Abstract
本发明提供了一种光伏玻璃用水性高透光率减反射镀膜液,所述光伏玻璃用水性高透光率减反射镀膜液各组分及质量百分数如下:硅烷3%‑14%;催化剂0.1‑0.5%;稳定剂0.05‑0.5%;树脂1‑5%;表面活性剂0.1~2%;消泡剂0~0.2%;慢干溶剂3‑7%;去离子水70‑90%。本发明的光伏玻璃用水性高透光率减反射镀膜液的透光率增益可以达到2.3%以上,达到醇溶减反射镀膜液的透光率增益水平,可以完全取代醇溶减反射镀膜液,可以减少VOCs排放,保障了镀膜工人的健康,保护了生态环境,节省了成本;其不属于危险品,无刺激性气体挥发,生产、运输、储存、使用更加安全,节省成本;使用过程中不需要补充稀释液,大大节省了成本,并且易于控制覆膜层厚度,覆膜层更加均匀。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种光伏玻璃用水性高透光率减反射镀膜液及其制备方法。
背景技术
作为绿色能源的光伏产业得到快速发展,但是光伏减反射镀膜玻璃作为光伏产业重要的一环,每年在生产过程中却释放数以万吨的VOCs。这主要是因为目前市面上使用的减反射镀膜液99%都是以无水乙醇、异丙醇为主要溶剂的醇基镀膜液,70%-90%的含量再加上要用上同样多的醇类稀释剂,这样下来,相当于使用每吨镀膜液将产生1.7-1.9吨的VOCs。以目前每年消耗约1万吨的镀膜液计算,将产生1.7-1.9万吨的VOCs, 增加碳排放约60万吨。
有鉴于此,有必要对现有的镀膜液予以改进,以解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种光伏玻璃用水性高透光率减反射镀膜液,以解决现有镀膜液采用醇基作为溶剂导致碳排放过大的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种光伏玻璃用水性高透光率减反射镀膜液,所述光伏玻璃用水性高透光率减反射镀膜液各组分及质量百分数如下:硅烷3%-14%;催化剂0.1-0.5%;固化剂 0-0.5%;稳定剂0.05-0.5%;树脂1-5%;表面活性剂0.1~2%;消泡剂0~0.2%;慢干溶剂3-7%;去离子水70-90%。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述光伏玻璃用水性高透光率减反射镀膜液的硅烷包括不同的两种,即硅烷一和硅烷二,其中硅烷一的质量百分数为3%-10%,硅烷二的质量百分数为0%-4%。

本发明还提供一种如上述的光伏玻璃用水性高透光率减反射镀膜液的制备方法,所述光伏玻璃用水性高透光率减反射镀膜液的制备方法包括如下步骤:
S1:将硅烷3%-14%、去离子水5-15%、催化剂0.1-0.5%依次加入反应釜中,一边搅拌,一边油浴加热至70℃至90℃到回流,保持回流0.5-3h后,得到溶液A;
S2:在溶液A中依次加入固化剂 0-0.5%、稳定剂0.05-0.5%、树脂1-5%、表面活性剂0.1~2%、慢干溶剂3-7%、消泡剂0~0.2%、去离子水65-85%,一边添加一边搅拌,搅拌速度100-1000r/min,时间为0.5-2h,得到光伏玻璃用水性高透光率减反射镀膜液。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的光伏玻璃用水性高透光率减反射镀膜液的透光率增益可以达到2.3% 以上,达到醇溶减反射镀膜液的透光率增益水平,可以完全取代醇溶减反射镀膜液,可以减少VOCs排放,保障了镀膜工人的健康,保护了生态环境,节省了成本;其不属于危险品,无刺激性气体挥发,生产、运输、储存、使用更加安全,节省成本;使用过程中不需要补充稀释液,大大节省了成本,并且易于控制覆膜层厚度,覆膜层更加均匀;透光率增益、铅笔硬度、耐污性等性能指标和目前主流醇基减反射镀膜液保持同等水平;水性镀膜液膜层颜色较淡,可以解决组件不同视角颜色有差异的问题,组件外观更加美观。

其中,固化剂为可以选择添加的组分。
本实施例的所述光伏玻璃用水性高透光率减反射镀膜液可通过辊涂涂布基体玻璃上,在150-200℃固化30S-120S后进入钢化炉(550-720℃)进行钢化,形成多孔的二氧化硅主体结构,孔径大小为5-50nm,孔隙率15%-40%,厚度90nm-140nm,形成的涂覆层光透过率增益2.3%以上,达到市面上的醇基减反射镀膜液的水平,铅笔硬度、耐污性、耐候性均能符合要求。
在本实施例中,所述硅烷可以包括不同的两种,即硅烷一和硅烷二,其中硅烷一的质量百分数为3%-10%,硅烷二的质量百分数为0%-4%。

