Traditional Chinese medicine composition for relieving allergic rhinitis and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medicine preparation, in particular to a traditional Chinese medicine composition for relieving allergic rhinitis and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Allergic rhinitis is allergic inflammation of the nasal mucosa in the onset of allergic rhinitis, which is mediated mainly by immunoglobulin E (IgE), and is a major clinical symptom of nasal congestion, nasal itching, sneezing, runny nose, after exposure to allergens. The incidence rate of allergic rhinitis is about 10-25% in the world and has a tendency to increase year by year. At present, most allergic rhinitis patients are generally treated by western medicine antiallergic drugs at the time of attack, and most patients can lighten or control the illness state, but relapse is easy to occur after stopping the drug; and many patients clinically have relatively refractory disease conditions, and even if the patients are treated by using larger doses of medicaments, even the combined immunotherapy or surgical treatment cannot effectively control symptoms. The traditional Chinese medicine considers that the allergic rhinitis is caused by viscera dysfunction, exogenous wind-cold, invasion of pathogenic qi into nasal orifices and the like, and traditional Chinese medicines with pungent and warm natured drugs such as cassia twig, asarum and the like are adopted in treatment, or treatment methods with yang warming and cold dispelling such as infrared therapeutic equipment, moxibustion and the like are adopted. However, allergic rhinitis is a recurrent chronic disease, and patients often have difficulty adhering to long-term oral administration, and the burden on the gastrointestinal tract and the possibility of liver and kidney injury are aggravated. Therefore, the external traditional Chinese medicine composition with multiple effects of diminishing inflammation, resisting allergy and relieving stuffy nose is researched and prepared to solve the problem that allergic rhinitis needs to be solved.

6. Results
1. Comparison of general data for the 3 groups of patients
The general data of the gender, age and disease course of each group of patients are relatively non-statistically significant (P < 0.05) and are comparable.
2. Comparison of clinical efficacy of the above 3 groups of patients
The results of the treatment effect statistics for each group of patients are shown in Table 1:
TABLE 1 effective statistics
Number of people/person with obvious effect Effective number of people/person Invalid people/person Total effective rate/%
Example 1 6 12 2 90%
Comparative example 1 5 10 5 75%
Comparative example 2 3 9 8 60%
Comparative example 3 5 12 3 85%
As can be seen from table 1, the effective rate of example 1 is equivalent to the effective rate of cetirizine hydrochloride, and the treatment effect is poor after the components of comparative example 1 are changed to remove the monarch drug and comparative example 2 is substituted for the components of the auxiliary materials, which proves that the nasal cavity-freeing antiallergic effect of the formulation of the invention is better, and the components have synergistic effect.
3. Specific results for the Total Nasal Symptoms Score (TNSS), nasal mucositis patient quality of life questionnaire (RQLQ), and Visual Analog Scale (VAS) index for the 3 groups of patients are shown in table 2:
table 2 scoring results before and after treatment
As can be seen from the data in table 2 above, the patient's scoring results for the three short-term and long-term metrics described above are all better than those of comparative examples 1-3 after treatment with the pharmaceutical combination of example 1, demonstrating that the therapeutic effect of the pharmaceutical combination of example 1 is better than that of comparative examples 1-3.
7. Safety evaluation
Skin stinging, skin allergic reactions or other discomforts (palpitations, dizziness, headache, insomnia, etc.) occurring during the treatment of each group of patients were recorded. In the treatment process, the 4 groups of patients do not have skin irritation reaction, skin anaphylactic reaction or other uncomfortable feeling, which proves that the traditional Chinese medicine composition for relieving allergic rhinitis prepared by the invention has higher safety.
Comparing the pharmaceutical composition in example 1 with the pharmaceutical composition in comparative examples 1-2, it was found that the components of the comparative example 1 with the monarch drug removed and the components of the comparative example 2 with the auxiliary materials replaced were changed, and the therapeutic effect of the formulation was reduced, which proves that the formulation of the invention has an interaction relationship between the medicinal materials, so that the therapeutic effect can be improved on the basis of using less medicinal materials.
The foregoing description of the preferred embodiments of the invention is not intended to limit the invention to the precise form disclosed, and any such modifications, equivalents, and alternatives falling within the spirit and scope of the invention are intended to be included within the scope of the invention.
