The aloe gel has lubricating and moisturizing effects, and also has antiinflammatory and antiinflammatory effects and can promote healing of injured skin; glycerin is used as a humectant and a solvent; disodium EDTA is used as chelating agent; the sodium hyaluronate cross-linked polymer plays a role in moisturizing; the essence is mainly used for enhancing the fragrance; citric acid is used for pH adjustment; astilbe chinensis extract is used for treating burn and scald, has effects of removing blood stasis and relieving pain, and is suitable for sensitive skin; suona extract has the functions of promoting the circulation of qi and blood; the extract of the spider embracing eggs is used for promoting blood circulation, removing blood stasis, clearing heat and relieving pain; the allicin is relatively valuable for medical use, especially for some traumatic injuries of human body; the extract of fine cherry flower is used for whitening skin and removing speckle; the pentanediol is used for corrosion prevention and also plays a role in moisturizing; the ceramide NP plays a role in moisture retention and oxidation resistance; cholesterol is used as an emulsifier and a softening agent, and plays a role in controlling viscosity; the panthenol is used for moisturizing, resisting oxidation and increasing the softness; the sodium lauroyl lactylate is used as an emulsifier and a cleaning agent and has the function of increasing the surface activity; carbomer is used as emulsion stabilizer and gelling agent for thickening.
The water in the formula is specifically deionized water.
A preparation method of moisturizing lotion based on aloe vera gel specifically comprises the following steps:
s1, early preparation
Cleaning appliances and machine equipment required by production, and sterilizing raw materials for later use;
s2. Mixing preparation

s3, finally preparing
Filtering the prepared moisturizing water to remove impurities and crystals, and then sending the moisturizing water into an ultraviolet sterilizer for disinfection and sterilization;
s4, filling and packaging
And (4) delivering the prepared moisturizing water into an aseptic production workshop, filling by a filling machine, and delivering to a packaging production line for aseptic packaging to complete production.
In the step S2, the stirring speed is 30-40r/min, the required temperature is 50-60 ℃, and in the step S3, 400-mesh filter cloth is used for filtering and discharging.

70-80 parts of water, 0.2-0.4 part of essence, 0.1-0.5 part of PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, 0.2-0.4 part of dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, 10-15 parts of aloe gel, 3-6 parts of glycerol, 2-4 parts of EDTA disodium, 7-9 parts of sodium hyaluronate cross-linked polymer, 2-4 parts of sandalwood essential oil, 5-8 parts of citric acid, 4-7 parts of astilbe chinensis extract, 4-7 parts of suona extract, 4-7 parts of spider brood egg extract, 2-5 parts of swertia chive flower extract, 8-11 parts of chervil flower extract, 4-8 parts of pentanediol, 2-3 parts of ceramide NP, 2-3 parts of cholesterol, 2-3 parts of panthenol, 2-3 parts of sodium lauroyl lactylate and 3-5 parts of carbomer.

The aloe vera gel-based moisturizing lotion formulation according to claim 1, comprising the following components in parts by weight: 70 parts of water, 0.2 part of essence, 0.1 part of PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, 0.2 part of dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, 10 parts of aloe gel, 3 parts of glycerol, 2 parts of EDTA disodium, 7 parts of sodium hyaluronate cross-linked polymer, 2 parts of white sandalwood essential oil, 5 parts of citric acid, 4 parts of astilbe chinensis extract, 4 parts of suona extract, 4 parts of aspidistra elata extract, 2 parts of allium odoratum extract, 8 parts of prunus crenata extract, 4 parts of pentanediol, 2 parts of ceramide NP, 2 parts of cholesterol, 2 parts of panthenol, 2 parts of sodium lauroyl lactylate and 3 parts of carbomer.

The aloe vera gel-based moisturizer formula as claimed in claim 1, wherein the aloe vera gel-based moisturizer comprises the following components in parts by weight: 80 parts of water, 0.4 part of essence, 0.5 part of PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, 0.4 part of dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, 15 parts of aloe gel, 6 parts of glycerol, 4 parts of disodium EDTA (ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid), 9 parts of sodium hyaluronate cross-linked polymer, 4 parts of white sandalwood essential oil, 8 parts of citric acid, 7 parts of astilbe chinensis extract, 7 parts of suona suaeda extract, 7 parts of spiders egg extract, 5 parts of allium odoratum extract, 11 parts of crenulatum flower extract, 8 parts of pentanediol, 3 parts of ceramide NP, 3 parts of cholesterol, 3 parts of panthenol, 3 parts of lauroyl sodium lactate and 5 parts of carbomer.
4. The aloe vera gel-based moisturizer formulation of claim 1, wherein: the water in the formula is specifically deionized water.
