Abstract

本申请提供了一种电气元件、电路板及开关电源。电气元件包括:相对设置的第一磁芯和第二磁芯,第一磁芯和第二磁芯围成容纳绕组的空间,且第一磁芯和第二磁芯还用于束缚磁感线。还包括位于第一磁芯和第二磁芯围成的空间内的第三磁芯,第三磁芯用于缠绕绕组。第三磁芯分别与第一磁芯和第二磁芯固定连接,第一磁芯和/或第二磁芯内至少一个磁芯具有气隙。在上述技术方案中,将气隙设置在第一磁芯或第二磁芯中,第三磁芯上没有气隙也就没有了散磁通,产生的磁感线更多的束缚在第一磁芯和第二磁芯内,降低了导致额外的切割损耗的情况,解决了高密设计时需要避让磁芯及绕组的情况,提高了电路板上的布线密度,使得电路板适应高密高效的布线场景。
