Abstract

压电材料及压电装置。压电材料包括:基材,所述基材的晶体结构为ABO3型钙钛矿结构,所述钙钛矿结构包括共存的菱形结构和四方结构,所述基材位于准同型相界附近;掺杂元素,所述掺杂元素用于替换所述钙钛矿结构中的A位元素或者B位元素,或者填充所述钙钛矿结构中的间隙,所述掺杂元素用于增大所述菱形结构与所述四方结构的晶格常数之差。
