And (3) uniformly mixing 5mL of sample solution to be detected with 5mL of 95% ethanol, and reacting for 30min in a dark place. The absorbance of the mixed solution at a wavelength of 517nm was measured using 95% ethanol as a reference, and the result was recorded as A R . Mixing 5mL of 95% ethanol and 5mL of DPPH solution uniformly, and reacting for 30min in a dark place. The absorbance of the mixed solution at a wavelength of 517nm was measured using 95% ethanol as a reference, and the result was recorded as A R 。
C) The formula for calculating the DPPH clearance of free radicals is as follows:
the results of measurement of DPPH resistance and the ability of the final products of examples 1 to 4 and comparative examples 1 to 5 are shown in Table 1.
Test example 2 thermal stability test
5mL of each of the final products obtained in examples 1 to 4 and comparative examples 1 to 5 was taken and put into a transparent sample bottle, and 20 groups of samples were taken for each sample. The obtained sample is put into an incubator to be preserved for 60 days at the constant temperature of 55 ℃. And then observing whether the oil phase is aggregated, separated out and separated in the sample.
Evaluation criteria:
a level: no oil phase aggregation, oil separation and separation phenomena more than or equal to 95 groups.
B stage: and the 95 groups have no oil phase aggregation, oil precipitation and separation phenomena more than or equal to 85 groups.
C level: no oil phase aggregation, oil separation and separation phenomena less than 85 groups.
The results of the thermal stability test of the finally obtained products of examples 1 to 4 and comparative examples 1 to 5 are shown in Table 1.
TABLE 1DPPH clearance and thermal stability test results
As can be seen from Table 1, the DPPH and clearance of the final products obtained in the embodiments 1 to 4 of the present invention can reach more than 90%, and the highest DPPH and clearance can reach 92.6%. Meanwhile, the heat stability of the final products obtained in the examples 1 to 4 is good and can reach A grade, while the component A of the antioxidant camellia oil in the comparative example 5 is not winterized, and the heat stability of the final products is only B grade.
The foregoing is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, various modifications and decorations can be made without departing from the principle of the present invention, and these modifications and decorations should also be regarded as the protection scope of the present invention.