一般来说两种硅烷的水解产物性能会更好一点,并且在反应时间、稳定性、固化速度甚至是耐污性等性能上易于调整,它们是膜层中二氧化硅的来源。
硅烷只有在去离子水和催化剂存在的情况下发生水解,这种水解产物是很不稳定的,一般需要加一定量的固化剂才能保持稳定。在大量的水中,这种水解产物更加容易析出,甚至凝胶,所以还必须加入稳定剂让镀膜液保持相对的稳定。
所述树脂具有造孔的作用,它是本发明透光率增益高的关键因素,只有分子量大小合适、分子量分布窄的树脂才能造出形状规则、更加均匀的孔径,涂覆层才会有更高的透光率增益。
配方中加入一定量的慢干溶剂、表面活性剂和消泡剂是为了膜层获得更好的外观,消除涂覆层上的瑕疵。
所述催化剂为盐酸、硝酸、硫酸、磷酸、草酸、柠檬酸、乙酸、苹果酸、马来酸、氨水、四甲基氢氧化氨、氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾、一乙醇胺、二乙醇胺、三乙醇胺、AMP-95、一丙胺、二丙胺、三丙胺、2-丙烯胺、环丙胺、丙烯酰胺、正丁胺、三乙基胺、二乙烯三胺、环乙烯亚胺、哌嗪、吗啉中的一种或多种。

所述光伏玻璃用水性高透光率减反射镀膜液的制备方法包括如下步骤:
S1:将硅烷3%-14%、去离子水5-15%、催化剂0.1-0.5%依次加入反应釜中,一边搅拌,一边油浴加热至70℃至90℃到回流,保持回流0.5-3h后,得到溶液A;油浴温度优选为86℃左右;
S2:在溶液A中依次加入固化剂 0-0.5%、稳定剂0.05-0.5%、树脂1-5%、表面活性剂0.1~2%、慢干溶剂3-7%、消泡剂0~0.2%、去离子水65-85%,一边添加一边搅拌,搅拌速度100-1000r/min,时间为0.5-2h,得到光伏玻璃用水性高透光率减反射镀膜液。
本发明提供如下三种实施例。
实施例一:
所述光伏玻璃用水性高透光率减反射镀膜液各组分及质量百分数如下:
硅烷一:正硅酸四甲酯 6.5%;
硅烷二:丙烯酰氧基丙基三乙氧基硅烷 1%
去离子水 85.8%;
催化剂:乙酸 0.2%;
固化剂:2-丙烯胺 0.15%
稳定剂:三甲基丙氧基硅烷 0.1%
慢干溶剂:二乙二醇丁醚 4%
树脂:聚甲基丙烯酸树脂 2%;
表面活性剂:聚醚硅氧烷聚合物Tego 4500.2%
消泡剂:聚醚类Tego 843 0.05%
光伏玻璃用水性高透光率减反射镀膜液制备方法为:将正硅酸四甲酯6.5%、丙烯酰氧基丙基三乙氧基硅烷1%、去离子水10%、乙酸0.2%依次加入反应釜中,一边搅拌,一边油浴加热至86℃左右到回流,保持回流2h,放出溶液A。然后,在溶液A中依次加入去离子水75.8%、2-丙烯胺0.15%、三甲基丙氧基硅烷0.1%、二乙二醇丁醚4%、聚甲基丙烯酸树脂2%、Tego 450 0.2%、Tego 843 0.05%,一边添加一边搅拌,搅拌速度100-1000r/min,时间约为0.5h。
用太阳能玻璃提拉机将光伏玻璃用水性高透光率减反射镀膜液涂覆在10片35mm*
90mm*3.2mm的太阳能玻璃样片上,经180℃加热2分钟固化,得到淡蓝色的太阳能减反射膜
玻璃,然后将其在马弗炉700℃左右煅烧140秒左右,得到蓝紫色的太阳能减反射膜玻璃样
片。对样片进行增透性能、强度性能、耐候性能测试,结果如下表。

本实施例中光伏玻璃用水性高透光率减反射镀膜液制备方法为:将3-(2,3环氧丙氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷7.5%、正硅酸四乙酯1.5%、去离子水11%、草酸0.4%依次加入反应釜中,一边搅拌,一边油浴加热至86℃左右到回流,保持回流1.5h,放出此溶液A=备用。然后,溶液A中依次加入去离子水70.55%、三乙基胺0.15%、二甲基二乙氧基硅烷0.3%、三丙二醇甲醚5%、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸羟乙酯共聚物3%、丙烯酸酯BYK 381流平剂0.5%、TegoFoamex K3消泡剂0.1%,一边添加一边搅拌,搅拌速度100-1000r/min,时间约为1.5h。
用太阳能玻璃提拉机将光伏玻璃用水性高透光率减反射镀膜液涂覆在10片35mm*
90mm*3.2mm的太阳能玻璃样片上,经180℃加热2分钟固化,得到淡蓝色的太阳能减反射膜

