本发明公开了一种酚醛环氧树脂固体润滑块及其制备方法,属于固体润滑材料领域。该酚醛环氧树脂固体润滑块,由包含以下重量份的组分制成:酚醛环氧树脂30~40份,改性空心玻璃微珠20~30份,乳化油8~20份,助润滑填料10~25份,促进剂3~8份,固化剂10~20份,甲基硅油2~5份,活性稀释剂3~6份。本发明所制得的高分子含油固体润滑块具有良好的硬度和极低摩擦系数,能够广泛应用于重载滑动或者滚动摩擦副,由于其具有优良自润滑性能,不需要添加润滑油脂,有利于环境保护和节约钢铁资源,并且高分子材料轻便,有利于减小机械的负荷。

本发明属于固体润滑材料领域,具体涉及一种固体润滑块及其制备方法。
背景技术
近年来随着科学技术的发展,对各种设备及零部件性能提出了越来越高的要求。而摩擦磨损是普遍存在的自然现象,世界摩擦学会的统计表明,摩擦损失了世界一次性能源的1/3以上,磨损每年造成的损失约占国民生产总值的1%。为延长使用寿命、节约材料与能源,在很多领域迫切需要解决摩擦、磨损与润滑防护问题。
润滑材料有4种:气体润滑剂、流体(以油为主)、润滑脂(半固态)及固体润滑材料。液态、半固态润滑是传统的润滑方式,也是应用最为广泛的一种润滑方式,但适用的温度范围较窄,在高温作用下承载能力下降、润滑性能衰减,还会造成环境污染等问题。因此,工况恶劣的场合下,传统的润滑方法已难以满足要求。对于那些长期处于高温、高速、重载、干摩擦或边界润滑状态下的零部件,减小与控制摩擦与磨损显得尤为必要。固体自润滑材料在性能上极大地突破了传统材料的使用极限,广泛地被应用于电子、生物、航天航空等高科技领域,是润滑领域最具有发展前景的一个方向。
随着现代工业等领域的飞速发展,特殊工况越来越多,使得普通液体润滑轴承因其摩擦特性所限,已不能适应特殊工况的要求。金属基固体自润滑轴承作为固体润滑技术的发展,突破了油膜润滑极限,能适应多种特殊工况的要求,应用场合越来越多。如低速、高载荷、往复及摆动难以形成润滑油膜的场合,长期处于污染状况、而润滑油膜容易老化、室外作业环境恶劣加油润滑失效的场合,高温、低温状态下润滑效果难以发挥的场合,水、海水中和药液介质难以形成润滑的场合。
自润滑轴承具有良好的自润滑性能,但在有润滑的条件下,性能会更好。因此,在可能的情况下,应采用充填润滑脂的方法改善润滑条件,以利提高性能,延长使用寿命。同时,润滑脂的存在还可提高密封和防腐性能。
滑动轴承的作用是起支撑轴运转将其与轴承座间隔开来起到保护轴和轴承座的作用,其一个重要的功能就是减小摩擦系数和磨损;滑动轴承根据材料以及性能可以分为自润滑滑动轴承和一般滑动轴承,自润滑滑动轴承在工作过程中可以实现不加油或少加油,而一般滑动轴承本身不具备良好的润滑功能所以运转过程中必须加油;由于轴与滑动轴承内表面在工作过程中发生的是面对面的滑动摩擦副,运用过程中要求摩擦系数和磨损量尽可能小,这就对两个摩擦面的材料提出了较高的要求;由于轴在运转过程中要传递一定的扭矩和运动,所以对轴材料侧重点还是硬度和强度等。
专利CN201510248932.2提供的一种铁铬基高温自润滑块体材料的制备方法,以BaF2、Ag、Mo以Fe-Cr合金的粉末为原料,在球磨机中将合金粉体混合均匀置于石墨模具中,在真空热压烧结炉中进行热压烧结而成。热压温度为950~1200℃,热压压力达20~40MPa。以铁铬合金为基体的高温自润滑块体材料,其特点为所制备材料的润滑相在基体中以单质形式存在,致密度高,在25℃至800℃之间具有低摩擦系数和磨损率。同样,专利CN201210240160.4提供的一种氧化锆基高温自润滑块体材料的制备方法,以ZrO2、Mo、BaF2-CaF2等粉体为原料,经真空热压烧结而成。以氧化锆为基体的高温自润滑块体材料,其特点为硬度高,在800℃~1000℃具有低摩擦系数和磨损率。两者的不足之处为高温情况下制备固体润滑块,成型工艺比较复杂。
专利CN201510307674.0提供的一种轮轨固体润滑块的制备方法,具体步骤为先将聚四氟乙烯粉、石墨粉挤压成型,通过阶梯加热的方法加热,然后阶梯降温处理至室温,渗入石蜡,完成轮轨固体润滑块的制作。其特点为摩擦系数低,减磨效果显著。不足之处是耐高温性能受影响,在高温情况下,该固体润滑块释放速率会加快。
