Abstract
本申请提出一种超薄窄边框面板灯,包括底盘、围在底盘周围的边框;底盘包括多个侧壁及多个侧壁内部的容置部,底盘高度为18mm至26mm范围,各侧壁的对接侧端组装在边框内,各对接侧端分别与边框为锁接成一体后超薄窄边框面板灯的整体高度降低为20mm至28mm范围;以此具有超薄、窄边框、经济的超薄窄边框面板灯。

技术领域
本发明涉及灯具,特别指一种超薄、窄边框、经济的面板灯。
背景技术
LED面板灯照度均匀性好、光线柔和、舒适明亮,可以有效的缓解眼疲劳。市面上现有的面板灯在如下缺点:1.整灯厚度较高,影响运输成本的同时影响整体美观;2.边框较宽,材料成本高,同时不美观;3.电源盒做成隔离电源,成本高;4.电源盒外置,影响包装与运输便利性,额外增加包材和运输成本;5.市面上现有的电源可更换方案使用可外置的端子线,成本极高。
发明内容
有鉴于上述问题,提出一种超薄、窄边框、经济的面板灯。
本发明一实施例提出一种超薄窄边框面板灯,包括底盘、围在底盘周围的边框,底盘包括多个侧壁及多个侧壁内部的容置部,底盘高度为18mm至26mm范围,各侧壁的对接侧端组装在边框内,各对接侧端分别与边框为锁接成一体后超薄窄边框面板灯的整体高度为20mm至28mm范围。
根据上述超薄窄边框面板灯的一种优选实施方式,对接侧端具有凹槽,凹槽相邻于边框的内侧面。
根据上述超薄窄边框面板灯的一种优选实施方式,边框为薄筋条形式,边框的厚度为0.5mm至3mm范围,边框为超窄边框形式,边框的宽度为10mm至20mm范围。
根据上述超薄窄边框面板灯的一种优选实施方式,超薄窄边框面板灯包括电源盒,电源盒位于底盘与边框之间,电源盒内部具有多段区间,各区间分别放置电源件、互联端子及快接端子。
根据上述超薄窄边框面板灯的一种优选实施方式,电源盒具有组合式盖板与本体,组合式盖板侧边设置多个第一齿,本体具有多个第二齿,多个第一齿卡合多个第二齿。
根据上述超薄窄边框面板灯的一种优选实施方式,组合式盖板之出线口设置多个第三齿,本体之出线口具有多个第四齿,多个第三齿与多个第二齿卡合线材。
根据上述超薄窄边框面板灯的一种优选实施方式,底盘的边缘具有弯折边缘,边框具有限位凹槽,弯折边缘对位放置于限位凹槽。
根据上述超薄窄边框面板灯的一种优选实施方式,底盘具有多个锁孔,边框的内侧具有沟槽,以多个锁接件分别锁接各锁孔至沟槽固定,超薄窄边框面板灯包括电源盒,电源盒两侧具有锁接部,以多个锁接件分别锁接各锁接部至沟槽。
根据上述超薄窄边框面板灯的一种优选实施方式,底盘具有底壁,各侧壁位于底壁四侧周围,底壁在相邻各侧壁的边缘具有增加高度的筋条,筋条高度为1mm至2mm范围。
根据上述超薄窄边框面板灯的一种优选实施方式,各侧壁相连处具有斜角,斜角的倾斜度为30度至50度范围,各侧壁本身为斜面,斜面的倾斜度为45度至80度范围。
综上所述,根据本发明一实施例的超薄窄边框面板灯,通过降低底盘与面板灯整体的高度,在底盘与边框锁接成一体安装后,面板灯的整灯高度降低以有效减少包材与运费支出;并且,在一些实施例中,边框为薄筋条形式,边框的边框为窄边框,具有对边框强度影响较小的前提下实现超窄边框,有效减少材料消耗与改善产品外观;此外,在一些实施例中,电源盒内部分段设计,分别放置电源件、互联端子及快接端子,不同段起到不同功能。

具体实施方式
请参考图1,图1是本发明超薄窄边框面板灯100一实施例的背面外观示意图。超薄窄边框面板灯100包括底盘1、边框2、多个灯条3(如图7所示单一灯条,多个灯条3可等距设置在底盘1内)及电源盒4。在一些实施例中,超薄窄边框面板灯100适于安装至外部工作件(如天花板、墙面、钢架等)。
在一些实施例中,底盘1包括多个侧壁11及多个侧壁11内部的容置部10,底盘1为冷轧钢板材质制成,边框2为围在底盘1周围。
在一些实施例中,各灯条3位于容置部10(如图7所示),电源盒4位于底盘1与边框2之间,灯条3包括多个灯珠31(LED灯),灯条3可以是两片拼接或一片。超薄窄边框面板灯100的出光的方式为透过调整多个灯条3上灯珠31的透镜32(如图7所示)的发光角度来扩散发光。
