Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及现场表演配送方法以及现场表演配送系统,特别是涉及经由通信线路进行现场表演配送的双向广播系统。
背景技术
为了减少新型冠状病毒(COVID-19)感染的影响,要求待在家里。因此,体育、音乐、文艺等娱乐的现场表演都中止或者延期。因此,参与这些娱乐的企业、组织、个人与作为该活动的演出者的演奏者、运动员、艺人(以下,称为演出者等)一起陷入经济困境。
另一方面,COVID-19的传播尚未停止,何时结束完全未知。
正因为是被要求自我约束外出等的时期,更需要由娱乐带来的舒适、享受,但目前好不容易才通过互联网等观看演出者等个人的演奏等的配送。不能在剧场、球场等大中小的现场表演会场享受音乐、体育是实际情况。
使用了互联网的现场表演配送由演出者等实际进行。在现场表演配送中,能够通过计算机、智能手机等收看演出者的影像和声音。另外,在该情况下,也有收看者能够写下感想等,写下的感想等被实时地显示在计算机、智能手机的现场表演画面上的结构(非专利文献1)。
然而,在现场表演会场进行演奏的演出者等无法实时地在现场表演会场了解这些收看者的反应。因此,演出者等只能在现场表演后了解所记录的收看者的反应,对于演出者等来说,无法实时地了解收看者的反应是怎样的。其结果是,无观众时进行的活动在多数情况下会有导致演出者的表现的降低等的结果。
另一方面,专利文献1公开了一种提供交流服务的系统,该交流服务使用了用于利用多个信息媒体进行信息的传送的多媒体通信。在专利文献1中,也公开了一种能够在多个客户端终端间进行基于影像和声音信息的会议的多客户端交互式会议服务。另外,专利文献1也公开了设置进行现场表演广播的现场表演广播发信用PC。
然而,专利文献1完全没有考虑无观众状态下的现场表演配送。

想要解决的问题点在于,由于在无观众现场表演广播时无法将收看者的反应实时地报告给演出者等,所以演出者等也有不一定能对演奏、比赛等倾尽全力的部分。
并且,也有如下缺点:由于针对通过网络的无观众现场表演演奏的费用等是不确定的,所以对于活动运营商、演奏者来说,并不能说在经济上有利。
发明内容
根据本发明的第一方式,得到一种无观众现场表演广播方法,是能够通过监视器收看现场表演配送的无观众现场表演广播方法,其特征在于,将收看者对上述现场表演配送的反应声音作为模拟声信号输出至设置于正在进行该现场表演配送的现场表演会场的扬声器,将收看者对该现场表演配送的反应实时地报告给现场表演演出者。
根据本发明的第二方式,得到一种双向广播系统,具有:用户终端,具备接收现场表演会场的影像和声音的监视器以及发送用户声音的用户麦克风;以及现场表演会场侧装置,将对上述现场表演会场的影像和声音进行了定时调整的上述用户声音输出至设置于上述现场表演会场的扬声器。
根据本发明的第三方式,得到第二方式所记载的双向广播系统,其特征在于,上述现场表演会场的影像和声音是在无观众的状态下生成的无观众现场表演影像和声音。
根据本发明的第四方式,得到第二方式或者第三方式所记载的双向广播系统,其特征在于,上述用户终端和上述现场表演会场侧装置经由互联网连接。
根据本发明的第五方式,得到第四方式所记载的双向广播系统,其特征在于,还具备与上述互联网连接的中心服务器,上述用户终端以及上述现场表演会场侧装置经由上述中心服务器以及上述互联网而连接,经由上述中心服务器收发上述用户声音以及上述无观众现场表演影像和声音。
根据本发明,尽管无观众,但演出者等能够得到与在现场表演会场来了很多观众的情况同样的临场感。并且,即使正在收看无观众的现场表演的情况下,收看者也能够对演出者等进行的表现向演出者等传达感动等。能够通过记录/销售/收费包含无观众现场表演的影像、声音以及用户声音,能够向用户通知现场演奏等的热烈气氛。另外,通过限制收看者而通过预售来网络销售与无观众现场表演相关的门票等,从而能够稳定演奏者、策划公司等的收入。

