Putting the hydroxyapatite Dan Zhongkong microspheres and the nutrient solution into a mixing container, heating the mixing container to 40 ℃, stirring the hydroxyapatite Dan Zhongkong microspheres and the nutrient solution for 40min to prepare a compound solution, and naturally cooling.

Claims (6)
1. The collagen compound liquid with the skin repairing and anti-aging effects is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 10-20% of human-derived collagen, 5-10% of pseudo-ginseng extract, 1-4% of calcium carbonate, 1-4% of disodium hydrogen phosphate, 2-4% of vitamin E, 2-8% of antioxidant, 1-2% of emulsifier, 2-5% of sodium chloride diluent, 3-6% of fibroblast, 5-10% of lidocaine hydrochloride injection, 5-10% of PH regulator and the balance of deionized water.
2. The collagen compound liquid with skin repairing and anti-aging effects as claimed in claim 1, wherein:
the antioxidant is at least one of stilbenol, grape seed extract, coenzyme, retinol and astaxanthin;
the emulsifier is at least one of lecithin, lanolin alcohol, wool acid and beeswax;
the pH regulator is at least one of citric acid, lactic acid, potassium hydroxide, sodium hydroxide and disodium hydrogen phosphate.
3. The collagen compound liquid with skin repairing and anti-aging effects as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the preparation method comprises the following steps:
the method comprises the following steps: preparation of hydroxyapatite Dan Zhongkong microspheres: equal amount of calcium carbonate and disodium hydrogen phosphate are used to prepare the hydroxyapatite Dan Zhongkong microballoon under normal pressure.
Step two: preparing a stock solution A: weighing human collagen, vitamin E, antioxidant and fibroblast according to the weight, putting the human collagen, the vitamin E, the antioxidant and the fibroblast into a reaction vessel for mixing, adding a small amount of deionized water for many times, heating the reaction vessel to 30-45 ℃, completely fusing the raw materials with the deionized water to prepare stock solution A, stopping heating the reaction vessel, and naturally cooling the stock solution A.

Step four: mixing the stock solution A and the stock solution B, pouring the stock solution A and the stock solution B into an emulsifying pot under the aseptic environment of 25-35 ℃, stirring uniformly, and then adding an emulsifier to prepare a sufficient mixture of the stock solution A and the stock solution B.
Step five: adjusting the pH of the mixture: and (3) after the nutrient solution is kept stand for 1-2 hours, adding a pH regulator, regulating the pH value of the mixture to 7-8, and stirring for 15-20 min to obtain the nutrient solution.
