Abstract
本发明公开了一种石墨烯自润滑减阻涂料及其应用,属于涂料技术领域。该涂料按照如下重量份组成:聚苯乙烯15‑20份、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯10‑15份、钛白粉5‑10份、石墨烯15‑20份、二氧化钛3‑7份、环氧丙烯酸酯树脂10‑15份、纳米粉10‑15份、白陶瓷粉10‑15份、芳香胺树脂8‑17份、消泡剂1‑2份、流平剂1‑3份和分散剂0.5‑1份。本发明涂料具显著改善高端紧固件的扭矩与压力的关系,从而使紧固件可承受更大的负荷,更不易松动;解决固件卡死和咬合的问题,表面涂覆润滑涂层的高端紧固件,其使用后不易出现锈死、卡死、咬合的现象等优点。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于涂料技术领域,尤其涉及一种石墨烯自润滑减阻涂料及其应用。
背景技术
高聚物减阻材料又称为高分减摩材料,其具有摩擦系数小,耐磨损特征,多用于需要干摩擦、重负荷、低转速的场合,这种复合材料主要有热固性和热塑性树脂两种,前者主要是用酚醛树脂与yfC或者布复合,用于汽车钢板衬套和转向拉杆轴承制备。后者主要是一此聚甲醛、尼龙、聚四氟乙烯、聚矾、聚苯醚、氯化聚醚和聚酞亚胺等树脂,其中尼龙的机械强度较高,聚甲酸的耐疲劳和抗蠕变性好,但是热稳定性较差;聚肤G胶的特点是耐高温。经增强处理后可以在20℃以I使用;卤化聚醚和聚四氟乙烯的特征是耐腐蚀性能优异,在实际应用过程中,在爽合材料中还需要加入无机减阻材料,如石墨和二硫化L1等粉末。
传统的减阻涂料润滑性一般,化学以及物理性能也不够稳定。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种石墨烯自润滑减阻涂料,所述涂料按照如下重量份组成:聚苯乙烯15-20份、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯10-15份、钛白粉5-10份、石墨烯15-20份、二氧化钛3-7份、环氧丙烯酸酯树脂10-15份、纳米粉10-15份、白陶瓷粉10-15份、芳香胺树脂8-17份、消泡剂1-2份、流平剂1-3份和分散剂0.5-1份。
优选地,所述消泡剂为含有机硅类的BYK1790消泡剂。
更优选地,所述流平剂为丙烯酸流平剂或氟改性丙烯酸流平剂。
更优选地,所述分散剂为BYK168。
更优选地,所述石墨烯粉末颗粒细度为0.8-1.2nm。
本发明还提供了上述石墨烯自润滑减阻涂料在减少机械装置阻力中的应用。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
(1)本发明涂层可有效改善高端紧固件的扭矩与压力的关系,从而使紧固件可承受更大的负荷,更不易松动。
(2)解决固件卡死和咬合的问题,表面涂覆润滑涂层的高端紧固件,其使用后不易出现锈死、卡死、咬合的现象。
(3)解决超高温、超低温的润滑问题,在温度-255℃~300℃之间,涂覆于高端紧固件的润滑涂层不会脆化,仍然具有润滑特性。
(4)解决耐磨和自润滑问题,基于润滑涂层的优异的耐磨性和自润滑性,高端紧固件可以多次反复松动和锁紧,而丝牙不会被损伤。
(5)解决防锈防蚀问题,涂层会在高端紧固件表面形成一层致密、牢固的润滑膜厚,隔断了金属基体与空气的接触,使其不易出现锈蚀现象。
具体实施方式
实施例1
本实施例提供了一种石墨烯自润滑减阻涂料,其包括以下成分:聚苯乙烯、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯、钛白粉、石墨烯、二氧化钛、环氧丙烯酸酯树脂、纳米粉、白陶瓷粉、芳香胺树脂、消泡剂、流平剂和分散剂。
上述材料按照如下重量份的组成:聚苯乙烯15-20份、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯10-15份、钛白粉5-10份、石墨烯15-20份、二氧化钛3-7份、环氧丙烯酸酯树脂10-15份、纳米粉10-15份、白陶瓷粉10-15份、芳香胺树脂8-17份、消泡剂1-2份、流平剂1-3份和分散剂0.5-1份。
上述消泡剂为含有机硅类的BYK1790消泡剂。
上述流平剂为丙烯酸流平剂或氟改性丙烯酸流平剂。
上述分散剂为BYK168。
上述石墨烯粉末颗粒细度为0.8-1.2nm。
在实际应用中:
(1)使用润滑涂层喷涂后,会在所装配零件表面形成一层润滑涂层,自润滑材料微粒的平均粒径仅为0.5微米,不会改变零件的配合公差。如:开放式齿轮、机械的组装、模具组装等等;
(2)适用于汽车、医疗行业的各式紧固件或金属零件,如:弹簧、线圈、钳子、轴、铸件和冲压件等;
(3)适用于装配机件及内部润滑,润滑链条、钢缆、螺丝、输送带、拉缆机、金属铸造机、垫圈外膜、一般机器的维修和保养等等;
(4)同时,涂层还能应用于螺纹轴、花键轴、齿轮、涡轮蜗杆、管件、泵、机床导轨的润滑,还可用于球轴承、滚子轴承、滑轮、轮子、法兰和螺栓的组装。

1.一种石墨烯自润滑减阻涂料,其特征在于,所述涂料按照如下重量份组成:聚苯乙烯15-20份、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯10-15份、钛白粉5-10份、石墨烯15-20份、二氧化钛3-7份、环氧丙烯酸酯树脂10-15份、纳米粉10-15份、白陶瓷粉10-15份、芳香胺树脂8-17份、消泡剂1-2份、流平剂1-3份和分散剂0.5-1份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的石墨烯自润滑减阻涂料,其特征在于,所述消泡剂为含有机硅类的BYK1790消泡剂。
3.根据权利要求2所述的石墨烯自润滑减阻涂料,其特征在于,所述流平剂为丙烯酸流平剂或氟改性丙烯酸流平剂。
4.根据权利要求3所述的石墨烯自润滑减阻涂料,其特征在于,所述分散剂为BYK168。
5.根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的石墨烯自润滑减阻涂料,其特征在于,所述石墨烯粉末颗粒细度为0.8-1.2nm。
6.权利要求1-4中任一项所述的石墨烯自润滑减阻涂料在减少机械装置阻力中的应用。