图1表示本发明的一个实施例的双向广播系统。图1所示的双向广播系统是使用了互联网10的双向广播系统。此外,作为通信线路,也可以包含移动体通信网、线缆电视网。图示的双向广播系统包含与互联网10连接的多个用户终端111~11n、现场表演会场12以及中心服务器13。在各用户终端111~11n中,除了播放来自现场表演会场12的现场表演影像和声音的监视器(未图示)以外,还具备拾取并发送用户自身的声音的麦克风MIC。此外,图示的麦克风MIC也可以是内置于监视器的麦克风。另外,监视器是PC等的监视器、移动终端的监视器,但如果是能够双向通信的电视,则也可以是电视的监视器。
在图1所示的现场表演会场12,具备多个电视摄像机14、多个麦克风16以及扬声器18作为会场侧装置。图示的电视摄像机14以及麦克风16与现场表演广播发信部20连接,另一方面,扬声器18与声音接收部22连接。
现场表演广播发信部20以及声音接收部22经由会场侧接口24与互联网10连接。现场表演广播发信部20将来自电视摄像机14以及麦克风16的现场表演影像和声音数字化,并且使用通常的配送方法进行结合、混合并输出到会场侧接口24。
在这里,会场侧接口24具备以与互联网10匹配的形式发送被数字化后的影像、声音信号的功能。进一步,会场侧接口24包含D/A转换部,该D/A转换部对来自用户终端111~11n的数字声音信号进行多路复用,并且将多路复用后的数字声音信号转换为模拟声音信号。在该情况下,以合成了来自多个用户终端111~11n的数字声音信号的形式发送至声音接收部22。其结果是,声音接收部22合成来自会场侧接口24的多个模拟声音信号来驱动扬声器18,向会场内输出来自多名用户在会场内的声援、欢呼、掌声等的模拟声信号。在该情况下,也可以在会场内播放的模拟声音信号被麦克风16拾取并由现场表演广播发信部20转换为数字声音信号,并发送至会场侧接口24。
现场表演会场12的现场表演影像和声音被现场表演广播发信部20数字化,并且由会场侧接口24结合并发送至互联网10。上述的现场表演广播发信部20、声音接收部22以及会场侧接口24可以由硬件来实现,也可以由软件来实现。
包含现场表演影像和声音的来自会场侧接口24的数字影像信号以及数字声音信号经由互联网10发送至中心服务器13。中心服务器13包含现场表演控制器31、Web/Mail服务器33以及数据库35。另外,在图示的例子中,设置有控制这些部件的主控制器37。
对于经由互联网10发送来的数字影像信号以及声音信号,现场表演控制器31在主控制器37的控制下,识别配送目的地的各用户终端11,将数字影像信号以及声音信号经由互联网10向识别出的各用户终端11进行现场表演配送。另外,接收到的数字影像和声音在主控制器37的控制下储存至数据库35,在现场表演结束后,也能够根据用户的要求而在事后收看该现场表演影像和声音。
现场表演控制器31具备进行现场表演影像和声音的控制、时间的控制、用户的管理、与现场表演有关的日程等的管理的功能。
另一方面,Web/Mail服务器33识别经由互联网10发送来的用户终端11的账户等,并且接收来自该识别出的用户终端11的邮件、消息等并经由互联网10发送至现场表演会场12。Web/Mail服务器33根据用户终端11的账户等识别是否是允许收看现场表演的用户,对识别出的用户终端11允许收看该现场表演。被允许收看的用户能够以邮件、消息发送感想等,发送的邮件等的内容被反映至来自现场表演会场12的现场表演的影像。
在上述的双向广播系统中,能够将被允许收看的多名用户对现场演奏等的感动、兴奋直接以声音的形式作为声信号输出到现场表演会场12。因此,尽管是无观众现场表演演奏,也能够向演出者等传达观众好像在现场表演会场12那样的兴奋等。