专利CN201520403670.8提供的一种自润滑块结构,其特点为采用稀土含油尼龙高分子聚合材料,增加了自润滑性,在无油润滑的情况下,同样具有自润滑效果,可以有效解决严寒气候下润滑油凝固,润滑性能下降给设备本身造成损伤的问题以及在夏季高温、高粉尘环境下作业,粉尘颗粒进入滑轨间进行研磨,给设备造成损伤的问题。不足之处是该润滑块相对尺寸不稳定,易受水汽影响。
发明内容
为克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种酚醛环氧树脂固体润滑块及其制备方法,以期得到成型简单、常温固化和性状稳定的固体润滑块。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种酚醛环氧树脂固体润滑块,包括以下组分,所述各组分及对应重量份具体如下:
所述改性空心玻璃微珠是经重量比为8.5:1.5的硅烷偶联剂KH-550和异氰酸酯硅烷偶联剂在球磨机碾磨2~6小时完全水解得到的。
所述乳化油中的乳化剂选用硬脂酸、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、脂肪酸甘油酯、脂肪酸山梨坦(司盘)、聚山梨酯或三乙醇胺油酸酯;所述乳化油中的油脂选用棕榈油水解制备硬脂酸得到的蒸馏残油。
进一步的,所述乳化油中的乳化剂选用三乙醇胺油酸酯。
所述助润滑填料为滑石粉、石墨和纳米磁性颗粒四氧化三铁的复配物。
所述促进剂选用聚酰胺、邻苯二甲酸酐、四氢邻苯二甲酸酐、偏苯三甲酸酐甘油酯、聚壬二酸酐、聚癸二酸酐、桐油酸酐或647酸酐。
所述固化剂选用T-31改性胺、593#固化剂、701#固化剂、703#固化剂、300#固化剂、650#固化剂、651#固化剂中的一种或两种以上。
进一步的,所述固化剂选用T-31改性胺。
所述活性稀释剂选用TOHTOPP-101、Dow BGE、Epodil 746、669、Epodil749、664、Epodil 750、662、ACRTD-5050中的一种或两种以上。
本发明同时提供了上述酚醛环氧树脂固体润滑块的制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)分别称取酚醛环氧树脂30~40重量份;助润滑填料10~25重量份;甲基硅油2~5重量份;促进剂3~8重量份;活性稀释剂3~6重量份;
(2)将称量好的酚醛环氧树脂、助润滑填料均匀混合,然后将甲基硅油、促进剂和活性稀释剂加入用玻璃棒搅拌均匀;
(3)再分别称取改性空心玻璃微珠20~30重量份,固化剂10~20重量份,添加至上述混合物中继续混合均匀;
(4)将步骤(3)混合均匀的酚醛环氧树脂混合物与乳化油8~20重量份混合;
(5)将脱模剂采用毛刷刷涂于模具内表面,将步骤(4)的混合液倒入模具中进行
常温固化。

所制得的高分子含油固体润滑块,不是将油加入润滑块中制成,而是先对空心玻璃微珠进行表面改性,可以调整块材密度,同时提高其在树脂中的分散稳定性;乳化油采用棕榈油水解制备硬脂酸得到的蒸馏残油,既具有良好的润滑抗磨效果,又具有资源综合利用优势;然后将其加入酚醛环氧树脂和纳米耐磨填充剂,经乳化得到稳定的高分子分散体,再经固化剂固化成含油固体润滑块。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下技术效果:
(1)本发明所制得的高分子含油固体润滑块具有良好的硬度和极低摩擦系数。
(2)本发明高分子含油固体润滑块的制备方法,成型简便,不需要加热固化。
(3)本发明所制得的含油固体润滑块能够广泛应用于重载滑动或者滚动摩擦副,由于其具有优良自润滑性能,不需要添加润滑油脂,有利于环境保护和节约钢铁资源,并且高分子材料轻便,有利于减小机械的负荷。
具体实施方式
以下结合具体实施例详述本发明,但本发明不局限于下述实施例。
实施例1
(1)称取酚醛环氧树脂15g,促进剂邻苯二甲酸酐1.5g,活性稀释剂DowBGE2.5g,滑石粉、石墨和纳米磁性颗粒四氧化三铁三者重量比为8:1:1的助润滑填料6g,甲基硅油1g;
