本发明还涉及一种数字后视镜装置,所述数字后视镜装置包括:至少一个摄像机102、103,所述至少一个摄像机捕获所述车辆的外部的图像;第一触摸屏104,所述第一触摸屏布置在所述驾驶员侧并且专用于显示所述驾驶员侧的外部环境;第二触摸屏105,所述第二触摸屏布置在所述乘客侧并且专用于显示所述乘客侧的外部环境;以及计算机106,所述计算机处理由所述摄像机102、103捕获的图像并且使所述图像显示在所述屏上,并且,所述数字后视镜装置实施根据本发明的用于调节车辆的功能的调节方法。
本发明还涉及一种车辆,其特征在于,所述车辆包括根据本发明的装置。
本发明还涉及一种电脑程序,所述电脑程序包括指令,所述指令适用于在所述程序由至少一个处理器执行时执行根据本发明的用于调节功能的调节方法的步骤。

图1示出了车辆101,该车辆包括数字后视镜系统。
所述车辆包括驾驶员侧和乘客侧。所述数字后视镜系统包括:至少一个摄像机102、103,所述至少一个摄像机捕获所述车辆的外部的图像;第一触摸屏104,所述第一触摸屏布置在所述驾驶员侧;第二触摸屏105,所述第二触摸屏布置在所述乘客侧;以及计算机106。通信信道107(例如CAN网络)使这些组成元件联接。
在图1的实施例中,所述车辆包括处在驾驶员侧的第一摄像机102以及处在乘客侧的第二摄像机103。
在未示出的另一实施例中,所述车辆包括单个摄像机,所述单个摄像机有利地安置在车顶上,以能够捕获所述车辆的外部环境的图像。
图3示出了在驾驶员侧的触摸屏的在不存在控制的情况下的视图。
计算机106还可借助于第二通信信道109与第二计算机108联接。第二计算机108可借助于第三通信信道110与用于操控舒适和/或安全功能的装置联接。
对于舒适和/或安全功能的调节使使用者例如能够打开或关闭:
-门窗(车门或车窗111、112、113、114、后备箱115、发动机盖等)
-储物盒(手套箱,在扶手中、车门中、……、中控台上等)。
这还能够选择锁定或不锁定门窗(例如禁止儿童打开车门、车窗等)、储物盒的状态,或者锁定或不锁定功能(例如起动、安全气囊、对于私人数据的访问、洗涤隧道模式、儿童安全、空调等)。此外,这还能够调节功能(例如通风和空调温度或例如声音环境)。
计算机106实施本发明的方法,该方法的逻辑图示出在图2上。有利地,该方法包括第一步骤201,该第一步骤检测第一控制,该第一控制由在触摸屏104、105中的一个上的按压造成。
响应于该检测地,步骤202在触摸屏104、105中的一个上显示涉及数字后视镜系统的调节。
在检测到第二控制之后,步骤203、步骤204能够显示涉及舒适和/或安全功能的调节。对于所述第二控制的检测可基于由使用者在所述触摸屏上的按压执行。
根据第一实施例,该按压可由单根手指实施在所述屏上或在特定区域上(例如在图4上所示的图标401上)。该按压还可以是多样的。该按压可以是简图或图案。
根据图5所示的第二实施例,对于所述调节的访问借助于图标501、502、503、504、505、506实施。所述访问还可借助于对于文本、菜单和子菜单、滚动条、待勾选框或其它的显示来实施。
优选地,由摄像机102、103拍摄的外部视图不会完全被取代。所述信息显示成水印(en filagramme)、透明地显示或显示在所述屏的周边,以不妨碍后视镜。
对于第三控制的检测(步骤205)能够辨识对于舒适和/或安全功能的调节。该调节由此由计算机106经由通信信道向第二计算机108传递,该第二计算机由此能够执行在舒适和/或安全功能方面的调节。
有利地,根据本发明的方法还包括确定步骤,所述确定步骤用于基于所述车辆的数据确定所述车辆的生命阶段。计算机106可或是回收在通信信道109上输送的车辆的数据,或是通过特别的CAN请求向计算机108请求数据。发动机转速、表征车辆动力学的数据(例如所述车辆的速度、行驶方向、经选择的驾驶模式、主动ADAS功能、方向盘角度、点火钥匙位置(+APC)、驾驶员或乘客的存在、定位)、与电池的充电状态和/或健康状态有关的信息、监视器(例如电池监视器BMS)中的可用信息)等可以是由计算机106回收的数据。
计算机106由此可确定所述车辆的生命阶段,例如:车辆正在行驶或经停止;发动机正在转动或经停止;电池的充电阶段,转向灯是否经致动;所述驾驶员执行操作(例如转动方向盘);所述车辆是否处于自主驾驶模式;所述车辆是否经乘坐;门窗(车门、车窗、后备箱等)经打开或经关闭;所述车辆处于诊断模式;等等。
对于所述车辆的舒适和/或安全功能的调节的显示取决于经确定的生命阶段(换句话说,遵循经确定的生命阶段),在步骤203之后,计算机106显示所述调节的子组。例如,如果所述车辆是停止的并且发动机正在转动,所有调节(例如对于车门和/或后备箱的打开)可被显示。相反地,如果所述车辆正在行驶,对于车门和/或后备箱的打开的访问不再被显示,或者被阻止。
