Example 1
The application provides a medicinal tablet for protecting liver and nourishing stomach, which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 8 parts of kudzuvine root, 6 parts of ginkgo, 13 parts of bighead atractylodes rhizome, 13 parts of medlar, 13 parts of semen cuscutae, 15 parts of liquorice, 13 parts of peppermint, 13 parts of honeysuckle and 13 parts of boat-fruited sterculia seed;
the application also provides a preparation method of the medicinal tablet for protecting liver and nourishing stomach, which comprises the following steps:
s1: removing impurities on the surfaces of all the raw medicinal materials in the formula amount, soaking in water for 75 minutes, and airing;
s2: dividing all the raw materials into two equal parts according to the proportion of 3:7;
s3: grinding Glycyrrhrizae radix with the weight ratio of three, adding 250ml of clear water to prepare Glycyrrhrizae radix solution, adding radix Puerariae, atractylodis rhizoma and semen Ginkgo with the weight ratio of three into Glycyrrhrizae radix solution, soaking for 75 min, taking out radix Puerariae and Atractylodis rhizoma, air drying, and heating Glycyrrhrizae radix solution at 38deg.C for 30 min;

s6: adding 8 times of water by weight of the powder in the step S5, regulating the pH value to be weak acid environment, adding trace pectase, cellulase and protease accounting for 0.15% of the total weight of the raw materials, carrying out enzymolysis for 22 hours at the temperature of 47 ℃, and then carrying out reflux extraction, purification and concentration to obtain the ointment, wherein the ratio of pectase, cellulase and protease is 2:4:1.
S6: slowly pouring the decoction obtained in the step S4 into the ointment obtained in the step S6 to prepare the pharmaceutical tablet.

The application provides a medicinal tablet for protecting liver and nourishing stomach, which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 6 parts of kudzuvine root, 7 parts of ginkgo, 14 parts of bighead atractylodes rhizome, 15 parts of medlar, 14 parts of semen cuscutae, 16 parts of liquorice, 14 parts of peppermint, 10 parts of honeysuckle and 14 parts of boat-fruited sterculia seed; the preparation method of the pharmaceutical tablet of example 3 is the same as that of example 1, and will not be described here again.
9 adult males with liver and stomach discomfort were selected and evenly divided into three groups, and the finished medicinal tablets of example 1-example 3 were taken once daily for 15 consecutive days, and the change results are shown in table 1:

In order to demonstrate the superiority of the pharmaceutical tablet stock formulation of the present application, comparative examples 1-4 were designed herein:
comparative example 1
The weight portion of the composition comprises: 5 parts of kudzuvine root, 9 parts of ginkgo, 8 parts of bighead atractylodes rhizome, 10 parts of medlar, 9 parts of semen cuscutae, 12 parts of liquorice, 9 parts of peppermint, 9 parts of honeysuckle and 9 parts of boat-fruited sterculia seed;
a method for preparing a pharmaceutical tablet according to a formulation:
s1: removing impurities on the surfaces of all the raw medicinal materials in the formula amount, soaking in water for 75 minutes, and airing;
s2: dividing all the raw materials into two equal parts according to the proportion of 3:7;
s3: grinding Glycyrrhrizae radix with the ratio of three, adding 150ml clear water to prepare Glycyrrhrizae radix solution, adding radix Puerariae, atractylodis rhizoma and semen Ginkgo with the ratio of three into Glycyrrhrizae radix solution, soaking for 75 min, taking out radix Puerariae and Atractylodis rhizoma, air drying, heating Glycyrrhrizae radix solution to 38deg.C and heating for 30 min;
s4: adding 150ml of clear water into the kudzuvine root, the bighead atractylodes rhizome, the gingko and the medlar, the semen cuscutae, the mint, the honeysuckle and the boat-fruited sterculia seed which are prepared in the step S3, decocting to 90 ℃, and decocting to obtain decoction.
S5, soaking and heating the gingko with the proportion of seven in the liquorice liquid in the step S3 for 30 minutes, taking out and airing, stir-frying the gingko, the rest of kudzuvine root, largehead atractylodes rhizome, medlar, semen cuscutae, liquorice, mint, honeysuckle and boat-fruited sterculia seed, and grinding the mixture into powder after stir-frying;
s6: adding 8 times of water by weight of the powder in the step S5, regulating the pH value to be weak acid environment, adding trace pectase, cellulase and protease accounting for 0.15% of the total weight of the raw materials, carrying out enzymolysis for 22 hours at the temperature of 47 ℃, and then carrying out reflux extraction, purification and concentration to obtain the ointment, wherein the ratio of pectase, cellulase and protease is 2:4:1.
S7, slowly pouring the decoction obtained in the step S4 into the ointment obtained in the step S6 to prepare the pharmaceutical tablet.
Comparative example 2
The weight portion of the composition comprises: 11 parts of kudzuvine root, 9 parts of ginkgo, 9 parts of bighead atractylodes rhizome, 16 parts of medlar, 16 parts of semen cuscutae, 12 parts of liquorice, 9 parts of peppermint, 9 parts of honeysuckle and 9 parts of boat-fruited sterculia seed;
comparative example 2 the process for preparing a pharmaceutical tablet is the same as that of comparative example 1 and will not be described in detail here.
In order to demonstrate the superiority of the method for producing pharmaceutical tablets of the present application, comparative examples 3 to 4 were designed herein, and pharmaceutical tablets of comparative examples 3 to 4 were produced using the raw material formulation of example 1 because the raw material formulation of example 1 had the optimal medicinal material content range.
Comparative example 3
The weight portion of the composition comprises: 8 parts of kudzuvine root, 6 parts of ginkgo, 13 parts of bighead atractylodes rhizome, 13 parts of medlar, 13 parts of semen cuscutae, 15 parts of liquorice, 13 parts of peppermint, 13 parts of honeysuckle and 13 parts of boat-fruited sterculia seed;
a pharmaceutical tablet is prepared as follows:
s1: removing impurities from all the medicinal materials, soaking and airing;
s2: grinding the dried medicinal materials into medicinal powder;
s3: the medicinal tablet is prepared by flooding the water into the tablet.
Comparative example 4
The weight portion of the composition comprises: 8 parts of kudzuvine root, 6 parts of ginkgo, 13 parts of bighead atractylodes rhizome, 13 parts of medlar, 13 parts of semen cuscutae, 15 parts of liquorice, 13 parts of peppermint, 13 parts of honeysuckle and 13 parts of boat-fruited sterculia seed;
a pharmaceutical tablet is prepared as follows:
s1: removing impurities on the surfaces of all the raw medicinal materials in the formula amount, soaking in water for 50 minutes, and airing;
s2: dividing all the raw materials into two equal parts according to the proportion of 5:5;
s3: grinding Glycyrrhrizae radix with the weight ratio of five, adding 250ml clear water to prepare Glycyrrhrizae radix solution, adding radix Puerariae, atractylodis rhizoma and semen Ginkgo with the weight ratio of three into Glycyrrhrizae radix solution, soaking for 15 min, taking out radix Puerariae and Atractylodis rhizoma, air drying, and heating Glycyrrhrizae radix solution at 50deg.C for 60 min;
s4: adding 500ml of clear water into the kudzuvine root, the bighead atractylodes rhizome, the gingko and the medlar, the semen cuscutae, the mint, the honeysuckle and the boat-fruited sterculia seed which are prepared in the step S3, and decocting to 80 ℃ until decoction is obtained.
S5, soaking and heating the gingko with the proportion of five in the liquorice liquid in the step S3 for 30 minutes, taking out and airing, stir-frying the gingko, the rest of kudzuvine root, largehead atractylodes rhizome, medlar, semen cuscutae, liquorice, mint, honeysuckle and boat-fruited sterculia seed, and grinding the mixture into powder after stir-frying;
s6, slowly pouring the decoction obtained in the step S4 into the medicinal powder obtained in the step S5 to prepare the pharmaceutical tablet.
12 adult males with liver and stomach discomfort were selected and evenly divided into four groups, and the finished pharmaceutical tablets of comparative examples 1 to 4 were taken once daily for 15 days, and the results are shown in table 2:

