Example 3
The embodiment provides a traditional Chinese medicine composition for promoting qi circulation and relieving pain and a preparation method thereof.
Raw materials: 30g of long pepper, 20g of wrinkled gianthyssop herb, 20g of oriental wormwood, 12g of turmeric root-tuber, 12g of costustoot, 8g of roasted nutmeg, 20g of gardenia, 1.5g of rhododendron molle, 10g of turmeric, 12g of peony, 20g of liquorice, 20g of polished round-grained rice and 278 of honey.
The preparation method comprises the following steps: pulverizing fructus Piperis Longi, herba Agastaches, herba Artemisiae Scopariae, radix Curcumae, radix aucklandiae, semen Myristicae preparata, fructus Gardeniae, rhododendron molle, curcuma rhizome, radix Paeoniae, glycyrrhrizae radix and semen oryzae Sativae at low temperature, grinding, and sieving with 200 mesh sieve to obtain oversize product and undersize product, and grinding the oversize product with 200 mesh sieve again until it passes through 200 mesh sieve. Heating the sieved medicine powder to 40 ℃, adding honey while stirring, fully and uniformly mixing, introducing the mixture into a granulator, and finally extruding to prepare granules with the average particle size of 0.6mm.
Test examples
In this test example, toxicological tests were performed on the Chinese medicinal compositions prepared in examples 1 to 3, and LD of the three compositions was measured 50 (half lethal dose) is more than 50g/kg, and is a nontoxic traditional Chinese medicine. As shown in table 1, the traditional Chinese medicine composition provided by the embodiment has a good treatment effect on qi stagnation caused by liver depression, so that pain is relieved, mood is smooth, and the purpose of recovering the health of a patient is achieved. However, pain of patients who use the analgesic (ibuprofen) is partially relieved, but the pain is more repeated, and particularly, the pain is difficult to relieve by the original dose after the drug therapy is lost. The patients in the blank control group had difficulty in resisting pain by themselves, and the body was getting worse.
In summary, the embodiment of the present application has at least the following advantages or beneficial effects, compared with the prior art:
1. the traditional Chinese medicine composition for promoting qi circulation and relieving pain has a good treatment effect on symptoms of hypochondriac distending pain and unsmooth respiration caused by liver depression and qi stagnation, can quickly recover the health of a patient, and has no toxic or side effect.
2. The preparation method of the traditional Chinese medicine composition for promoting qi circulation and relieving pain has the advantages of simple process and convenience in preparation, and the prepared medicine is good in taste and drug effect, convenient to eat and store, economical, practical and healthy.

Claims (9)

1. A traditional Chinese medicine composition for promoting qi circulation and relieving pain is characterized by comprising the following traditional Chinese medicines: long pepper, wrinkled gianthyssop herb, virgate wormwood herb, turmeric root-tuber, costustoot, nutmeg, gardenia, rhododendron molle, turmeric, chinese herbaceous peony, liquorice and polished round-grained rice.

The traditional Chinese medicine composition for promoting qi circulation and relieving pain as claimed in claim 1, which is characterized by comprising the following traditional Chinese medicinal materials in parts by weight: 15 to 30 parts of long pepper, 10 to 20 parts of wrinkled gianthyssop herb, 10 to 20 parts of oriental wormwood, 8 to 12 parts of turmeric root-tuber, 8 to 12 parts of costustoot, 6 to 8 parts of nutmeg, 10 to 20 parts of gardenia, 0.5 to 1.5 parts of rhododendron molle, 6 to 10 parts of turmeric, 8 to 12 parts of Chinese herbaceous peony, 10 to 20 parts of liquorice and 10 to 20 parts of polished round-grained rice.

The traditional Chinese medicine composition for promoting circulation of qi and relieving pain as claimed in claim 2, which is characterized by comprising the following traditional Chinese medicinal materials in parts by weight: 20 parts of long pepper, 15 parts of wrinkled gianthyssop herb, 15 parts of oriental wormwood, 10 parts of turmeric root-tuber, 10 parts of costustoot, 7 parts of nutmeg, 15 parts of gardenia, 1 part of rhododendron molle, 8 parts of turmeric, 10 parts of Chinese herbaceous peony, 15 parts of liquorice and 15 parts of polished round-grained rice.
4. The traditional Chinese medicine composition for promoting circulation of qi and relieving pain according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the nutmeg is roasted nutmeg.
5. The traditional Chinese medicine composition for promoting circulation of qi and relieving pain according to any one of claims 1 to 3, further comprising honey, wherein the mass ratio of the total traditional Chinese medicines to the honey is 1:1.2 to 1.5.
6. A method for preparing a Chinese medicinal composition for promoting circulation of qi and relieving pain as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, comprising the steps of:
s1, crushing, grinding, sieving and mixing traditional Chinese medicinal materials to obtain a first premix;
s2, heating the first premix to 40-45 ℃, then adding honey, and uniformly mixing to obtain a second premix;
and S3, extruding and granulating the second premix to obtain the final granular traditional Chinese medicine composition.
7. The method for preparing a Chinese medicinal composition for promoting circulation of qi and relieving pain as claimed in claim 6, wherein the pulverization in S1 is carried out at low temperature.
8. The method for preparing a Chinese medicinal composition for promoting circulation of qi and relieving pain as claimed in claim 7, wherein the mesh sieved in S1 is 100-200 mesh.
