The invention provides an edible tablet for protecting liver and nourishing stomach, which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 8 parts of kudzu root, 6 parts of ginkgo, 13 parts of bighead atractylodes rhizome, 13 parts of Chinese wolfberry, 13 parts of dodder, 15 parts of liquorice, 13 parts of mint, 13 parts of honeysuckle and 13 parts of boat-fruited sterculia seed;
the invention also provides a preparation method of the edible tablet for protecting liver and nourishing stomach, which comprises the following steps:
s1: removing impurities from the surfaces of all the raw medicinal materials according to the formula amount, adding water, soaking for 75 minutes, and airing;
s2: dividing all the raw medicinal materials into two equal parts according to the proportion of 3;
s3: grinding the liquorice with the weight ratio of three, adding 250ml of clear water to prepare liquorice liquid, adding the kudzuvine root, the largehead atractylodes rhizome and the ginkgo with the weight ratio of three into the liquorice liquid, soaking for 75 minutes, taking out the kudzuvine root and the largehead atractylodes rhizome, drying in the air, and heating the liquorice liquid for 30 minutes at 38 ℃;

s6: adding water which is 8 times of the weight of the medicinal powder into the medicinal powder ground in the step S5, adjusting the pH value of the medicinal powder to be in a weak acid environment, adding micro pectinase, cellulase and protease which are 0.15% of the total weight of the raw materials, carrying out enzymolysis for 22 hours at the temperature of 47 ℃, and then carrying out reflux extraction, purification and concentration to obtain the ointment, wherein the ratio of the pectinase to the cellulase to the protease is 2.
S6: slowly pouring the decoction decocted in the step S4 into the ointment obtained in the step S6 to prepare the edible tablet.
The principle and the effect of the technical scheme are as follows:

The invention provides an edible tablet for protecting liver and nourishing stomach, which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 6 parts of kudzuvine root, 7 parts of ginkgo seed, 14 parts of largehead atractylodes rhizome, 15 parts of Chinese wolfberry, 14 parts of south dodder seed, 16 parts of liquoric root, 14 parts of mint, 10 parts of honeysuckle flower and 14 parts of boat-fruited sterculia seed; the preparation method of the edible tablet of example 3 is the same as that of example 1, and is not described herein again.
9 adult male with uncomfortable liver and stomach were selected and divided into three groups, and the finished edible tablets of examples 1 to 3 were taken once a day for 15 days, and the change results are shown in table 1:

s3: grinding Glycyrrhrizae radix at a ratio of three, adding 150ml clear water to prepare Glycyrrhrizae radix solution, adding radix Puerariae, atractylodis rhizoma and semen Ginkgo at a ratio of three, soaking for 75 min, taking out radix Puerariae and Atractylodis rhizoma, air drying, heating to 38 deg.C and heating for 30 min;

In order to prove the superiority of the method for manufacturing edible tablets, comparative examples 3-4 are designed, and the edible tablets of comparative examples 3-4 are prepared by adopting the raw material formula of example 1 because the content range of the medicinal materials in the raw material formula of example 1 is optimal.
Comparative example 3
Comprises the following components in parts by weight: 8 parts of kudzuvine root, 6 parts of ginkgo seed, 13 parts of largehead atractylodes rhizome, 13 parts of Chinese wolfberry, 13 parts of south dodder seed, 15 parts of liquoric root, 13 parts of mint, 13 parts of honeysuckle flower and 13 parts of boat-fruited sterculia seed;
the edible tablets were prepared as follows:
s1: removing impurities from all the medicinal materials, soaking, and air drying;
s2: grinding the aired medicinal materials into medicinal powder;
s3: the tablets were made by water-tableting to make edible tablets.
Comparative example 4
Comprises the following components in parts by weight: 8 parts of kudzu root, 6 parts of ginkgo, 13 parts of bighead atractylodes rhizome, 13 parts of Chinese wolfberry, 13 parts of dodder, 15 parts of liquorice, 13 parts of mint, 13 parts of honeysuckle and 13 parts of boat-fruited sterculia seed;
an edible tablet is prepared as follows:
s1: removing impurities from the surfaces of all the raw medicinal materials according to the formula amount, then adding water to soak for 50 minutes, and airing;
s2: dividing all the raw medicinal materials into two equal parts according to the proportion of 5;
s3: grinding licorice root of which the weight ratio is five, adding 250ml of clear water to prepare licorice root liquid, adding kudzuvine root, largehead atractylodes rhizome and ginkgo seed of which the weight ratio is three into the licorice root liquid, soaking for 15 minutes, taking out the kudzuvine root and the largehead atractylodes rhizome, drying in the air, and heating the licorice root liquid for 60 minutes at 50 ℃;
s4: and (4) adding 500ml of clear water into the kudzuvine root, the white atractylodes rhizome and the ginkgo seed in the step (3) and the medlar, the dodder seed, the mint, the honeysuckle flower and the sterculia seed in proportion III, and decocting to 80 ℃ until decoction is obtained.
S5, putting the ginkgo in the proportion of five into the licorice liquid obtained in the step S3, soaking and heating for 30 minutes, taking out and drying in the air, stir-frying the ginkgo with the rest of the kudzuvine root, the bighead atractylodes rhizome, the Chinese wolfberry, the dodder, the liquorice, the mint, the honeysuckle and the boat-fruited sterculia seed, and grinding the ginkgo into medicinal powder after stir-frying;
s6, slowly pouring the decoction decocted in the step S4 into the medicinal powder in the step S5 to prepare an edible tablet.
12 adult male adults with liver and stomach discomfort were selected and divided into four groups, and the finished edible tablets of comparative examples 1 to 4 were administered once a day for 15 consecutive days, respectively, and the results are shown in table 2:

As can be seen from Table 2: wherein 6 subjects take the edible tablets prepared by the raw material formulas of the comparative example 1 and the comparative example 2, though the deficiency cold of spleen and stomach and the deficiency of liver-qi are improved, the effects of soothing liver and relieving depression, and harmonizing qi and nourishing stomach are general; the hangover alleviating effect is general, and the conditions of stomach burning, dizziness and the like still exist; in addition, 6 subjects take the edible tablets prepared by the raw material formula of the example 2 and adopting the methods of the comparative examples 3 and 4, the effects of soothing the liver and relieving depression, and harmonizing qi and nourishing the stomach are not achieved, and the edible tablets are bitter in taste and difficult to swallow.
In conclusion, the raw materials of the formula are matched with the preparation method of the application, so that the tablet has obvious effects of soothing liver and relieving depression, regulating qi and nourishing stomach, and treating spleen-stomach deficiency-cold and mental fatigue; the active ingredients of the raw medicinal powder which is not subjected to enzymolysis are not as high in purity as those of the raw medicinal paste subjected to enzymolysis; and the raw material formula is not in the scope of the invention, and the improvement degree of the medicine composition does not achieve the treatment effect after the medicine composition is taken by a subject.
Finally, it is noted that the above-mentioned preferred embodiments illustrate rather than limit the invention, and that, although the invention has been described in detail with reference to the above-mentioned preferred embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes in form and detail may be made therein without departing from the scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
