为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本发明具体实施例及相应的附图对本发明技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。显然,所描述的实施例仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
以下结合附图,详细说明本发明各个实施例公开的技术方案。
请参考图1~图9,本发明实施例公开一种灯具,所公开的灯具包括灯罩100、框架200、光源模组300和夹持元件600。在本实施例中,灯具可以为多种类型,例如面板灯、条形灯、异形平板灯等。
其中,框架200是该灯具的基础构件,框架200能够为该灯具的其他结构提供安装支撑基础,同时也能够对灯具的其他结构起到一定的防护作用。框架200可以为铝制件,铝型材质量轻盈,而且散热性能优越,有利于提升灯具的内部器件的使用寿命。
光源模组300是灯具的光学构件,光源模组300可发出光线而实现灯具的照明功能。光源模组300包括发光体,发光体通常可选为LED发光体,LED发光体具有环保、节能、寿命长等优点。
灯罩100具有出光部110,光源模组300发出的光线即可通过出光部110出射至灯具之外。通常情况下,光源模组300与出光部110相对设置,光源模组300发出的光线可直接投射在出光部110上,并经由出光部110出射;当然灯具内还可以设置有辅助配光组件,辅助配光组件可对光源模组300发出的光线进行光路调节,并最终使得光线投射至出光部110上,再经由出光部110出射。在其他实施例中,光源模组300也可以设置在侧壁上,部分光 线直接投射在出光部110上,部分光线通过底部反射后再经出光部110出射,本申请对此不做限定。
在本实施例中,灯罩100与框架200可拆卸相连,且灯罩100与框架200形成收容腔,光源模组300设置于收容腔内,也即是说,灯罩100和框架200为光源模组300提供了安装空间,灯罩100也起到一定的防护作用。需要说明的是,灯罩100可通过多种成型方式而制得,例如灯罩100可为注塑成型件、吹塑成型件等。
具体地,灯罩100还包括连接部120,连接部120自出光部110的周侧边缘弯折延伸而形成,连接部120沿灯具的厚度方向延伸,且连接部120的外周面与框架200的外周面平齐设置。如此连接部120在设置时不会朝向灯罩100之外延伸,也即是说,连接部120不会弯折延伸出出光部110的边缘、而是完全处于出光部110的覆盖之下。同时应理解的是,在此种情况下,框架200的边缘轮廓也不会超出出光部110的覆盖范围,因此当本实施例所公开的灯具发光时,出光部110被整体点亮,且灯具的发光面仅包括出光部110的轮廓,而不会包括框架200的轮廓,进而达到全面屏发光的效果,如图1所示。
灯罩100还包括第一结合部130,第一结合部130形成于连接部120背离出光部110的一端,如此设置下,由于连接部120背离出光部110的一端具有充足的设置空间,能够避免第一结合部130与出光部110产生干涉。
框架200设置有与第一结合部130的延伸方向相同的第二结合部211,夹持元件600包覆于第一结合部130和第二结合部211、并将第一结合部130和第二结合部211夹持固定在一起。应理解的是,通过夹持元件600的夹持固定作用,无疑能够使灯罩100和框架200实现了固定连接关系。
与此同时,在灯具的厚度方向上,出光部110覆盖第一结合部130、第二结合部211和夹持元件600。具体而言,如此设置下,第一结合部130和第二结合部211均不会延伸出出光部110的边缘,夹持元件600也不会位于 出光部110的轮廓之外,因此当灯具进行照明时,第一结合部130、第二结合部211和夹持元件600均不会破坏灯具的全面屏发光效果。
由上述说明可知,在本发明实施例公开的灯具中,灯罩100包括出光部110和连接部120,连接部120自出光部110的周侧边缘弯折延伸而形成,且连接部120沿灯具的厚度方向延伸,同时连接部120的外周面与框架200的外周面平齐设置,如此设置下,在灯具的厚度方向上,出光部110将连接部120和框架200都完全覆盖。
