被称为增效剂的辅助剂被添加到许多叶面农药(特别是除草剂、杀菌剂和杀虫剂)的喷雾液中,以增加喷雾液滴对目标害虫的表面的粘附,促进其润湿以及活性物质向作用部位的渗透和输送。辅助剂的其它作用也很重要,例如增加活性物质在水中的溶解度,防止喷雾液滴的快速干燥和活性物质在喷射表面上的结晶,并限制喷雾液滴的随风漂移,从而减少环境污染。为此,通常使用基于表面活性剂(surface active agents,surfactants)、矿物和植物油、无机化合物(尤其是铵化合物)以及辅助助剂(其中最重要的是防止喷雾液滴因风而气泡和漂移的化合物)的活性辅助剂。由于这些单组分辅助剂的作用范围相对较窄,因此在农业实践中,使用单个组分具有不同功能且彼此互补的辅助剂混合物是合理的。这样的多功能辅助剂便于使用者使用,使植物保护产品的效力大大提高,并且在各种自然和技术条件下将其性能保持在高水平,以及能够减少所使用的农药的剂量,这带来了可测量的经济效益,并有助于减少农产品和环境的污染。其中,美国专利US5238604A和US5624883A以增加植物保护产品对杂草,疾病和害虫的有效性的辅助剂而闻名。这些辅助剂除了油或脂肪酸酯之外,还含有具有亲脂性性质的单一非离子表面活性剂,所述亲脂性性质具有低于10的亲水-亲油平衡(HLB)值,其主要功能除了降低表面张力之外,还能够在喷雾液中制备水-油乳液。这种类型的辅助剂具有许多显著的缺点,特别是(i)不含HLB高于10的亲水性表面活性剂,其优化了喷雾液滴在叶表面上的保留和活性物质向植物细胞中的渗透;(ii)不能将喷雾液的pH提高到7以上,因此不能保证活性物质(特别是来自磺酰脲组的除草剂)在水中的最大溶解度,因此这些物质以结晶形式保留在喷雾液中,并且仅在有限程度上渗透到植物细胞中。
根据现有技术,在美国和波兰专利中还描述了用于叶面除草剂的已知辅助剂,其含有脂肪酸甲酯、表面活性剂和将喷雾液的pH提高到7以上的化合物,其促进许多活性物质(特别是来自磺酰脲组的除草剂)的溶解。例如,在专利US6642178BB中,这种功能是通过将三乙醇胺(TEA)掺入到制剂中来实现的,在US6659720BB中提出的辅助剂中,除了TEA之外,无机碱例如氢氧化钾或氢氧化钠和伯氨基醇也可以作为缓冲剂来提高喷雾液的pH,而在专利PL201947B1中描述的辅助剂中,烷基二甲基聚氧乙烯氢氧化铵起到缓冲和提高喷雾液pH的作用。专利US8765637BB还描述了在油辅助剂的组合物中包括以乙氧基化椰子胺和对环境不友好的乙氧基化铊胺为代表的碱化组分的可能性。然而,这些辅助剂中没有一种对限制植物保护产品作用的最重要因素具有综合影响。
国际专利申请WO16055344A1公开了由聚甘油酯和例如乙氧基化胺形式的乳化剂组成的双组分辅助剂。本申请中公开的辅助剂不包含用于溶解植物表面上的表皮蜡的油馏分,其构成杀虫剂进入植物细胞的重要屏障。尽管有这一显著的缺点,但这种辅助剂已被用于提高杀虫剂的效力和减少喷洒期间喷雾液滴的风漂移。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种用于叶面农药的辅助剂,其没有所呈现的缺点,并且更全面地消除了最重要的限制因素。在对这种辅助剂进行的研究中,寻求一种组合物,该组合物具有高的生物降解性,保证喷雾液具有高的使用寿命,并确保所使用的活性物质的高溶解度、它们在喷射表面上的高保留率,还确保其充分覆盖和对目标害虫的活性渗透。
本发明的目的是用于叶面农药的辅助剂,特别是植物保护产物,包括除草剂、生物刺激剂、生长调节剂或肥料,所述辅助剂包括:
油组分,所述油组分是选自由植物油、植物脂肪酸甲酯、植物脂肪酸乙酯、植物脂肪酸丁酯或其混合物组成的组中的物质;以及
润湿-碱化-相容组分,其包括:
由烷基链长度为C13-15的乙氧基化烷基胺的混合物组成的碱性非离子表面活性剂;和
来自碳链长度为C12-22的植物脂肪酸的聚甘油酯组的非离子表面活性剂。
优选地,本发明的辅助剂包括:70-90重量%的油组分,所述油组分是选自由植物油、植物脂肪酸甲酯、植物脂肪酸乙酯、植物脂肪酸丁酯或其混合物组成的组中的物质;5-15重量%的由烷基链长度为C13-15的乙氧基化烷基胺的混合物组成的碱性非离子表面活性剂;以及5-15重量%的来自碳链长度为C12-22的植物脂肪酸的聚甘油酯组的非离子表面活性剂。