图2是表示图1所示的用户终端11的一个例子的框图。用户终端11具备用户控制部41、监视器42以及互联网接口43。图示的用户控制部41包含邮件收发处理部45以及声音处理部46。邮件收发处理部45与键盘等输入输出装置(未图示)连接。输入输出装置也可以是通过声音进行输入的装置。邮件收发处理部45将由用户的输入的邮件输出至互联网接口43。

包含各用户的声音的分组信号从互联网10发送至中心服务器13,中心服务器13将定时调整后的用户数字声音信号经由互联网10发送至现场表演会场12的声音接收部22。此外,中心服务器13预先进行与现场表演的日程调整。
其结果是,在现场表演会场12,将表示对现场表演影像和声音的感动、兴奋的用户声音几乎同时报告给演出者等。
图3是表示图1所示的会场侧接口24的框图。图示的会场侧接口24具有现场表演信号处理部51和用户侧声音处理部52,其中,该现场表演信号处理部51对来自现场表演广播发信部20的影像和声音进行处理,该用户侧声音处理部52对用户侧声音信号进行处理。这些现场表演信号处理部51和用户声音处理部52由会场侧控制器53控制。
现场表演信号处理部51包含接受来自现场表演广播发信部20的影像信号和声音信号并进行A/D转换的A/D转换器、使A/D转换后的信号成为适合互联网10的信号形式的影像声音处理部、以及多路复用器等。
另一方面,用户声音处理部52具备声音处理部,该声音处理部包含分离来自用户的数字声音信号的解复用器、对分离后的数字声音信号进行D/A转换的D/A转换器,被D/A转换后的模拟声音信号被发送至声音接收部22,被转换为驱动扬声器18的信号。
另外,在开始无观众的现场表演配送之前,预先通过中心服务器等识别收看者的账户等并且登记收看者信息,如果在现场表演配送之前确定收看者的人数等,则能够提前向伴随着现场表演配送的收看者稍微收取费用,能够消除对演出者等的经济上的不安。在该情况下,如果基于收看者的账户以及收看者信息,对每个收看者决定相当于座位的现场表演会场内的位置,则能够享受更加充满临场感的现场表演配送。并且,也能够将现场表演配送的广播存储于数据库,在现场表演配送后,根据收看者的要求,在日后配送与现场表演有关的影像、声音,也可以存储于其他存储介质来销售该存储介质。此外,本发明未必限定于无观众现场表演配送,也能够在有少数观众的现场表演配送时应用。
本发明能够对进行在双向互联网广播中要求无观众那样的现场表演配送的演出者等给予与现场表演会场等同的感动和感激。本发明并不限定于有线网络,也能够应用于4G或5G的无线网络。

1.一种无观众现场表演广播方法,是通过监视器享受现场表演配送的无观众现场表演广播方法,其特征在于,
实时地收集各收看者对现场表演配送的反应声音,将各收看者对上述现场表演配送的实时的反应声音作为模拟声信号输出至设置于正经由通信线路进行该现场表演配送的现场表演会场的扬声器,将收看者对该现场表演配送的反应实时地报告给现场表演演出者。
2.一种双向广播系统,具有:
用户终端,具备接收现场表演会场的影像和声音的监视器以及发送用户声音的用户麦克风;以及
现场表演会场侧装置,将对上述现场表演会场的影像和声音进行了定时调整的上述用户声音输出至设置于上述现场表演会场的扬声器。
3.根据权利要求2所述的双向广播系统,其特征在于,
上述现场表演会场的影像和声音是在无观众的状态下生成的无观众现场表演影像和声音。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的双向广播系统,其特征在于,
上述用户终端和上述现场表演会场侧装置经由互联网连接。
5.根据权利要求4所述的双向广播系统,其特征在于,
还具备与上述互联网连接的中心服务器,上述用户终端以及上述现场表演会场侧装置经由上述中心服务器以及上述互联网而连接,经由上述中心服务器收发上述用户声音以及上述无观众现场表演影像和声音。