因此,当光源模组300发出的光线通过出光部110出射时,不会在出光部110周围显现连接部120和框架200的轮廓,进而可实现全面屏整体发光的效果;相较于现有技术,本发明实施例公开的灯具无疑具备更佳的美观性。
请再次参考图3~图9:
在本实施例中,第一结合部130与第二结合部211的形状可以相适配,且二者的相对面相互贴合设置。如此情况下,第一结合部130和第二结合部211连接程度更为紧密,之间不存在移动、错动的间隙空间,有利于提升二者之间的连接可靠性;同时,第一结合部130和第二结合部211的形状相匹配,可使得二者全部贴合,也有利于夹持元件600的构型,使得加持固定时,三者之间手里更为对称均匀。
在本实施例中,第一结合部130和第二结合部211的延伸方向有多种,例如第一结合部130和第二结合部211均可以朝向背离收容腔的方向延伸,如此即可较为方便地在收容腔之外对第一结合部130和第二结合部211进行夹持固定,有利于拆装的便捷性。当然该种实施方式安全较低,任何人都可以通过卸下夹持元件600而拆卸掉整个灯具;同时,夹持元件600、第一结合部130和第二结合部211在外部容易受到杂物的腐蚀,使用寿命更短,灯罩100和框架200的连接关系存在不可靠不稳定的隐患。
基于此,在一种具体的实施方式中,第一结合部130和第二结合部211可以均朝向收容腔内延伸。具体而言,由于第一结合部130朝向收容腔内的 方向延伸,且第一结合部130连接于连接部120,而结合前述,连接部120完全处于出光部110的覆盖之下,由此可知,第一结合部130也不会朝向灯罩100之外延伸,也即,第一结合部130不会延伸出出光部110的边缘、而是完全处于出光部110的覆盖之下;由于框架200的边缘轮廓不会超出出光部110的覆盖范围,而第二结合部211也是朝向收容腔内的方向延伸,因此,第二结合部211不会朝向框架200之外延伸,也即,第二结合部211不会延伸出出光部110的边缘、并完全处于出光部110的覆盖之下;因此,如此设置下,更有利于实现第一结合部130、第二结合部211和夹持元件600被出光部110所覆盖。
与此同时,在此种设置方式下,第一结合部130和第二结合部211均处于收容腔内部,在安装过程中,需要在收容腔之内通过夹持元件600对第一结合部130和第二结合部211进行夹持固定;拆卸过程同理,因此就能够避免该灯具被非法拆卸,同时,夹持元件600、第一结合部130和第二结合部211也能够免受外部杂物的腐蚀而提高使用寿命。在本实施方式中,可通过设置可开关的工作窗口,通过打开而外露出收容腔,进而可卸下夹持元件600来实现灯罩100与框架200的连接关系的解除。
在本实施例中,夹持元件600可以包括第一扣持部610、折弯部620和第二扣持部630,第一扣持部610压紧固定于第一结合部130背离第二结合部211的表面,折弯部620的一端与第一扣持部610相连,且折弯部620自第一结合部130的自由端延伸至第二结合部211的自由端,折弯部620的另一端与第二扣持部630相连,第二扣持部630压紧固定于第二结合部211背离第一结合部130的表面。
应理解的是,第一扣持部610在压紧固定于第一结合部130时,能够对第一结合部130施加作用力,相应地,第二扣持部630在压紧固定于第二结合部211时,能够对第二结合部211施加作用力,因此能够使得第一结合部130和第二结合部211更为紧密地贴合;同时,由于滑动摩擦力的缘故,夹 持元件600也不会与第一结合部130和第二结合部211脱离;再者,正是由于夹持元件600的夹持固定作用,确保了第一结合部130和第二结合部211之间不会出现相对移位、错动,进而确保了灯罩100与框架200的连接稳定性。
进一步地,夹持元件600可以与第一结合部130和第二结合部211的至少一者卡接配合,也即是说,夹持元件600可以仅与第一结合部130卡接配合,也可以仅与第二结合部211卡接配合,还可以同时与第一结合部130和第二结合部211卡接配合,本实施例对其不做限制。
