Evaluation effect on alleviation of canker sore
240 oral ulcer patients are randomly extracted and divided into 6 groups, 40 patients are in each group, 1 betel nut buccal tablet prepared in the embodiment 8-12 and the comparative example 2 is used by each group of oral ulcer patients in the morning and evening, the cure condition of the oral ulcer of each group of oral ulcer patients is observed after 7 days (short period), the relapse condition of each group of oral ulcer patients is observed within 60 days (long period), the effective rate is calculated, and the results are shown in table 5.

(1) Dissolving the effective composition, areca polysaccharide polyphenol, high fructose syrup and xylitol at 85-95 deg.C, and stirring;
(2) Uniformly stirring gum base of chewing gum and wheat gliadin at 55-65 deg.C for 3-7h;
(3) Mixing maltodextrin, arecae semen essence, carrageenan and pigment;
(4) Putting the products obtained in the steps (1) to (3) into the same container, uniformly mixing, putting into a chewing gum mold to prepare the betel nut chewing gum, and putting into a refrigerator at 4 ℃ for aging for 24-48h;
(5) And (4) carrying out temperature-returning treatment on the betel nut chewing gum, sterilizing and packaging.