(2)将称量好的酚醛环氧树脂、助润滑填料均匀混合,然后将甲基硅油、促进剂和活性稀释剂加入用玻璃棒搅拌均匀;
(3)再称取改性空心玻璃微珠的质量10g和固化剂T-31改性胺5.5g,分别加入上述混合物,混合均匀;
(4)将(3)中混合好的酚醛环氧树脂配方与乳化油5g混合;
(5)将脱模剂采用毛刷刷涂于模具内表面,将(4)的混合液倒入模具中进行常温固化。
实施例2
(1)称取酚醛环氧树脂15g,促进剂桐油酸酐2g,滑石粉、石墨和纳米磁性颗粒四氧化三铁三者重量比为7.5:1.5:1的助润滑填料6g,活性稀释剂Epodil749为2.5g,甲基硅油1g;
(2)将称量好的酚醛环氧树脂、助润滑填料均匀混合,然后将甲基硅油、活性稀释剂和促进剂加入用玻璃棒搅拌均匀;
(3)再称取改性空心玻璃微珠的质量10g,随后加入固化剂650#5.5g,混合均匀后倒入模具中;
(4)将(3)中混合好的酚醛环氧树脂配方与乳化油5g混合;
(5)将脱模剂采用毛刷刷涂于模具内表面,将(4)的混合液倒入模具中进行常温固化。
实施例3
(1)称取酚醛环氧树脂15g,促进剂四氢邻苯二甲酸酐1.5g,滑石粉、石墨和纳米磁性颗粒四氧化三铁三者重量比为7:2:1的助润滑填料6g,活性稀释剂664为1.5g,甲基硅油1g;
(2)将称量好的酚醛环氧树脂、助润滑填料均匀混合,然后将甲基硅油、活性稀释剂和促进剂加入用玻璃棒搅拌均匀;
(3)再称取改性空心玻璃微珠的质量10g,随后加入固化剂651#5.5g,混合均匀;
(4)将(3)中混合好的酚醛环氧树脂配方与乳化油5g混合;
(5)将脱模剂采用毛刷刷涂于模具内表面,将(4)的混合液倒入模具中进行常温固化。
实施例4
(1)称取酚醛环氧树脂15g,促进剂邻苯二甲酸酐2g,滑石粉、石墨和纳米磁性颗粒四氧化三铁三者重量比为6.5:2.5:1的助润滑填料6g,活性稀释剂Dow BGE为1.5g,甲基硅油1g;
(2)将称量好的酚醛环氧树脂、助润滑填料均匀混合,然后将甲基硅油、活性稀释剂和促进剂加入用玻璃棒搅拌均匀;
(3)再称取改性空心玻璃微珠的质量10g,随后加入固化剂701#5.5g,混合均匀;
(4)将(3)中混合好的酚醛环氧树脂配方与乳化油5g混合;
(5)将脱模剂采用毛刷刷涂于模具内表面,将(4)的混合液倒入模具中进行常温固化。
实施例5
(1)称取酚醛环氧树脂15g,促进剂聚壬二酸酐4g,滑石粉、石墨和纳米磁性颗粒四氧化三铁三者重量比为6:3:1的助润滑填料6g,活性稀释剂Epodil 746为1.2g、Epodil 749为1.3g,甲基硅油1g;
(2)将称量好的酚醛环氧树脂、助润滑填料均匀混合,然后将甲基硅油、活性稀释剂和促进剂加入用玻璃棒搅拌均匀;
(3)再称取改性空心玻璃微珠的质量10g,随后加入固化剂701#5.5g,混合均匀;
(4)将(3)中混合好的酚醛环氧树脂配方与乳化油5g混合;
(5)将脱模剂采用毛刷刷涂于模具内表面,将(4)的混合液倒入模具中进行常温固化。
实施例6
(1)称取酚醛环氧树脂15g,促进剂邻苯二甲酸酐2g,滑石粉、石墨和纳米磁性颗粒四氧化三铁三者重量比为5.5:3.5:1的助润滑填料6g,活性稀释剂669为1g、662为1g,甲基硅油1g;
(2)将称量好的酚醛环氧树脂、助润滑填料均匀混合,然后将甲基硅油、活性稀释剂和促进剂加入用玻璃棒搅拌均匀;
(3)再称取改性空心玻璃微珠的质量10g,随后加入固化剂T-31改性胺2g,651#为3.5g,混合均匀;
(4)将(3)中混合好的酚醛环氧树脂配方与乳化油5g混合;
(5)将脱模剂采用毛刷刷涂于模具内表面,将(4)的混合液倒入模具中进行常温固化。
实施例7
空心玻璃微珠改性的制备方法具体包括:
本实验采用重量比为8.5:1.5的KH-550和异氰酸酯硅烷偶联剂水解制备改性空心玻璃微珠。实验如下:
(1)称取90g无水乙醇,10g蒸馏水,加入2ml重量比为8.5:1.5的KH-550和异氰酸酯硅烷偶联剂在称量好乙醇和蒸馏水的混合液中,用玻璃棒搅拌均匀。加入磷酸调节为pH=2;
(2)称取10g空心玻璃微珠,加入到(1)过程中,均匀搅拌;
(3)清洗好球磨罐和玛瑙珠并使它们保持干燥。将配制好的(2)倒入到球磨罐中,将球磨罐放到球磨机上,调节转速300r/min,水解3.5h;