有利地,在驾驶员侧和乘客侧之间,对于舒适和/或安全功能的调节的显示是不同的。在所述驾驶员侧,可显示全部功能。在所述乘客侧,仅显示与驾驶或驾驶员位置无关的功能(例如对于乘客车窗的打开)。
在对于舒适和/或安全功能的调节的显示之后,所述使用者可执行在功能方面(例如对于车窗的打开)的调节。用于打开所述车窗的打开命令由此经由可用的通信信道107、109、110传输至所述车门的计算机,以实施所述动作。
有利地,根据本发明的方法还包括认证步骤,所述认证步骤用于认证驾驶员和/或乘客。事实上,对于一些功能的调节的访问可能需要认证步骤,以例如辨识所述车辆的车主和/或经授权的乘员。所述认证步骤可通过待绘制简图、通过输入代码、通过在所述屏上以预限定节奏序列重复按压、通过数码指纹识别等实施在触摸屏104或105上。在所述认证之后,可能地例如打开手套箱、后备箱或储物盒、起动所述车辆等。
Claims (10)
1.一种用于调节车辆的功能的调节方法,所述车辆包括驾驶员侧和乘客侧,所述车辆包括数字后视镜系统,所述数字后视镜系统包括:
至少一个摄像机(102,103),所述至少一个摄像机捕获所述车辆的外部的图像,
第一触摸屏(104),所述第一触摸屏布置在所述驾驶员侧并且专用于显示所述驾驶员侧的外部环境,
第二触摸屏(105),所述第二触摸屏布置在所述乘客侧并且专用于显示所述乘客侧的外部环境,
计算机(106),所述计算机处理由所述摄像机(102,103)捕获的图像并且使所述图像显示在所述屏(104,105)上,
所述调节方法由所述计算机(106)实施,所述调节方法包括显示步骤(202),所述显示步骤用于响应于检测(201)到第一控制地在所述触摸屏(104,105)中的一个上显示对于所述数字后视镜系统的功能的调节,
其特征在于,所述调节方法还包括显示步骤(204),所述显示步骤用于响应于检测(203)到第二控制地显示对于所述车辆的舒适和/或安全功能的调节。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于调节车辆的功能的调节方法,其特征在于,所述调节方法还包括确定步骤,所述确定步骤用于基于所述车辆的数据确定所述车辆的生命阶段,对于所述车辆的舒适和/或安全功能的调节的显示取决于经确定的生命阶段。
3.根据权利要求2所述的用于调节车辆的功能的调节方法,其特征在于,所述车辆的数据包括所述车辆的速度,当经确定的生命阶段与所述车辆的大于阈值的速度相关联时,则对于所述舒适和/或安全功能的调节的显示至少部分地经阻止。
4.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的用于调节车辆的功能的调节方法,其特征在于,对于所述车辆的舒适和/或安全功能的调节在所述第二触摸屏(105)上的显示不同于所述第一触摸屏(104)的显示。
5.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的用于调节车辆的功能的调节方法,其特征在于,所述调节方法还包括检测步骤(205)和传递步骤(206),所述检测步骤用于检测第三控制,所述第三控制选择用于调节舒适和/或安全功能的调节命令,所述传递步骤用于向实施所述舒适和/或安全功能的装备传递经选择的调节。
6.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的用于调节车辆的功能的调节方法,其特征在于,所述调节方法还包括认证步骤,所述认证步骤用于认证驾驶员和/或乘客。
7.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的用于调节车辆的功能的调节方法,其特征在于,对于所述车辆的舒适和/或安全功能的调节的显示相对于所述外部环境的显示叠印。
8.一种数字后视镜装置,所述数字后视镜装置包括:
至少一个摄像机(102,103),所述至少一个摄像机捕获车辆的外部的图像,
第一触摸屏(104),所述第一触摸屏布置在驾驶员侧并且专用于显示所述驾驶员侧的外部环境,
第二触摸屏(105),所述第二触摸屏布置在乘客侧并且专用于显示所述乘客侧的外部环境,
计算机(106),所述计算机处理由所述摄像机(102,103)捕获的图像并且使所述图像显示在所述屏上,
所述数字后视镜装置实施根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的用于调节车辆的功能的调节方法。
9.一种车辆,所述车辆包括根据权利要求8所述的功能调节装置。
10.一种电脑程序,所述电脑程序包括指令,所述指令适用于在所述电脑程序由至少一个处理器执行时执行根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的用于调节功能的调节方法的步骤。
