Description

Skin care and soothing repairing composition and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of cosmetics, and particularly relates to a skin care and soothing repairing composition and application thereof.
Background
Acid brushing is a chemical skin rejuvenation method, which uses a certain concentration of acid to promote the exfoliation of the stratum corneum. The acid component has solubility, and can peel off old waste cutin and accelerate skin metabolism. The brushing acid can control grease secretion, remove grease and dirt in pores, relieve pore blockage, specifically solve the problems of blackheads, acnes, closed mouths, acnes and the like, can inhibit the generation of melanin, and can play a certain role in whitening, removing freckles and acne marks. Has good effects on skin aging such as dark skin, large pore, acne skin, closed comedo, acne mark skin, pigmentation after inflammation, acne rosea, seborrheic dermatitis, peritrichogenous keratosis, etc.
With the improvement of living standard, the continuous enhancement of beauty consciousness and the continuous pursuit of beauty, the acid brushing is not exclusive to the department of medical skin cosmetology and beauty institutions, and a large number of acid skin care products appear in the market, so that the public can use the acid brushing product more conveniently. However, when the acid product is used frequently and in high concentration, adverse reactions such as dry and tight skin, desquamation, sensitivity, erythema and the like are easy to occur after acid brushing, and even more serious patients have symptoms such as blisters, ulcerations, pigmentation and the like, so that the skin is greatly damaged.

Effect test
1. Salicylic acid spur pain test
Test samples: examples 1-3, comparative examples 1-10.
The test method comprises the following steps: a2% salicylic acid solution was applied to the nasolabial sulcus of the subject by a single blinding method, and the sensation of stinging was scored according to the subject after 2.5min and 5min of application. The discomfort degree of pruritus, stabbing pain and burning pain at the tested part is evaluated by the test subject, and the evaluation is carried out according to a 4-point method (0 is no feeling, 1 is mild, 2 is moderate and 3 is severe), and the positive salicylic acid stabbing pain is judged if the sum of the stabbing pain scores is more than or equal to 3. According to the salicylic acid stinging screening result, the subjects are averagely divided into 13 groups (33 persons in each group), different test samples are respectively smeared on each group, the test samples are respectively used for 1 time in the morning and at the evening every day in the testing period, and meanwhile, the subjects are required not to use products with the same types and functions as the test samples.
The results show that: the salicylic acid sting screening value is used as a basic value, the salicylic acid sting test is carried out again 14 and 28 days after the product is used, statistical analysis is carried out on the salicylic acid sting values before and after the product is used by using SPSS, and the difference P <0.05 has statistical significance. Salicylic acid irritation score results description statistics test results are shown in table 1 below.

And (4) analyzing results: as can be seen from the results of the experiments and statistical analyses in tables 1 and 2, examples 1 to 3 had significant effects (p < 0.001) on the skin salicylic acid prick alleviating score after 14 and 28 days of use. Comparative examples 2, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 had no significant effect (p > 0.05) on the skin sore pain relief score after 14 days of use and some significant effect (p < 0.05) on the skin sore pain relief score after 28 days of use; comparative examples 1, 3, 5 had no significant effect (p > 0.05) on the skin's salsa relief score after 14 and 28 days of use. The examples 1-3 can obviously improve the tolerance of the skin to the salicylic acid; comparative examples 2, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 had some effect on increasing the skin's tolerance to salicylic acid; comparative examples 1, 3, and 5 failed to significantly improve the skin's tolerance to salicylic acid.

2.1 preparation of samples
6 types of essence solutions were prepared from the composition A obtained in example 1 in different amounts as test samples, and a negative control was set without the essence solution of the composition A. The formula of each serum is shown in table 3.

2.2 Experimental testing
Test samples: essence 1-7
The test method comprises the following steps: test area marking was performed on the inner sides of the forearms of both hands of the subjects (33 persons were recruited in total), each test area was 2cm × 2cm (7 test areas, the areas were randomly distributed on a blinded table), and skin melanin and hemoglobin test probes of Courage + Khazaka were used before the start of the experiment

TM300, measuring the skin heme content and the epidermal water loss TEWL value of the test sample area and the blank control area; after the measurement is finished, 2% salicylic acid solution patch application is carried out for 24h, after 24h, the patch tester is removed, the forearm exposure state is maintained, after the patch tester sits for 30min under constant temperature and humidity conditions, the skin heme content and the epidermis water loss TEWL value in the marked area are measured again, the product is distributed, different areas of the testee are coated with different products, and the skin heme content and the epidermis water loss TEWL value are measured again after visits D3 and D7.
The results show that: the skin heme content and the epidermis water loss TEWL value after the spot tester acts for 24 hours are taken as basic values, the product is measured again after 3 and 7 days after use, the SPSS is used for carrying out statistical analysis on the skin heme content and the epidermis water loss TEWL value before and after the product is used, and P <0.05 is the difference, so that the statistical significance is realized.
The results of skin hemoglobin content are depicted in table 4, and the results of skin hemoglobin content are analyzed in table 5.

And (3) analyzing a heme content test experiment result: the essence liquids 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 can obviously reduce the skin heme content after being used for 3 days, the skin heme content is further reduced after being used for 7 days, p is less than 0.05 through statistical test, the significant difference exists, the score reduction amplitude is in an increasing trend along with the sequence of 3, 4 and 5, the skin heme reduction amplitude reaches the peak value in the essence liquid 5, and the effects of the essence liquids 6 and 7 are slightly reduced and are between 4 and 5; the skin hemoglobin content was not significantly reduced in groups D3 of serum 1 and 2, and the significant reduction in skin hemoglobin content in group D7 may be due to the self-healing function of the skin. By comparing the D3-D0 difference and the D7-D0 difference of the groups 2-7 of the essence with the D3-D0 difference and the D7-D0 difference of the group 1 of the essence, each group 3-7 shows good effect of reducing the content of skin heme.
The description statistics of the TEWL value results of the epidermis water loss are shown in table 6, and the statistical analysis of the TEWL value results of the epidermis water loss is shown in table 7.

Analysis of skin water loss TEWL value test experiment results: the TEWL value of the epidermis water loss can be obviously reduced after the essence 1-7 is used for 3 days and 7 days, the self-repairing function of the skin is considered, the difference value before and after each group is compared is not practical, the D3-D0 difference value and the D7-D0 difference value of the essence 2-7 groups are compared with the D3-D0 difference value and the D7-D0 difference value of the essence 1 group, the TEWL value of each group 3-7 is obviously reduced in the D3 and D7 days through statistical test, the reduction effect of the TEWL value is increased along with the sequence of 3, 4 and 5, the TEWL value reduction amplitude of the epidermis water loss in the essence 5 reaches the peak value, and the effect of the essences 6 and 7 is slightly reduced and is between 4 and 5; the 2 groups did not show significant reduction in days D3 and D7, and the comparison of 3-7 groups showed good reduction in TEWL value of epidermal water loss.
The skin heme content test experiment and the skin water loss TEWL value test experiment show that the usage amount of the skin care, relieving and repairing composition after acid brushing in the skin care product is preferably 1-2wt%, the efficacy of the product is not obvious when the usage amount is less than 1wt%, and the efficacy of the product is not obviously improved when the usage amount is more than 2wt%.