更优选地,本发明的辅助剂包括:80重量%的油组分,所述油组分是选自由植物油、植物脂肪酸甲酯、植物脂肪酸乙酯、植物脂肪酸丁酯或其混合物组成的组中的物质;10重量%的由烷基链长度为C13-15的乙氧基化烷基胺的混合物组成的碱性非离子表面活性剂;以及10重量%的来自碳链长度为C12-22的植物脂肪酸的聚甘油酯组的非离子表面活性剂。
优选地,植物油是菜籽油、大豆油、葵花油、亚麻籽油。
根据另一方面,本发明还涉及叶面喷雾组合物,其包括:选自由除草剂、生物刺激剂、生长调节剂或肥料或其混合物组成的组中的植物保护剂;本发明所述的辅助剂;以及水。
优选地,叶面喷雾组合物中的除草剂是磺酰脲除草剂。
具体实施方式
本发明所述的辅助剂是液体均质浓缩物,其确保在喷雾液中形成稳定的油-水乳液,将喷雾液缓冲在高于7的pH水平,从而使得活性物质(例如来自磺酰脲组的除草剂)能够容易地溶解,确保喷雾表面的充分润湿和活性生物物质对目标害虫细胞的活性渗透。这种辅助剂添加到农药的喷雾液中,强烈地增加了其中所含生物活性物质的活性,并允许在广泛的气候和技术条件下保持其高效性,即使在减少剂量的情况下,也显著地减少了风漂移,从而减少了破坏敏感邻里作物和用农药污染环境的可能性。
出乎意料的是,将另外的非离子表面活性剂从碳链长度为C12-22的植物脂肪酸的聚甘油酯组中添加至包含粗植物油(例如油菜籽、大豆、向日葵、亚麻籽和/或其它)和/或酯甲基、乙基或丁基脂肪酸的辅助剂的组合物和碱性非离子表面活性剂,该碱性非离子表面活性剂由烷基链长度为C13-15且HLB值为15的乙氧基化烷基胺的混合物组成,以使得可以制备透明、均匀且储存稳定的制剂,并且该制剂允许产生均匀、持久的油-水乳液喷雾液制剂。将另外的表面活性剂从脂肪酸的聚甘油酯的组中添加至本发明所述的辅助剂,以使得可以显著改善其流变性质和功能性质。
包含在本发明所述的辅助剂中的非离子表面活性剂中的C13[1]、C14[2]和C15[3]烷基链长度的乙氧基化烷基胺具有以下化学结构:
来自植物脂肪酸的聚甘油酯组的表面活性剂能够改善本发明所述的辅助剂的流变性质和功能性质,具有以下化学结构:
其中,n=2-20(聚合物中甘油分子的数目),R=C12-22脂肪酸。
本发明所述的辅助剂在-10℃至+54℃的温度范围内储存至少12个月期间是生物稳定(biostatic)且稳定的(stable)。当以0.5-2%的浓度添加到喷雾液时,其产生稳定的油-水乳液,该乳液在化学植物保护可接受的水平上保持至少12小时。本发明所述的辅助剂的一个重要优点是,它不仅可以在其制备过程中加入到喷雾液中,也可以在其商业生产阶段渗入到液体植物保护产物制剂中。
根据本专利申请的非限制性实施方案,提供了本发明的辅助剂组合物、以及使用该辅助剂与除草剂混合物的生物效应。
实施例I
配备有机械搅拌器的容器包括:700重量份的菜籽油脂肪酸甲酯,其在20℃下的粘度为4mm2/s,密度为0.85g/cm3;150重量份的碱性非离子表面活性剂,其由烷基链长度为C13-15且HLB值为15的乙氧基化烷基胺的混合物组成;以及150重量份的来自碳链长度为C12-22的植物脂肪酸的聚甘油酯组的非离子表面活性剂。
在20℃的温度下缓慢搅拌整个混合物约10分钟,直到混合物完全均质化。获得具有淡琥珀色的透明均匀组合物,在20℃下具有0.91g/cm3的密度和4.1mPa/s的运动粘度,并包含:70重量%的菜籽油脂肪酸甲酯;15重量%的碱性非离子表面活性剂,其由烷基链长度为C13-15且HLB值为15的乙氧基化烷基胺的混合物组成;以及15重量%的非离子表面活性剂,其来自碳链长度为C12-22的植物脂肪酸的聚甘油酯组。将所制备的辅助剂以1%的浓度引入水中,并在pH为8.28且静态表面张力为31.08mNm的情况下形成稳定的油-水乳液12小时。
实施例II
配备有机械搅拌器的容器包括:800重量份的菜籽油脂肪酸甲酯,其在20℃下的粘度为4mm2/s,密度为0.85g/cm3;100重量份的碱性非离子表面活性剂,其由烷基链长度为C13-15且HLB值为15的乙氧基化烷基胺的混合物组成;以及100重量份的来自碳链长度为C12-22的植物脂肪酸的聚甘油酯组的非离子表面活性剂。
在20℃的温度下缓慢搅拌整个混合物约10分钟,直到混合物完全均质化。获得具有淡琥珀色的透明均匀组合物,在20℃下具有0.89g/cm3的密度和3.4mPa/s的运动粘度,并包含:80重量%的菜籽油脂肪酸甲酯;10重量%的碱性非离子表面活性剂,其由烷基链长度为C13-15且HLB值为15的乙氧基化烷基胺的混合物组成;以及10重量%的来自碳链长度为C12-22的植物脂肪酸的聚甘油酯组的非离子表面活性剂。将所制备的辅助剂以1%的浓度引入水中,并在pH为8.12且静态表面张力为31.87mNm的情况下形成稳定的油-水乳液12小时。
