一种快速体温测量装置及监护系统，该快速体温测量装置安装在医用设备(100)外部，医用设备(100)内部不需要设置专门用于该快速体温测量装置的风扇。该快速体温测量装置具有支撑装置(200)，该支撑装置(200)具有至少一个用于减少热量传递的隔热腔(202)，该隔热腔(202)为一种腔体结构，大部分热量散发到隔热腔(202)的空气中，而且该腔体结构能够减少热传递部分的面积，进而阻隔部分来自医用设备(100)的热量自支撑装置(200)的安装部(201)向快速测温探头(400)传递，使快速测温探头(400)能够保持在比较低的初始温度。
