In conclusion, as can be seen from examples 1-3 and comparative examples 1-4, the raw materials adopting the formula of the application are matched with the preparation method of the application, and the medicinal tablet has obvious effects of soothing liver and relieving depression, harmonizing qi and nourishing stomach, and treating deficiency-cold of spleen and stomach and mental fatigue after being taken; the active ingredients of the raw material medicine powder which is not subjected to enzymolysis are not as high as the purity of the raw material ointment subjected to enzymolysis; and the raw material formula is not in the range of the application, and the improvement degree of the formula can not reach the treatment effect after the administration of the subject.

the preparation method of the medicinal tablet comprises the following steps:
s1: removing impurities on the surfaces of all the raw medicinal materials in the formula amount, adding water for soaking, and then airing;
s2: dividing all the raw materials into two equal parts according to the proportion of 3:7;

s6: adding water 7-8 times of the weight of the powder in the step S5, adjusting the pH value to weak acid environment, adding trace pectase, cellulase and protease for enzymolysis for 20-24 hours, controlling the temperature to be 45-50 ℃, and then carrying out reflux extraction, purification and concentration to obtain ointment;