As can be seen from table 2: wherein 6 subjects take the medicinal tablets prepared by the raw material formulas of the comparative example 1 and the comparative example 2, and the effects of soothing liver-qi stagnation and nourishing qi and stomach are general; the anti-alcohol effect is general, and the conditions such as stomach burning, dizziness and the like still exist; in addition, 6 subjects took the pharmaceutical tablets prepared by the raw material formulation of example 2 and the methods of comparative example 3 and comparative example 4, and the effects of soothing liver-qi stagnation and nourishing stomach were not achieved, and the pharmaceutical tablets had bitter taste and were difficult to swallow.
In conclusion, as can be seen from examples 1-3 and comparative examples 1-4, the raw materials adopting the formula of the application are matched with the preparation method of the application, and the medicinal tablet has obvious effects of soothing liver and relieving depression, harmonizing qi and nourishing stomach, and treating deficiency-cold of spleen and stomach and mental fatigue after being taken; the active ingredients of the raw material medicine powder which is not subjected to enzymolysis are not as high as the purity of the raw material ointment subjected to enzymolysis; and the raw material formula is not in the range of the application, and the improvement degree of the formula can not reach the treatment effect after the administration of the subject.

s1: removing impurities on the surfaces of all the raw medicinal materials in the formula amount, adding water for soaking, and then airing;
s2: dividing all the raw materials into two equal parts according to the proportion of 3:7;
s3: grinding Glycyrrhrizae radix with weight ratio of 3, adding clear water to prepare Glycyrrhrizae radix solution, adding radix Puerariae, atractylodis rhizoma and semen Ginkgo with weight ratio of 3 into Glycyrrhrizae radix solution, soaking, taking out radix Puerariae and Atractylodis rhizoma, air drying, and heating Glycyrrhrizae radix solution;
s4: decocting radix Puerariae, atractylodis rhizoma, semen Ginkgo in step S3 with fructus Lycii, semen Cuscutae, herba Menthae, flos Lonicerae, and semen Scaphii Lychnophori in proportion of 3 to obtain decoction.
S5: soaking semen Ginkgo in proportion of 7 in the Glycyrrhrizae radix solution of step S3, heating for 75 min, taking out, air drying, parching with the rest radix Puerariae, atractylodis rhizoma, fructus Lycii, semen Cuscutae, glycyrrhrizae radix, herba Menthae, flos Lonicerae and semen Scaphii Lychnophori, and grinding into powder;
s6: adding water 7-8 times of the weight of the powder in the step S5, adjusting the pH value to weak acid environment, adding trace pectase, cellulase and protease for enzymolysis for 20-24 hours, controlling the temperature to be 45-50 ℃, and then carrying out reflux extraction, purification and concentration to obtain ointment;
s7: slowly pouring the decoction obtained in the step S4 into the ointment obtained in the step S6 to prepare the pharmaceutical tablet.