实施例III
配备有机械搅拌器的容器包括:900重量份的菜籽油脂肪酸甲酯,其在20℃下的粘度为粘度为4mm2/s,密度为0.85g/cm3;50重量份的碱性非离子表面活性剂,其由烷基链长度为C13-15且HLB值为15的乙氧基化烷基胺的混合物组成;以及50重量份的来自碳链长度为C12-22的植物脂肪酸的聚甘油酯组的非离子表面活性剂。
在20℃的温度下缓慢搅拌整个混合物约10分钟,直到混合物完全均质化。获得具有淡琥珀色的透明均匀组合物,在20℃下具有0.87g/cm3的密度和3.3mPa/s的运动粘度,并包含:90重量%的菜籽油脂肪酸甲酯;5重量%的碱性非离子表面活性剂,其由烷基链长度为C13-15且HLB值为15的乙氧基化烷基胺的混合物组成;以及5重量%的来自碳链长度为C12-22的植物脂肪酸的聚甘油酯组的非离子表面活性剂。将所制备的辅助剂以1%的浓度引入水中,并在pH为7.54且静态表面张力为33.07mNm的情况下形成稳定的油-水乳液12小时。
实施例IV
研究了辅助剂组合物中聚甘油酯组的非离子表面活性剂对油-水乳液质量的影响,并令人惊讶地发现,该表面活性剂与菜籽油甲酯在水中的混合物即使在其制备后长达12小时仍保持非常好的质量。
*1-非常差(完全分层);5-非常好(整个体积中的均匀性)。
上表中给出的数据表明,包含来自聚甘油酯组的表面活性剂(根据实施例I-III的三组分组合物)作为辅助剂的油-水乳液与仅包含来自乙氧基化胺组的碱性非离子表面活性剂作为辅助剂的油-水乳液组合物相比更稳定,所述辅助剂具有C13-15烷基链长度和15的HLB值。
实施例V
还进行了根据实施例II制备的辅助剂组合物对在玉米中以推荐剂量和减少剂量使用的除草剂Hector Max 66.5WG(麦草畏+烟嘧磺隆+砜嘧磺隆)的除草有效性的影响(场研究,2018年和2019年的平均值,波兹南农学院,教育和实验系,布罗迪分部)。
上表中给出的数据表明,当在玉米中使用1.5升/公顷(L/ha)剂量的本发明实施例II中制备的辅助剂组合物与减少剂量的除草剂Hector Max 66.5WG(麦草畏+烟嘧磺隆+砜嘧磺隆)时,与在没有辅助剂的情况下以全剂量施用该除草剂相比,实现了更高的除草效果。本发明实施例II的辅助剂功效明显优于对比Trend 90 EC辅助剂。
Claims (6)
1.一种农药辅助剂,特别是植物保护产物,其包括:
油组分,所述油组分是选自由植物油、植物脂肪酸甲酯、植物脂肪酸乙酯、植物脂肪酸丁酯或其混合物组成的组中的物质;以及
润湿-碱化-相容组分,其包括:
由烷基链长度为C13-15的乙氧基化烷基胺的混合物组成的碱性非离子表面活性剂;和
来自碳链长度为C12-22的植物脂肪酸的聚甘油酯组的非离子表面活性剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的辅助剂,其包括:70-90重量%的油组分,所述油组分是选自由植物油、植物脂肪酸甲酯、植物脂肪酸乙酯、植物脂肪酸丁酯或其混合物组成的组中的物质;5-15重量%的由烷基链长度为C13-15的乙氧基化烷基胺的混合物组成的碱性非离子表面活性剂;以及5-15重量%的来自碳链长度为C12-22的植物脂肪酸的聚甘油酯组的非离子表面活性剂。
3.根据权利要求2所述的辅助剂,其包括:80重量%的油组分,所述油组分是选自由植物油、植物脂肪酸甲酯、植物脂肪酸乙酯、植物脂肪酸丁酯或其混合物组成的组中的物质;10重量%的由烷基链长度为C13-15的乙氧基化烷基胺的混合物组成的碱性非离子表面活性剂;以及10重量%的来自碳链长度为C12-22的植物脂肪酸的聚甘油酯组的非离子表面活性剂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的辅助剂,其特征在于,所述植物油是菜籽油、大豆油、葵花油、亚麻籽油。
5.一种叶面喷雾组合物,其包括:
植物保护产物,其选自由除草剂、生物刺激剂、生长调节剂或肥料或其混合物组成的组;
水;以及
权利要求1至4中任一项所述的辅助剂。
6.根据权利要求5所述的叶面喷雾组合物,其中,所述除草剂是磺酰脲除草剂。