(4)水解后的混合溶液静置,使乙醇与蒸馏水的混合液与水解后的空心玻璃微珠分层,将上层清液倒掉,保留下层改性空心玻璃微珠,置于恒温干燥箱在温度70℃条件下干燥40min;
(5)称量烘干后的改性空心玻璃微珠。
实施例8
脱模剂的制备的制备方法具体包括:
本实验采取用PVA溶解制备脱模剂。
(1)分别称取聚乙烯醇10g、无水乙醇70g、十二烷基苯磺酸钠10g。
(2)将无水乙醇、聚乙烯醇、200ml蒸馏水混合,倒入圆底烧瓶中采用磁力搅拌器回流加热溶解,加热温度为70℃,直到聚乙烯醇完全溶解。
(3)将十二烷基苯磺酸钠加入400ml热的蒸馏水溶解完全。
(4)将溶解完成的聚乙醇与溶解完成的十二烷基苯磺酸钠混合均匀即可。
实施例9
乳化油的制备方法具体包括:
因为要将油与酚醛环氧树脂混合,所以要对油乳化处理,本发明采用三乙醇胺油酸酯乳化剂对油进行乳化。具体步骤如下:
(1)称取2 0g棕榈油水解制备硬脂酸得到的蒸馏残油放入烧杯;
(2)称取0.16g三乙醇胺油酸酯乳化剂加入到烧杯中;
(3)用玻璃棒均匀搅拌,直至油与乳化剂完全混合均匀。
将实施例1、实施例2、实施例3、实施例4、实施例5、实施例6所制得的固体润滑块同步加载至钢板表面,在150N载荷、20mm/s速度、300s测试时间的条件下,对加载有固体润滑块的钢片进行摩擦磨损实验,测得的平均摩擦系数分别为:0.068、0.063、0.069、0.071、0.067和0.072,测得的磨损量分别为:0.0042g、0.0035g、0.0046g、0.0044、0.0042g和0.0045g。

Claims (4)

1.一种酚醛环氧树脂固体润滑块,其特征在于,由包含以下重量份的组分制成:
所述改性空心玻璃微珠是经重量比为8.5:1.5的硅烷偶联剂KH-550和异氰酸酯硅烷偶联剂在球磨机碾磨2~6小时完全水解得到的;
所述乳化油中的乳化剂选用硬脂酸、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、脂肪酸甘油酯、脂肪酸山梨坦(司盘)、聚山梨酯或三乙醇胺油酸酯;所述乳化油中的油脂选用棕榈油水解制备硬脂酸得到的蒸馏残油;
所述助润滑填料为滑石粉、石墨和纳米磁性颗粒四氧化三铁的复配物;
所述促进剂选用聚酰胺、邻苯二甲酸酐、四氢邻苯二甲酸酐、偏苯三甲酸酐甘油酯、聚壬二酸酐、聚癸二酸酐、桐油酸酐或647酸酐;
所述固化剂选用T-31改性胺、593#固化剂、701#固化剂、703#固化剂、300#固化剂、650#固化剂、651#固化剂中的一种或两种以上;
所述活性稀释剂选用TOHTOPP-101、Dow BGE、Epodil 746、669、Epodil 749、664、Epodil 750、662、ACRTD-5050中的一种或两种以上。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种酚醛环氧树脂固体润滑块,其特征在于,所述乳化油中的乳化剂选用三乙醇胺油酸酯。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种酚醛环氧树脂固体润滑块,其特征在于,所述固化剂选用T-31改性胺。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种酚醛环氧树脂固体润滑块的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)分别称取酚醛环氧树脂30~40重量份;助润滑填料10~25重量份;甲基硅油2~5重量份;促进剂3~8重量份;活性稀释剂3~6重量份;
(2)将称量好的酚醛环氧树脂、助润滑填料均匀混合,然后将甲基硅油、促进剂和活性稀释剂加入用玻璃棒搅拌均匀;
(3)再分别称取改性空心玻璃微珠20~30重量份,固化剂10~20重量份,添加至上述混合物中继续混合均匀;
(4)将步骤(3)混合均匀的酚醛环氧树脂混合物与乳化油8~20重量份混合;
(5)将脱模剂采用毛刷刷涂于模具内表面,将步骤(4)的混合液倒入模具中进行常温固化。