在夹持元件600仅与第二结合部211卡接配合的实施方式中,第二结合部211的自由端可以设置有卡扣凸起211a,卡扣凸起211a设置于第二结合部211背离第一结合部130的一侧端面;第二扣持部630设置有限位凸起631,限位凸起631设置于第二扣持部630朝向第二结合部211的一侧端面,限位凸起631、第二扣持部630和折弯部620形成卡扣凹陷640,卡扣凸起211a与卡扣凹陷640卡接配合。应理解的是,在具体的卡接过程中,首先可先手动将第一扣持部610和第二扣持部630撑开一定角度,并将第一结合部130和第二结合部211嵌入到夹持元件600内,同时使得卡扣凸起211a嵌入到卡扣凹陷640中,如此即完成了卡扣凸起211a与限位凸起631的限位配合,最后再撤去对第一扣持部610和第二扣持部630的作用力,即完成了夹持元件600对第一结合部130和第二结合部211的夹持固定。
当然,在夹持元件600还与第一结合部130卡接配合的实施方式中,第一结合部130的自由端和第一扣持部610上也可以有设置有相互配合的卡扣结构,并通过该卡扣结构的卡扣配合关系,而实现夹持元件600与第一结合部130的卡接。
为了便于卡扣凸起211a卡入到卡扣凹陷640中,在可选的方案中,卡扣凸起211a可以包括供限位凸起631卡入的第一导向倒角,限位凸起631包括供卡扣凸起211a卡入的第二导向倒角。应理解的是,基于第一导向倒角和第 二导向倒角的结构特征,无疑能够减少卡扣凸起211a对限位凸起631的挤压作用,顺着两个导向倒角的轮廓延伸方向就可较为方便地将卡扣凸起211a嵌入到卡扣凹陷640中而实现卡扣配合,进而提升了安装便捷性。
通常情况下,夹持元件600可以呈U形。当然,夹持元件600的具体形状可以有多种,例如V形、C形等。
为了提升灯具拆装的便捷性,在可选的方案中,框架200可以包括中框210和底壳220,中框210与底壳220可拆卸相连,灯罩100与中框210可拆卸相连,且灯罩100、中框210和底壳220形成收容腔。在具体的安装过程中,灯罩100、中框210和底壳220的先后安装次序可以不限,通常可先将灯罩100安装在中框210上,再将中框210安装在底壳220上即可。
当然,上述的框架200包括中框210和底壳220的实施方式也有利于实现本实施例所公开的灯具的拆装,具体而言,在组装该灯具时,可首先安装灯罩100与中框210,由于底壳220的空缺使得能够在收容腔内部进行安装操作,即通过夹持元件600夹持固定住第一结合部130和第二结合部211,然后再将底壳220安装在中框210上即完成了灯具的组装;在拆卸该灯具时,可实现将底壳220与中框210分离拆卸,进而可方便地在收容腔内部将夹持元件600卸掉,此时第一结合部130和第二结合部211不存在固定连接关系,便可分离拆卸中框210和灯罩100,如此便完成了灯具的拆卸。
灯具还可以包括其他的构件,如驱动电源组件400和配光组件500等,它们均可以设置在底壳220上,而与底壳220集成为一个整体模块,进而能够提升安装、拆卸、转运等工序的效率。
通常情况下,第二结合部211可以设置于中框210上。由于灯罩100与中框210邻近设置,因此二者通过第一结合部130和第二结合部211实现卡接配合更为便捷、且连接距离更短而使得加工难度降低。当然,第二结合部211也可以设置在底壳220上,而当第一结合部130与第二结合部211实现卡接配合后,灯罩100和底壳220可将中框210压紧固定在二者之间。
前述的包括驱动电源组件400和配光组件500在内的其他构件通常均设置于收容腔内,以对它们进行防护。驱动电源组件400与光源模组300电连接,以为光源模组300进行供电。配光组件500覆盖于光源模组300,且用于为光源模组300进行配光;通常情况下,配光组件500可以包括透镜,透镜通常为汇聚构型,如此可对光源模组300发出的光线进行汇聚,而使得出光部110出射的光线强度更大,且照射距离可更远;当然,本实施例未限制配光组件500的具体类型,例如配光组件500还可以包括反射棱镜,通过反射棱镜而调节光源模组300的出光方向。
本发明上文实施例中重点描述的是各个实施例之间的不同,各个实施例之间不同的优化特征只要不矛盾,均可以组合形成更优的实施例,考虑到行文简洁,在此则不再赘述。
以上所述仅为本发明的实施例而已,并不用于限制本发明。对于本领域技术人员来说,本发明可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本发明的精神和原理之内所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的权利要求范围之内。