本实施例中光伏玻璃用水性高透光率减反射镀膜液制备方法为:将苯基三甲氧基硅烷9.5%、去离子水18%、磷酸0.4%依次加入反应釜中,一边搅拌,一边油浴加热至86℃左右到回流,保持回流2.5h,放出此溶液A备用。然后,在溶液A中依次加入去离子水60.55%、二甲基二甲氧基硅烷0.4%、二丙二醇甲醚6%、MMA丙烯酸共聚物3.5%、Tego 410流平剂1.5%、BYK093消泡剂0.15%,一边添加一边搅拌,搅拌速度100-1000r/min,时间约为1h。
用太阳能玻璃提拉机将光伏玻璃用水性高透光率减反射镀膜液涂覆在10片35mm*
90mm*3.2mm的太阳能玻璃样片上,经180℃加热2分钟固化,得到淡蓝色的太阳能减反射膜

4.根据权利要求1所述的光伏玻璃用水性高透光率减反射镀膜液,其特征在于:所述催化剂为盐酸、硝酸、硫酸、磷酸、草酸、柠檬酸、乙酸、苹果酸、马来酸、氨水、四甲基氢氧化氨、氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾、一乙醇胺、二乙醇胺、三乙醇胺、AMP-95、一丙胺、二丙胺、三丙胺、2-丙烯胺、环丙胺、丙烯酰胺、正丁胺、三乙基胺、二乙烯三胺、环乙烯亚胺、哌嗪、吗啉中的一种或多种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的光伏玻璃用水性高透光率减反射镀膜液,其特征在于:所述稳定剂为三甲基甲氧基硅烷、三甲基乙氧基硅烷、三甲基丙氧基硅烷、二甲基二甲氧基硅烷、二甲基二乙氧基硅烷、二甲基二丙氧基硅烷中的一种或者多种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的光伏玻璃用水性高透光率减反射镀膜液,其特征在于:所述固化剂为氨水、一乙醇胺、二乙醇胺、三乙醇胺、AMP-95、四甲基氢氧化氨、氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾、一丙胺、二丙胺、三丙胺、2-丙烯胺、环丙胺、丙烯酰胺、正丁胺、乙二胺、己二胺、三乙基胺、二乙烯三胺、三乙烯四胺、环乙烯亚胺、哌嗪、吗啉。
7.根据权利要求1所述的光伏玻璃用水性高透光率减反射镀膜液,其特征在于:所述树脂为丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸、丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸乙酯、丙烯酸正丙酯、丙烯酸异丙酯、丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸异辛酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、甲基丙烯酸乙酯、甲基丙烯酸异丙酯、甲基丙烯酸正丙酯、丙烯酸正丁酯、甲基丙烯酸异丁酯、甲基丙烯酸异辛酯、丙烯酸羟乙酯、丙烯酸羟丙酯、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯、甲基丙烯酸羟丙酯、丙烯酸苯氧基乙酯、甲基丙烯酸苯氧基乙酯、甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯、甲基丙烯酸异冰片酯、丙烯酸月桂酯、甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三乙氧基硅烷、乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷中的一种或者几种单体的共聚物。
8.根据权利要求1所述的光伏玻璃用水性高透光率减反射镀膜液,其特征在于:所述慢干溶剂为二丙酮醇、丙二醇甲醚、丙二醇乙醚、丙二醇丁醚、乙二醇甲醚、乙二醇乙醚、乙二醇丁醚、二丙二醇甲醚、二丙二醇乙醚、二丙二醇丁醚、二乙二醇甲醚、二乙二醇乙醚、二乙二醇丁醚、三丙二醇甲醚、三丙二醇丁醚、三乙二醇甲醚、三乙二醇乙醚、三乙二醇丁醚、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯、乙二醇甲醚醋酸酯中的一种或者几种。
9.根据权利要求1所述的光伏玻璃用水性高透光率减反射镀膜液,其特征在于:所述表面活性剂为聚丙烯酸酯类、有机硅丙烯酸酯类、聚醚硅氧烷聚合物类、炔二醇类、炔二醇改性有机硅类、炔二醇聚氧乙烯醚类、有机硅聚氧乙烯醚类、多元醇聚氧乙烯醚类中的一种或多种。
10.根据权利要求1所述的光伏玻璃用水性高透光率减反射镀膜液,其特征在于:所述消泡剂为有机硅类、聚醚类、矿物油类、链烷烃类中的一种或多种。
11.一种如权利要求1-10任意一项所述的光伏玻璃用水性高透光率减反射镀膜液的制备方法,其特征在于:所述光伏玻璃用水性高透光率减反射镀膜液的制备方法包括如下步骤:
S1:将硅烷3%-14%、去离子水5-15%、催化剂0.1-0.5%依次加入反应釜中,一边搅拌,一边油浴加热至70℃至90℃到回流,保持回流0.5-3h后,得到溶液A;
S2:在溶液A中依次加入固化剂 0-0.5%、稳定剂0.05-0.5%、树脂1-5%、表面活性剂0.1~2%、慢干溶剂3-7%、消泡剂0~0.2%、去离子水65-85%,一边添加一边搅拌,搅拌速度100-1000r/min,时间为0.5-2h,得到光伏玻璃用水性高透光率减反射镀膜液。
