The composite paint of the embodiment has the advantages of good use effect, no pungent smell, bacteriostasis, insect prevention, scratch resistance, wear resistance, simple painting process, good compatibility of the first paint and the second paint, no cracking and long service life.

Wherein the plant extract comprises 5% of folium Eucalypti Globueli purified solution, 15% of folium Artemisiae Argyi purified solution, 20% of folium Et cacumen Murrayae purified solution, 10% of folium Cinnamomi Camphorae purified solution, and 50% of alliin.

step 2, premixing:
mixing titanium dioxide and high-purity montmorillonite by air flow to obtain a mixture A;
uniformly mixing polyamide wax slurry and hydrogenated castor oil to obtain a mixture B;
step 3, normal mixing:
uniformly mixing talcum powder, borax, elastic resin, n-butyl acetate, ethyl acetate and isomeric dimethylbenzene, wherein the mixing speed is 750r/min, and the mixing temperature is normal temperature; then adding a dispersing agent, matting powder, a hand feeling agent, a flatting agent, a drier and cyclohexanone, continuously and uniformly mixing at the rotation speed of 750r/min and the mixing temperature of normal temperature to obtain a mixture C;
step 4, modification and mixing:
adding the mixture B into the mixture C, heating and mixing at the rotation speed of 950r/min and the temperature of 170 ℃ for 1.5h; then adding the mixture A for variable speed mixing for 30min, wherein the rotation speed of the first 15min is 1200r/min, the rotation speed of the second 15min is 2000r/min, and the mixing temperature is naturally reduced; finally, adding plant extracts for speed reduction mixing, wherein in the step 4 of the method, the rotating speed of the speed reduction mixing is 400r/min, the mixing time is 30min, and the mixing temperature is normal temperature; obtaining the composite paint.

dividing the composite paint into two parts for dilution, diluting one part until the viscosity is 7s, diluting the other part until the viscosity is 18s, immersing the solid wood furniture into the 7s diluted composite paint for 2min, taking out, naturally cooling for 20min, and not needing to be dried and polished; and then soaking the paint in the diluted composite paint for 18s for 5s, and finally taking out and airing or drying the paint to finish painting.

The insect-proof and scratch-resistant composite paint for solid wood furniture is characterized by comprising, by mass, 3-5 parts of plant purified substances, 3-6 parts of titanium dioxide, 3-6 parts of high-purity montmorillonite, 5-10 parts of talcum powder, 2-5 parts of borax, 20-35 parts of elastic resin, 1-2 parts of polyamide wax slurry, 1-2 parts of hydrogenated castor oil, 15-20 parts of n-butyl acetate, 15-40 parts of ethyl acetate, 5-10 parts of isomeric xylene, 0.5-1 part of a dispersing agent, 4-7 parts of matting powder, 0.3-0.8 part of a hand feeling agent, 0.5-1.5 parts of a flatting agent, 2-3 parts of a drier and 3-5 parts of cyclohexanone.

The insect-proof scratch-resistant composite paint for solid wood furniture according to claim 1, wherein the plant extract comprises 5% of eucalyptus leaf purification solution, 15% of argy wormwood leaf purification solution, 20% of leaf purification solution of murraya paniculata, 10% of camphor leaf purification solution and 50% of allicin.

step 4, modification and mixing:
and adding the mixture B into the mixture C, heating and mixing, then adding the mixture A, carrying out variable speed mixing, and finally adding the plant purified substance, and carrying out reduced speed mixing to obtain the composite paint.
