following table:
in summary, the invention provides a gel mask containing recombinant humanized collagen, and the results show that the gel mask prepared by the invention has good moisturizing effect, and the modified tourmaline and the modified bamboo charcoal powder have synergistic effect, so that the moisturizing function of the mask can be further improved, and the gel mask has very broad market prospect.

the preparation method of the plant extract comprises the following steps: weighing 1-3 parts by weight of olive leaves, 1-2 parts by weight of green tea, 3-5 parts by weight of evening primrose, 2-3 parts by weight of aloe and 1-3 parts by weight of chamomile, cleaning, airing, mashing, adding deionized water, stirring for 20-30min at 50-60 ℃, cooling to room temperature, putting into a percolator, performing percolation extraction by adopting an ethanol aqueous solution with 15-20 times of weight and 50-60% of volume concentration to obtain a percolation extract and a percolation extract residue, adding the percolation extract residue into an ethanol aqueous solution with 8-12 times of weight and 50-60% of volume concentration, soaking for 1-3h, performing ultrasonic extraction for 30-40min, filtering to obtain an ultrasonic extract and an ultrasonic extract residue, adding water with 6-10 times of weight into the ultrasonic extract residue, putting into an autoclave, performing high-pressure decoction for 20-30min, filtering to obtain a high-pressure extract and a high-pressure extract residue, combining the percolation extract, the ultrasonic extract and the high-pressure extract, and concentrating the percolation extract into 10-15% of the original volume by evaporation to obtain the plant extract;
the preparation method of the modified tourmaline comprises the following steps: cleaning the surface of tourmaline, drying and then primarily crushing; then placing the mixture in a muffle furnace, programming the temperature to 800-900 ℃, roasting the mixture for 1-2 hours at constant temperature, cooling the mixture, and grinding the mixture to the particle size of 200-300 meshes; then adding 20-30vt% hydrochloric acid solution, and soaking for 3-5h; filtering to obtain a solid product A, adding the solid product A into deionized water with the weight of 6-10 times, adding a 5-10wt% vinyl trimethoxysilane solution, and performing ultrasonic dispersion until the mixture is uniform to obtain a mixture; mixing glycerol and deionized water according to a mass ratio of 1:5-9; then slowly adding the mixture into the mixture, heating to 60-80 ℃, stirring and reacting for 3-5 hours, filtering to obtain a solid product B, flushing the solid product B with purified water for 3-5 times, placing the solid product B in a drying oven, performing decompression drying treatment, uniformly spreading the solid product B on an electrode in a low-temperature plasma treatment device, and treating the solid product B for 20-30 minutes under the conditions of 16-20kHz of power supply frequency, 20-30kV of working voltage and 80-90W of discharge power; taking out, adding mannitol 3-5 times of the weight of the modified tourmaline, transferring into an ultrasonic instrument, performing ultrasonic treatment for 30-50min, filtering, and drying to obtain modified tourmaline;
the preparation method of the modified bamboo charcoal powder comprises the following steps: soaking bamboo charcoal powder in 5-8 times of acetic acid for 3-6h, filtering, washing with deionized water, drying, grinding into nanometer powder, heating to 500-600deg.C, expanding with water vapor, cooling, washing with water, drying to obtain expanded bamboo charcoal powder, placing the expanded bamboo charcoal powder into a culture vessel, injecting bacterial cellulose fermentation broth, wrapping, standing at 25-30deg.C for 2-5 days, washing the culture product with deionized water, removing residual culture solution, soaking with deionized water to colorless, filtering, and drying to obtain modified bamboo charcoal powder;
the preparation method of the bacterial cellulose fermentation broth comprises the following steps: inoculating the gluconacetobacter strains into the culture solution, and obtaining seed solution at the temperature of 25-30 ℃ and the stirring speed of 220-250r/min for 18-24 hours; inoculating 8-12% seed solution into the culture solution, and mixing to obtain bacterial cellulose fermentation liquor.

The gel mask containing recombinant humanized collagen according to claim 1, which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 12-18 parts of recombinant humanized collagen, 23-27 parts of natural polymer, 7-9 parts of polyvinyl alcohol, 9-11 parts of plant extract, 6-8 parts of modified tourmaline, 5-7 parts of modified bamboo charcoal powder, 1.2-1.8 parts of antioxidant and 18-22 parts of deionized water.

The gel mask containing recombinant humanized collagen according to claim 2, which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 15 parts of recombinant humanized collagen, 25 parts of natural polymer, 8 parts of polyvinyl alcohol, 10 parts of plant extract, 7 parts of modified tourmaline, 6 parts of modified bamboo charcoal powder, 1.5 parts of antioxidant and 20 parts of deionized water.
4. The gel mask containing recombinant humanized collagen according to claim 1, wherein the natural polymer comprises one or more of alginate, chitosan, hyaluronic acid, galactomannan, phycocolloid, xanthan gum.
5. The gel mask comprising recombinant humanized collagen according to claim 1, wherein the antioxidant is tea polyphenol and/or apple tannin.
6. The method for preparing a gel mask containing recombinant humanized collagen according to any one of claims 1 to 5, comprising the steps of:
s1: mixing recombinant humanized collagen, natural polymer, modified tourmaline, modified bamboo charcoal powder and half deionized water to obtain phase A;
s2: mixing polyvinyl alcohol, plant extract and the rest deionized water to obtain phase B;
s3: fully and uniformly stirring the phase A, the phase B and the antioxidant, and keeping the temperature of 70-90 ℃ for 30-60min to obtain a phase C;
s4: filling the C phase into a mask mold, cooling for 4-6h at-20 to-10 ℃, and thawing at room temperature to obtain the gel mask.
