Abstract
The invention discloses a degreasing and ash removal phosphorus-free degreasing agent for a cold-rolled steel plate, which is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: 6-8% of galactomannan, 1-2% of aluminum potassium sulfate, 5-7% of sodium dodecyl sulfate, 8-10% of cocamidopropyl dimethyl amine oxide, 8-10% of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate, 3-5% of penetrant, 8-12% of sodium acetate and the balance of water. The aluminum potassium sulfate can cluster the galactomannan molecules together to form a high-adhesion substance, and the high-adhesion substance can rapidly adhere impurities such as dust, iron powder and the like on a cold-rolled test piece.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of metal surface treatment, and particularly relates to a degreasing and ash removal phosphorus-free degreasing agent for a cold-rolled steel plate and a preparation method thereof.
Background
In the current metal surface treatment industry, before electrophoresis or spraying, an environment-friendly phosphorus-free and heavy metal-free silane treating agent or a nano ceramic agent is basically used for film formation treatment. Before silanization or ceramic treatment, the surface of the cold-rolled steel plate must be cleaned of greasy dirt, dust and various impurities. The greasy dirt, dust and various impurities are not removed cleanly, so that the film forming quality of a silane film or a ceramic film can be influenced, and the adhesive force and corrosion resistance of a coating can be influenced. However, degreasing agent products sold in the market at present have good degreasing effect and almost no effect on removing dust and various impurities.
Chinese patent CN201611156563.5 discloses a new material capable of rapidly settling suspended particulate matter, comprising wetting agent, foaming agent, coating agent, binder, settling agent, and dispersing agent; the wetting agent is EO-PO polyol, the foaming agent is N-lauroyl sarcosine sodium, the coating agent is carboxymethyl chitosan, the binder is water glass, the sedimentation agent is aluminum potassium sulfate dodecahydrate, and the dispersing agent is a mixture of water and ethanol; the wetting agent wets suspended particles with different compositions and particle sizes and adjusts the surface tension of the suspended particles; the foaming agent can increase the collision capturing probability of the material and suspended particles; the coating agent can coat suspended particles, so that the suspended particles can be firmly captured, and secondary pollution is avoided; the binding agent can enhance the bonding strength of suspended particles and the material of the invention; the sedimentation accelerating agent is used for agglomerating the coated and bonded suspended particles and accelerating sedimentation; the invention greatly improves the removal effect of suspended particles by the principles of wetting, foaming, coating, bonding and accelerating sedimentation. The patent is mainly applied to the aspect of treating the atmospheric suspended particulate matters, and has the effect of rapid sedimentation on the atmospheric suspended matters; the invention is applied to a metal cold-rolled sheet in a liquid phase, plays roles in removing greasy dirt, dust, iron powder and the like, belongs to different fields, and plays roles differently.

Preferably, the degreasing and ash removal phosphorus-free degreasing agent for the cold-rolled steel plate is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight:
8% of galactomannan, 2% of aluminum potassium sulfate, 6% of sodium dodecyl sulfonate, 9% of cocamidopropyl dimethyl amine oxide, 9% of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate, 3% of sodium sulfate, 4% of penetrating agent, 9% of sodium acetate and the balance of water.
The penetrating agent is preferably dodecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide.
The preparation method of the invention comprises the following steps:
(1) Weighing the rest water, starting a stirrer, keeping the rotating speed at 800-1000r/min, adding galactomannan and aluminum potassium sulfate, and reacting completely after 1-2 h;
(2) And then sequentially adding sodium dodecyl sulfate, cocamidopropyl dimethyl amine oxide, sodium fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sulfate, sodium sulfate, penetrating agent and sodium acetate, stirring uniformly, and cooling to room temperature to obtain the sample.
The invention also provides application of the degreasing and dust-removing phosphorus-free degreasing agent in degreasing of the cold-rolled steel sheet.
The using method is as follows:
adding water (i.e. degreasing agent concentration is 3-5wt% after adding water) according to the proportion of 3-5wt%, heating the bath solution to 50-60deg.C, placing the cold-rolled test piece therein for 3-6 min, taking out, washing with clear water, and blow-drying with hot air.

The galactomannan is a water-soluble viscous substance, and when the aluminum potassium sulfate is added, the galactomannan molecules are strung together to form a high-adhesion substance, which can rapidly adhere impurities such as dust, iron powder and the like on a cold-rolled test piece. The adhered dust, iron powder and other impurities are separated from the surface of the cold-rolled test piece and enter the degreasing tank liquid under the wrapping and rolling-off actions of penetrating agent and surfactant (cocoamidopropyl dimethyl amine oxide and fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate). Sodium dodecyl sulfate is an emulsifier and a penetrating agent; sodium acetate and sodium sulfate are water softener; sodium acetate is a strong alkali weak acid salt and has saponification effect on greasy dirt.

The application method of the degreasing, ash removing and phosphorus-free degreasing agent for the cold-rolled steel plate comprises the following steps: adding water according to the proportion of 5wt%, heating the bath solution to 50-60 ℃, putting the cold-rolled test piece into the bath solution for 3-6 minutes, taking out the cold-rolled test piece, washing the cold-rolled test piece with clear water, and drying the cold-rolled test piece with hot air.
The test results of the above examples and comparative examples are shown in Table 1, in which the shrinkage of the dyne pen indicates that the degreasing is not clean, and the higher the dyne pen model is, the cleaner the degreasing is.