在一些实施例中,侧壁11的对接侧端113为延伸至相邻于边框2后反向转折,侧壁11的对接侧端113具有一凹槽114,凹槽114相邻于边框2的内侧面;当对接侧端113安装在边框2内,使面板灯100的整体高度有效降低。
在一些实施例中,侧壁11的对接侧端113的截面观看概呈旋转180度的梯形外观(如图3所示,如图2所示具有凹槽114形式),且侧壁11的对接侧端113延伸有一平面115,平面115上设有锁孔15(如图2所示)。
在一些实施例中,边框2为铝型材,边框2的截面观看概呈L字型外观,底盘1与边框2为锁接成一体,底盘1高度为18mm至26mm范围,超薄窄边框面板灯100的整体高度H为20mm至28mm范围(如图4所示);通过降低底盘1与面板灯100整体的高度,在底盘1与边框2锁接成一体安装后,面板灯100的整灯高度降低以有效减少包材与运费支出;相比于市面上常见的32mm的面板灯100,运输成本节约12.5%至37.5%范围。
在一些实施例中,边框2由相对的四边支架组成一正方形框(亦可为一长方框),边框2的四边支架为一体式的铝挤型框,亦可为分离构件相组合。
在一些实施例中,边框2为薄筋条121形式,边框2的厚度为0.5mm至3mm范围,从而在对强度影响较小的前提下实现超窄边框,,边框2为超窄边框形式,边框2的宽度D为10mm至20mm范围(如图5与图6所示),优选值在14mm至16mm范围,有效减少材料消耗的同时很大程度上改善产品外观,边框2背后支撑结构为薄筋条121,比市面上常用的23mm节约材料约30%以上。
请参阅图2与图3,图2是局部放大示意图,呈现底盘1、边框2与锁接件9锁接前的状态,图3是局部侧视放大示意图,呈现弯折边缘13与限位凹槽23相关位置的状态。在一些实施例中,底盘1的边缘具有弯折边缘13,边框2具有限位凹槽23(限位凹槽23的截面观看概呈V字型外观),弯折边缘13对位放置于限位凹槽23。
在一些实施例中,底盘1具有多个锁孔15,边框2的内侧具有沟槽25,以多个锁接件9(如螺丝、螺栓、螺钉等)分别锁接各锁孔15至沟槽25固定。
在一些实施例中,底盘1的边缘增加一圈的弯折边缘13,组装时嵌入边框的最外圈的限位凹槽23内,起到很好的辅助定位作用,可以使底盘1放置精准,使锁孔15对准边框2的限位凹槽23,并且可以防止锁螺丝时,底盘1受外力作用产生位移。
在一些实施例中,弯折边缘13设置为倾斜的角度,弯折边缘13为向着限位凹槽23方向倾斜延伸,使底盘1在单独运输时可以直接堆叠,降低运输成本。
请参阅图6,在一些实施例中,底盘1具有底壁12,各侧壁11位于底壁12四侧周围,底壁12在相邻各侧壁11的边缘具有增加高度的筋条121,为增加结构强度的突起结构;底盘1的底壁12外边缘增加一圈的筋条121,筋条121高度为1mm至2mm范围,可以在一定程度上增加底盘1大平面的强度,减少加工后的变形。
请参阅图8,图8是局部分解示意图,呈现电源盒4各组件的状态。在一些实施例中,电源盒4内部具有多段区间40,各区间40分别放置电源件41、互联端子42及快接端子43;电源盒4为塑胶材质,内部空间分为多段,其中部分为放置电源用,部分用来放置接线端子。如图所示电源盒4分为3段,中间段放置电源,左边段放置互联端子42,右边段放置快接端子43。
在一些实施例中,电源盒4两侧具有锁接部45,以多个锁接件9(如螺丝、螺栓、螺钉等)分别锁接各锁接部45至边框2的沟槽25;电源盒4的整体为可更换设计,用螺丝刀旋开固定螺丝(锁接件9),即可将互联端子42暴露出来,将如图8所示两互联端子42分离即可更换电源;互联端子42设置在电源盒4的内部,可以使用灯具内部用的端子,节约成本,并且改善整灯外观。
在一些实施例中,电源盒4具有组合式盖板46与本体47,组合式盖板46侧边设置多个第一齿461,本体47具有多个第二齿471,多个第一齿461卡合多个第二齿471;其中,组合式盖板46与本体47组装时,组合式盖板46的第一齿461与本体47的第二齿471两者组装时相互啮合。
