The modification method of the modified hydroxyapatite of the embodiment comprises the following steps:
s01: heating hydroxyapatite at 210 deg.c for 7min, and then cooling to room temperature at 3.5 deg.c/min;
s02: adding the mixture into hydrochloric acid solution according to a weight ratio of 1:6, then adding sodium alkyl sulfonate accounting for 7.5% of the total amount of the hydroxyapatite and sodium alginate accounting for 3%, and uniformly stirring to obtain modified hydroxyapatite composite liquid;
s03: adding the rare earth coordinated graphene agent into the S02 product according to the weight ratio of 1:6, stirring for reaction treatment, and washing and drying after stirring is finished to obtain the modified hydroxyapatite.
The mass fraction of the hydrochloric acid solution of this example was 7%.
The preparation method of the rare earth coordinated graphene agent in the embodiment comprises the following steps:
adding graphene into a lanthanum chloride solution according to a weight ratio of 1:5, then adding a silane coupling agent KH560, uniformly stirring, then adding glycolic acid with the total amount of 7.5% of the graphene and sodium dodecyl sulfate with the total amount of 3%, fully stirring, and finally washing and drying to obtain the rare earth coordinated graphene agent.

s103: adding the enzymolysis material into 7.5 times of water, treating with slow fire for 1.5 hours, cooling to room temperature, filtering with nanofiltration membrane, removing filtrate, and freeze-drying to obtain herba Dendrobii polypeptide material.
The citric acid of this example was added to adjust the pH to 5.5.

The difference from example 3 is that no dendrobe polypeptide material is added in the preparation of the chitosan coordination liquid.
Comparative example 6.
Example 2 in a slow-release durable antibacterial hand cleanser with application number 202010010651.4 was used as a reference group.
Antibacterial tests are carried out by referring to QB/T2738-2005 'evaluation method of antibacterial and bacteriostatic effect of daily chemical products';
the silica gel glove is sleeved on the hand, and the product is used for rubbing and washing the silica gel glove respectively in the simulated hand washing method, so that the silica gel glove can ensure that the rubbing force and the rubbing time are consistent. Taking the washed silica gel glove as a simulated washed hand, adopting staphylococcus aureus ATCC6538, after culturing for the third generation, diluting and preparing the concentration of 1X 104 cfu/mL by using tryptone soybean broth, dripping 20 mu L of bacterial liquid into a region with the diameter of 3cm of the silica gel glove, and testing the colony count concentration of staphylococcus aureus after 60 min; then dripping 10 mu L of bacterial liquid for 60min, and performing secondary test;
the products of examples 1-3 and comparative examples 1-6 were tested for performance as follows:
from examples 1-3 and comparative examples 1-6, the product of the invention has excellent antibacterial performance, and has excellent antibacterial durability after secondary test, and the antibacterial durability is obviously deteriorated without adding modified hydroxyapatite, and meanwhile, the antibacterial durability of the product is obviously deteriorated without adding chitosan coordination liquid, the rare earth coordination graphene agent is not added in the preparation of the modified hydroxyapatite, the rare earth coordination graphene agent is replaced by graphene, and the antibacterial stability of the product is in a deterioration trend, and only the modified hydroxyapatite prepared by the method has the most obvious antibacterial effect.

1. The modified jojoba oil is characterized by comprising jojoba oil, a surfactant, modified hydroxyapatite, chitosan coordination liquid and an antibacterial agent, wherein the mass ratio of the jojoba oil to the surfactant to the modified hydroxyapatite to the chitosan coordination liquid to the antibacterial agent is as follows: (10-15): (2-5): (1-3): (3-5) 2;
the surfactant is fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether and the antibacterial agent is nano silver antibacterial agent;
the modification method of the modified hydroxyapatite comprises the following steps:
s01: heating hydroxyapatite at 200-220 deg.c for 5-10min, and then heating at 2-5 deg.c/min to room temperature;
s02: adding the mixture into hydrochloric acid solution according to a weight ratio of 1:6, then adding sodium alkyl sulfonate accounting for 5-10% of the total amount of the hydroxyapatite and sodium alginate accounting for 1-5%, and uniformly stirring to obtain modified hydroxyapatite composite liquid;
s03: adding a rare earth coordinated graphene agent into an S02 product according to a weight ratio of 1:6, stirring for reaction treatment, and washing and drying after stirring is finished to obtain modified hydroxyapatite;
the mass fraction of the hydrochloric acid solution is 5-10%;
the preparation method of the rare earth coordinated graphene agent comprises the following steps:
adding graphene into a lanthanum chloride solution according to a weight ratio of 1:5, then adding a silane coupling agent KH560, uniformly stirring, then adding 5-10% of glycolic acid and 1-5% of sodium dodecyl sulfate in the total amount of the graphene, fully stirring, and finally washing and drying to obtain a rare earth coordinated graphene agent;
the temperature of the stirring reaction of the S03 is 55-65 ℃, the stirring rotating speed is 300-350r/min, and the stirring time is 20-30min;
the preparation method of the chitosan coordination liquid comprises the following steps:
adding chitosan into deionized water according to a weight ratio of 1:6, then adding citric acid, adjusting the pH value, then adding dendrobium polypeptide material accounting for 5-10% of the total chitosan, and stirring fully to obtain chitosan coordination liquid;
the preparation method of the dendrobium polypeptide material comprises the following steps:
s101: pulverizing herba Dendrobii, and adding 5-10 times of water to obtain slurry;
s102: then adding 10-15% of cellulase into the slurry, and performing enzymolysis treatment at 35 ℃ to obtain an enzymolysis material;
s103: adding 5-10 times of water into the enzymolysis material, treating with slow fire for 1-2h, cooling to room temperature, filtering with nanofiltration membrane, removing filtrate, and freeze drying to obtain herba Dendrobii polypeptide material;
the citric acid is added, and the pH value is adjusted to 5.0-6.0.
