Safety test
Female and male mice are selected by a Hohner method, and a one-time oral acute toxicity test is respectively carried out on the products in the examples 1 to 3, so that the result is that the female mice LD50=5.84 (4.30-7.94) g/kg; male mouse LD50=5.01 (3.44-7.3) g/kg.