在一些实施例中,电源盒4的组合式盖板46之出线口460设置多个第三齿463,本体47之出线口470具有多个第四齿472,多个第三齿463与多个第二齿471卡合线材;其中,电源盒4在出线口460、出线口470位置设置相配合的卡线齿,可以防止接线后线被外力拉出。
在一些实施例中,电源盒4的组合式盖板46与本体47型成的空间可以用于放置接线端子,防止接线端子脱落,并供使用者快速接线,极大程度上方便使用者接线,使得安装效率至少提升20%。
请参阅图9与图10,图9是局部侧视示意图,呈现斜角111倾斜的状态,图10是局部侧视示意图,呈现侧壁11的斜面112的状态。在一些实施例中,各侧壁11相连处具有倾斜的斜角111(四个角落),斜角111的倾斜度为30度至50度范围,各侧壁11本身为斜面112(四个侧边),斜面112的倾斜度为45度至80度范围;将底盘1的四角处的斜面112倾斜度减小(30度至50度范围),从设计上让四个角落的倾斜度始终小于四个侧边的倾斜度(45度至80度范围),可以改善底盘1成型后四角褶皱的现象,从而改善市面上产品常出现的角落褶皱现象。
在一些实施例中,灯珠31具有使用发光扩散角度在150度至180度范围的透镜;灯珠31上所使用透镜可以加大单颗灯珠31发光的范围,从而实现在整灯超薄的基础上减少灯珠31颗数,且同时确保整灯发光均匀。
综上所述,根据本发明一实施例的超薄窄边框面板灯,通过降低底盘与面板灯整体的高度,在底盘与边框锁接成一体安装后,面板灯的整灯高度降低以有效减少包材与运费支出;并且,在一些实施例中,边框为薄筋条形式,边框的边框为窄边框,具有对边框强度影响较小的前提下实现超窄边框,有效减少材料消耗与改善产品外观;此外,在一些实施例中,电源盒内部分段设计,分别放置电源件、互联端子及快接端子,不同段起到不同功能。

Claims (10)
1.一种超薄窄边框面板灯,其特征在于,包括:
一底盘,包括多个侧壁及所述多个侧壁内部的容置部,所述底盘高度为18mm至26mm范围;以及
一边框,围在所述底盘周围,所述各侧壁的一对接侧端组装在所述边框内,所述各对接侧端分别与所述边框为锁接成一体后所述超薄窄边框面板灯的整体高度为20mm至28mm范围。
2.根据权利要求1所述的超薄窄边框面板灯,其特征在于:所述对接侧端具有一凹槽,所述凹槽相邻于所述边框的内侧面。
3.根据权利要求1所述的超薄窄边框面板灯,其特征在于:所述边框为薄筋条形式,所述边框的厚度为0.5mm至3mm范围,所述边框为超窄边框形式,所述边框的宽度为10mm至20mm范围。
4.根据权利要求1所述的超薄窄边框面板灯,其特征在于:包括一电源盒,所述电源盒位于所述底盘与所述边框之间,所述电源盒内部具有多段区间,所述各区间分别放置一电源件、一互联端子及一快接端子。
5.根据权利要求4所述的超薄窄边框面板灯,其特征在于:所述电源盒具有一组合式盖板与一本体,所述组合式盖板侧边设置多个第一齿,所述本体具有多个第二齿,所述多个第一齿卡合所述多个第二齿。
6.根据权利要求5所述的超薄窄边框面板灯,其特征在于:所述组合式盖板之一出线口设置多个第三齿,所述本体之一出线口具有多个第四齿,所述多个第三齿与所述多个第二齿卡合线材。
7.根据权利要求1所述的超薄窄边框面板灯,其特征在于:所述底盘的边缘具有一弯折边缘,所述边框具有一限位凹槽,所述弯折边缘对位放置于所述限位凹槽。
8.根据权利要求7所述的超薄窄边框面板灯,其特征在于:所述底盘具有多个锁孔,所述边框的内侧具有一沟槽,以多个锁接件分别锁接所述各锁孔至所述沟槽固定,所述超薄窄边框面板灯包括一电源盒,所述电源盒两侧具有一锁接部,以多个锁接件分别锁接所述各锁接部至所述沟槽。
9.根据权利要求1所述的超薄窄边框面板灯,其特征在于:所述底盘具有一底壁,所述各侧壁位于所述底壁四侧周围,所述底壁在相邻所述各侧壁的边缘具有增加高度的一筋条,所述筋条高度为1mm至2mm范围。
10.根据权利要求1所述的超薄窄边框面板灯,其特征在于:所述各侧壁相连处具有一斜角,所述斜角的倾斜度为30度至50度范围,所述各侧壁本身为一斜面,所述斜面的倾斜度为45度至80度范围。