Claims (12)
- 一种灯具,其中,包括灯罩(100)、框架(200)、光源模组(300)和夹持元件(600),所述灯罩(100)与所述框架(200)可拆卸相连,且所述灯罩(100)与所述框架(200)形成收容腔,所述光源模组(300)设置于所述收容腔内;所述灯罩(100)包括出光部(110)、连接部(120)和第一结合部(130),所述光源模组(300)发出的光线可通过所述出光部(110)出射;所述连接部(120)自所述出光部(110)的周侧边缘弯折延伸而形成,所述连接部(120)沿所述灯具的厚度方向延伸,且所述连接部(120)的外周面与所述框架(200)的外周面平齐设置;所述第一结合部(130)形成于所述连接部(120)背离所述出光部(110)的一端;所述框架(200)设置有与所述第一结合部(130)的延伸方向相同的第二结合部(211),所述夹持元件(600)包覆于所述第一结合部(130)和第二结合部(211)、并将所述第一结合部(130)和所述第二结合部(211)夹持固定在一起;在所述灯具的厚度方向上,所述出光部(110)覆盖所述第一结合部(130)、所述第二结合部(211)和所述夹持元件(600)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的灯具,其中,所述第一结合部(130)与所述第二结合部(211)的形状相适配,且二者的相对面相互贴合设置。
- 根据权利要求1所述的灯具,其中,所述第一结合部(130)和所述第二结合部(211)均朝向所述收容腔内延伸。
- 根据权利要求1所述的灯具,其中,所述夹持元件(600)包括第一扣持部(610)、折弯部(620)和第二扣持部(630),所述第一扣持部(610)压紧固定于所述第一结合部(130)背离所述第二结合部(211)的表面,所 述折弯部(620)的一端与所述第一扣持部(610)相连,且所述折弯部(620)自所述第一结合部(130)的自由端延伸至所述第二结合部(211)的自由端,所述折弯部(620)的另一端与所述第二扣持部(630)相连,所述第二扣持部(630)压紧固定于所述第二结合部(211)背离所述第一结合部(130)的表面。
- 根据权利要求4所述的灯具,其中,所述夹持元件(600)与所述第一结合部(130)和所述第二结合部(211)的至少一者卡接配合。
- 根据权利要求5所述的灯具,其中,所述第二结合部(211)的自由端设置有卡扣凸起(211a),所述卡扣凸起(211a)设置于所述第二结合部(211)背离所述第一结合部(130)的一侧端面;所述第二扣持部(630)设置有限位凸起(631),所述限位凸起(631)设置于所述第二扣持部(630)朝向所述第二结合部(211)的一侧端面,所述限位凸起(631)、所述第二扣持部(630)和所述折弯部(620)形成卡扣凹陷(640),所述卡扣凸起(211a)与所述卡扣凹陷(640)卡接配合。
- 根据权利要求6所述的灯具,其中,所述卡扣凸起(211a)包括供所述限位凸起(631)卡入的第一导向倒角,所述限位凸起(631)包括供所述卡扣凸起(211a)卡入的第二导向倒角。
- 根据权利要求1所述的灯具,其中,所述夹持元件(600)呈U形。
- 根据权利要求1或3所述的灯具,其中,所述框架(200)包括中框(210)和底壳(220),所述中框(210)与所述底壳(220)可拆卸相连,所述灯罩(100)与所述中框(210)可拆卸相连,且所述灯罩(100)、所述中框(210)和所述底壳(220)形成所述收容腔。
- 根据权利要求9所述的灯具,其中,所述第二结合部(211)设置于 所述中框(210)上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的灯具,其中,所述灯具为面板灯。
- 根据权利要求1所述的灯具,其中,所述灯具还包括驱动电源组件(400)和配光组件(500),所述驱动电源组件(400)和所述配光组件(500)均设置于所述收容腔内,所述驱动电源组件(400)与所述光源模组(300)电连接,所述配光组件(500)覆盖于所述光源模组(300),且用于为所述光源模组(300)进行配光。
