Abstract
The invention provides hydro-acupuncture essence and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the technical field of medical cosmetology, wherein the hydro-acupuncture essence comprises mixed collagen polypeptide, an osmotic pressure regulator, an anti-allergy agent, an antioxidant and a pH regulator. The hydro-acupuncture essence provided by the invention can quickly permeate into a skin basal layer, and has a lasting water replenishing effect; and the addition of the repair peptide component can play a role in filling, stimulating local collagen hyperplasia and improving epidermal relaxation in skin tissues, is particularly suitable for light injection of water in the superficial dermis to fill shallow wrinkles and fine lines in canthus, and can also be injected through the deep dermis and subcutaneous tissues to fill deeper wrinkles and depressions. The obtained essence is used for the light injection of the superficial dermis to fill shallow wrinkles, stimulate the generation of autologous collagen, stimulate the reconstruction of epithelial tissues and epidermal tissues and promote the connection of epidermis and dermis.

Further, the step of preparing the mixed collagen from the type I collagen, the type II collagen and the type VII collagen gel comprises the steps of mixing and homogenizing the type I collagen, the type II collagen and the type VII collagen gel, freeze drying, crosslinking by using a crosslinking agent, soaking by using low molecular amino acid, washing by using purified water, drying at low temperature, mechanically crushing at low temperature and screening to obtain the mixed collagen compound.

s1, mixing I type collagen, II type collagen and VII type collagen gel, homogenizing, freeze-drying, crosslinking by using a crosslinking agent, soaking in low-molecular amino acid, washing with purified water, drying at low temperature, mechanically crushing at low temperature and screening to obtain a mixed collagen compound;
s2, mixing and homogenizing type I collagen, type II collagen and type VII collagen gel, performing biological enzymolysis, freeze drying, mechanically crushing at low temperature and screening to obtain mixed collagen polypeptide;
mixing the mixed collagen polypeptide with osmotic pressure regulator, anti-allergic agent, antioxidant and pH regulator to obtain the essence.
More preferably, the type I collagen is obtained from the skin, bone or tendon of an animal.
More preferably, the type I collagen is obtained from pig skin, cow skin or bovine achilles tendon.

6. The water acupuncture essence of claim 1, wherein: the pH regulator is any one or a mixture of more than two of triethanolamine, tartaric acid, malic acid, citric acid, sodium bicarbonate and disodium hydrogen phosphate.
7. The water acupuncture essence of claim 1, wherein: also comprises thickening agent, bacteriostatic anti-allergic agent, preservative and water.
8. A method for preparing the hydro-acupuncture essence, which is used for manufacturing the hydro-acupuncture essence of any one of claims 1 to 7, comprising the steps of:
obtaining type I collagen from connective tissues of animals by utilizing a collagen extraction technology and an enzymolysis technology, obtaining type II collagen from articular cartilage or crescent bones of the animals, and obtaining type VII collagen from the inner membranes of digestive tracts of the animals; or obtaining type I collagen, type II collagen and type VII collagen by gene recombination technology;
preparing mixed collagen from collagen type I, collagen type II and collagen type VII gel;
mixing the mixed collagen polypeptide with osmotic pressure regulator, anti-allergy agent, antioxidant and pH regulator to obtain the product.
