Abstract
本发明以丙烯酸改性聚氨酯树脂为成膜载体,以稀土铝酸盐发光粉为发光基质,添加适当助剂,研制了一种发光涂料,该涂料成膜后的发光强度、余辉时间、硬度、附着力等多种性能均满足户外使用条件,解决了传统发光材料在粗糙表面因散射造成的亮度不高等缺陷。该涂料的应用性能和应用前景非常广阔。

本发明涉及一种用于粗糙表面的高亮度荧光涂料的组成及其制作方法,属于复合材料技术领域。
背景技术
发光涂料是一种光致发光的功能性涂料,自19世纪60年代以来,发光涂料共经历了硫化物、硅酸盐、稀土铝酸盐为发光基质的三代发展,在生产生活和军事中均得到了广泛应用。尤其是以改性铝酸盐为基质的发光涂料,其应用已经渗透至物资储运、消防安全、应急照明、交通指挥等诸多领域,可在夜间无光或微光条件下向人面提供可有效辨认的标识。
肖志国等采用Sr,Sn,Co,Cd的硫化物,Cu,Er,Na,Li,Mg的氯化物,CuSO4,Na2S,ZnSiO3,S等为原料,得到发光材料,并经包膜、配制等工序制成发光涂料,但其发光时间较短。为此,人们在发光涂料中添加少量放射性物质Pm或Co,但会对人体和环境造成放射性伤害,其应用受到限制。
稀土铝酸盐发光材料化学稳定性好,耐候性强,不含放射性,而且余辉时间和发光强度是硫化物发光材料的10倍以上。MATSUZAWA介绍了一种长效发光涂料,由含有碱土氧化铝的磷光体和醇酸树脂作为基料混合,并加入各种流变促进剂、颜料、成膜助剂及其他成分,唐祖光等以铝酸锶为发光颜料,以氯乙烯环氧树脂、丙烯酸树脂为主要成膜物质制备了一种发光涂料,李芳等介绍了一种由发光粉、氯丁橡胶、树脂等组成的夜间发光涂料,都得到了很好的实验效果。
丙烯酸树脂的透光性高、耐油性强、抗氧化性好、耐候性佳,在极性和非极性表面均有很强的附着力,但也存在低温变脆、高温变粘的缺点,限制了其在建筑领域的广泛应用;聚氨酯树脂因其结构中的氨基甲酸酯链节,成膜后有优良的耐磨性和韧性。
本发明将一种耐候性优良的高分子树脂进行改性,得到成膜物质,以改性后的长余辉发光材料作为发光基质,并加入各种助剂,配制成一种发光涂料,涂覆于混凝土等建筑表面,发光亮度高,有一定的实用价值。
发明内容
本发明的目的是研究一种用于粗糙表面的高亮度荧光涂料。
本发明主要由丙烯酸改性聚氨酯树脂、长余辉发光材料、二氧化钛、玻璃微粉、KH-560以及分散剂、抗沉剂、消泡剂等组成,各成分百分比含量是:
其中,丙烯酸改性聚氨酯树脂的制备工艺为:将丙烯酸树脂与聚氨酯树脂按照3:7的比例称量后备用,首先将聚氨酯树脂放入均质仪的搅拌桶内,在高速搅拌下,将丙烯酸树脂缓慢加入到搅拌桶内,加完后,继续搅拌10min,即得到丙烯酸改性聚氨酯树脂。
长余辉发光材料的基质由铝酸盐与稀土氧化物经高温反应制备而成。反应条件为:在体积比1:19的H2和N2混合气体还原气氛下于1400℃~1500℃烧结3h,然后随炉温自然冷却至室温。
高亮度荧光涂料制备工艺为:在研钵中称量一定量的长余辉发光材料,按比例滴加偶联剂KH560,搅拌研磨,使粉体充分润湿。在不锈钢分散容器中加入一定量的丙烯酸改性聚氨酯树脂,开动分散机,转速控制在200r/min,边分散边加入润湿后的长效发光粉,缓慢升高转速至600r/min,依次加入纳米二氧化钛,玻璃微粉,分散剂SDJ3007,抗沉剂LD-1211,分散搅拌20min,再加入消泡剂DU-183,即制得本发明产品——用于粗糙表面的高亮度荧光涂料。
将该涂料分别刷涂于水泥预制件样品表面、牛皮纸板样品表面、普通木板样品表面(样品尺寸200mm*200mm)。厚度控制在0.3mm,24h后,测试其发光亮度和发光时间。
实施例1:称取丙烯酸改性聚氨酯树脂34%、长余辉发光材料37%、二氧化钛6%、玻璃微粉8%、KH-560 5%以及分散剂SDJ3007 3%、抗沉剂LD-1211 4%、消泡剂DU-1831%,按照上述制备工艺,制得本发明产品,并分别刷涂于水泥预制件样品表面、牛皮纸板样品表面、普通木板样品表面。
实施例2:称取丙烯酸改性聚氨酯树脂46%、长余辉发光材料25%、二氧化钛6%、玻璃微粉8%、KH-560 5%以及分散剂SDJ3007 3%、抗沉剂LD-1211 4%、消泡剂DU-1831%,按照上述制备工艺,制得本发明产品,并分别刷涂于水泥预制件样品表面、牛皮纸板样品表面、普通木板样品表面。
实施例3:称取丙烯酸改性聚氨酯树脂30%、长余辉发光材料45%、二氧化钛4%、玻璃微粉6%、KH-560 7%以及分散剂SDJ3007 3%、抗沉剂LD-1211 4%、消泡剂DU-1831%,按照上述制备工艺,制得本发明产品,并分别刷涂于水泥预制件样品表面、牛皮纸板样品表面、普通木板样品表面。
以60min发光亮度和亮度>5mcd·m2的发光时间作为检测参数,数据测试采用荧光亮度测试仪。
与实施例对照的比较例为:称取丙烯酸乳液30%、市售夜光粉45%、二氧化钛4%、玻璃微粉6%、KH-560 7%以及分散剂SDJ3007 3%、抗沉剂LD-1211 4%、消泡剂DU-1831%,按照高亮度荧光涂料制备工艺(市售夜光粉不做高温处理),制得产品,并分别刷涂于水泥预制件样品表面、牛皮纸板样品表面、普通木板样品表面。(比较例是将本发明中的成膜物质和发光材料替换为市售普通材料。)
测试结果如下:
综上所述,本产品的主要特点:
经本发明的配方和工艺处理,制得的高亮度荧光涂料,在粗糙表面有比较好的发光效果,初始反光亮度、60min发光亮度和发光时间均明显优于未经处理的产品。后期经过改进工艺,本发明的成本进一步降低后,可在相关领域推广应用。
