During specific work, the silver sheet vibrating disk 1101 conveys the silver sheet to the second vibrator 1102, the vacuum suction nozzle 1204 sucks the silver sheet to place the silver sheet on a product under the driving of the first horizontal driving cylinder 1202 and the second lifting driving, then the rotary disk 6 drives the product to rotate to the silver sheet detection mechanism 13, and the detection camera 1304 detects whether the silver sheet is placed in place.

In the structure, the upper electrode and the lower electrode are driven to move up and down, so that the resistance welding of the product can be realized, and the mode has the characteristics of simple welding and high welding yield.

then, the turntable 6 drives the product to rotate, the product rotates to the welding mechanism 15, the silver sheet positioning mechanism 14 positions the silver sheet, and the welding mechanism 15 welds the silver sheet and the contact together;
finally, the blanking operation is carried out, products are blanked into the funnel, if the products are good products, the good product flow channel 1602 is opened, the products flow into the roller 1604 through the good product flow channel 1602, the roller 1604 rotates ceaselessly, so that the blanked products continuously move forwards through the helical blades in the roller 1604 until falling into the good product box 1605, if the products are defective products, the defective product flow channel 1606 is opened, and the products fall into the defective product box 1607 through the defective product flow channel 1606 and the defective product transmission pipe.
