Abstract
本申请实施例提供了一种电池单体、电池、用电设备及电池单体的制造方法和设备,属于电池技术领域。电池单体包括电极组件、壳体以及端盖。电极组件具有第一极耳。壳体具有开口,壳体用于容纳电极组件。端盖用于与壳体连接并盖合于开口,端盖具有抵靠面和焊接槽,抵靠面用于与第一极耳相抵,焊接槽从端盖背离电极组件的一侧向靠近抵靠面的方向凹陷,端盖在抵靠面与焊接槽的底面之间形成连接部,连接部用于与第一极耳焊接。端盖设置有加强部,加强部凸设于底面,加强部用于增强连接部的强度。加强部能够对用于与第一极耳焊接的连接部起到加强作用,提高了连接部的强度,降低因连接部受压被破坏而导致电池单体失效的风险,提高了电池单体的使用寿命。
