Technical Field
The invention relates to a functional dressing, in particular to a functional dressing with the functions of preventing, repairing and modifying scars and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Scars are physical, biochemical and other reasons, which cause serious injury of skin and soft tissues of human bodies, can not be completely and normally repaired, and are replaced by fibrous tissues, so that local symptoms which influence functions and appearance are remained. When the growth of the scar exceeds a certain limit, various complications such as disfigurement and dysfunction of functional activities can be generated, great physical and mental pains can be brought to patients, especially the scar left after burn, scald and serious trauma is difficult to eliminate without taking measures. The period of several years during the scar hyperplastic phase is almost overwhelming for the patient. The later atrophy period causes the patients to have complete facial disabilities and dysfunction, thus causing great physical and psychological damage to the patients. With the progress of society, beauty not only represents one right, but also represents a respect to the self, scars are one of the most common problems in the outpatient department of cosmetic plastic surgery, besides appearance influence, in fact, a lot of scars can cause uncomfortable itching, pain and chapping, and if the scars are unfortunately atrophied, the activities of joints of four limbs or the normal functions of five sense organs can be further influenced, and the scars need to be actively prevented and treated. At present, most of the silicone gel prepared from single polysiloxane according to different proportions is used for preventing and treating scars in the market, the formula is single, the function is single, the repair effect of the product on the scars is only passive water locking, the scar repair effect is not ideal, and the scar modification effect is lacked.

Test examples
1. Test of bacteriostatic Effect
Preparing a liquid medicine: the products of example 1, comparative examples 1 to 7 were prepared in a concentration of 1g/L in sterilized distilled water and placed in stainless steel vials, respectively.
Prepare a "concentration" of test bacterial suspension: staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli and Candida albicans were selected for this experiment. Pouring 10mL of sterile water on the cultured strain, gently scraping the planar spore suspension by using an inoculating needle, pouring the planar spore suspension into a sterile triangular flask (filled with a plurality of glass beads in advance), shaking for 5min, and filtering the spore suspension into another sterile triangular flask by using a sterile double-layer gauze. The spore concentration was adjusted by low power (15X 20 times) microscopy, which should be performed under sterile conditions. 10mL of sterilized clear agar medium contained in a test tube was dissolved, poured into a 9 cm-diameter petri dish while it was hot, and horizontally condensed. Melting 100mL of culture medium suitable for the growth and development of the test bacteria, cooling to 45-50 ℃, quickly sucking 10mL of bacteria liquid, adding the bacteria liquid, horizontally condensing. 10mL of bacterial liquid is quickly absorbed and added into the stainless steel small tube (the liquid medicine is added to the tube opening to form a convex surface), after a certain period of culture, the liquid medicine is taken out and used for measuring the diameter of a bacteriostatic zone by a cross method, and the bacteriostatic activity of each group is evaluated according to the existence and the size of the bacteriostatic zone, and the results are shown in Table 1.
2. Test of whitening Effect
Testing objects and processing: randomly selecting 100 volunteers, and drawing eight blocks of 1 × 1cm on the left and right forearm flexor sides of each volunteer2The test area of the left arm is coated with the samples of example 1 and comparative examples 1 to 7, and the test area of the right arm is empty self-control, and the 100 volunteers are allowed to coat once a day for 30 consecutive days. Due to human beingThe skin color mainly depends on the content of melanin and heme (haematochrome) in human skin, so the whitening effect of the skin care product can be obtained by testing the variation of the melanin and the heme in the skin, the content of the melanin and the heme in the skin can be directly measured by adopting a Janus-1 skin tester of Korean LG, wherein the measurement range of the tester is 0-999, the higher the measurement value is, the higher the content of the melanin and the heme in the skin is, the content of the melanin and the heme in the front and back left arms and the content of the melanin and the haematochrome in the right arm of 100 experimenters are tested, the average values (taking integers) are respectively calculated, and the result is shown in Table 1.
3. Test of moisturizing Effect
The test object is treated according to the same method of the whitening effect test, and the moisture content in the skin surface layer can basically reflect the moisturizing effect of the product, so that the higher the moisture content is, the better the moisturizing effect is. The moisture content of the test area of the left and right arm of each experimenter was measured using Corneometer CM825 tester, and the test was repeated 5 times for each experimenter to take an average value, and then 100 volunteers were taken an average value, and the results are shown in table 1.
TABLE 1
As can be seen from table 1, the product of example 1 is superior to the products of comparative examples 1 to 7 in bacteriostasis, whitening and moisturizing properties, and after one or two of aloe tincture, asiaticoside and almond folic acid amide are omitted in comparative examples 1 to 6, the product of the present invention is inferior to the product of example 1 in bacteriostasis, whitening and moisturizing properties, so that the product of the present invention can effectively prevent scars by exerting bacteriostasis and effectively prevent melanin precipitation by adding aloe tincture, asiaticoside and almond folic acid amide to act synergistically, and can radically reduce scar chromaticity, and has good moisturizing properties, and can continuously supply water to damaged barriers to soften scars and reduce scar pigments. In comparative example 7, the performance of the product is deteriorated after the electric potential water is replaced by sodium hydroxybenzoate, because the electric potential water is added to be matched with the aloe extract, on one hand, the short-time bacterial killing effect of the product is increased, on the other hand, the sterilization time is effectively prolonged, and a layer of moisturizing film is formed on the surface of human skin to continuously supply water to the damaged skin barrier, so that the scar is softened, and the color of the scar is reduced. The potential water is used for replacing sodium methyl hydroxybenzoate, and the damage to the wounded skin which is very fragile per se can not be caused.
The above embodiments are only preferred embodiments of the present invention, and the protection scope of the present invention is not limited thereby, and any insubstantial changes and substitutions made by those skilled in the art based on the present invention are within the protection scope of the present invention.
