Description

Antiviral noni SOD oral spray and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of spray processing, and particularly relates to an antiviral noni SOD oral spray.
Background
Noni (Morinda citrifolia Linn), a tropical evergreen perennial broadleaf shrub or small arbor originating from islands of the south pacific ocean, is a plant of the Morinda genus of the rubiaceae family. Noni fruit is called 'super fruit', is rich in 227 nutrient components, comprises 13 vitamins (A, B, C, E and the like), 16 minerals (potassium, sodium, zinc, calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, copper, selenium and the like), 8 trace elements, more than 20 amino acids including 9 amino acids essential to human body (the total content of the amino acids is the first content in 16 tropical fruits, and the super combination containing the most amino acids in plants) and a plurality of substances with antioxidant effect. Also contains medicinal components such as belladonna, various compounds, various green onion wakening compounds, various alkaloids, sitosterol, various flavone glycosides, alizarin, rutin and the like, and has various effects of resisting aging, bacteria, viruses, tumors and parasites, relieving pain, reducing blood pressure, diminishing inflammation, improving immunity and the like. In 6 months and 1 day 2010, noni pulp is approved as new resource food by No. 9 notice of Ministry of health of China, the safety of noni pulp is fully demonstrated, and no toxic or side effect is caused after long-term use.
The body is directly or indirectly injured by multiple pathogenic factors such as physics, chemistry, bacteria, viruses and the like, firstly, the oral cavity, the throat and the upper respiratory tract of a human body are impacted, and the harmful factors cause oral mucosa injury, inflammation, ulcer, odontitis, acute and chronic pharyngolaryngitis, lymphoplasia, sore throat, hoarseness, foreign body sensation in the throat, itching and pain sensation in the throat, difficulty in swallowing, dry mouth and tongue, and the disease course is long, difficult to cure and repeatedly attack. Various even unknown pathogenic factors continuously injure the upper respiratory tract of people. Therefore, experts in the medical field have studied and developed many excellent drugs or functional health products for preventing and treating oral and throat diseases. However, because patients abuse antibiotic lozenges widely for a long time, even the patients abuse the antibiotic lozenges, germs and viruses in oral cavity, throat and upper respiratory tract already form stubborn drug resistance, and the drugs are continuously applied without obvious curative effect; secondly, clinical observation for many years proves that most of buccal tablets are not ideal in formula design and poor in clinical curative effect. Therefore, there is an urgent need to develop new products for preventing and treating oral diseases. At present, reports about the field of applying noni fruit processing to oral cavity sprays and the like for preventing and treating oral diseases are rarely seen.
