CN108049177A公开了一种珍珠防皱服装面料及其制备方法,通过纱线经特殊制备工艺制得的面料具有轻薄、透气、防皱的特性,但该面料无法在表面进行反光操作,因此不适合作为夜间反光领带的材料。
可见,并不是市面上普通的防皱面料与反光植珠膜复配使用就可以作为制备本发明所述的抗皱放光领带的面料。
发明内容
本发明的第一个方面提供了一种抗皱的反光领带,所述反光领带在结构上包括网布反光领带和/或基布反光领带,所述网布、基布均经防皱处理。
作为一种优选的实施方式,所述网布的材质包括棉质、涤纶、腈纶、锦纶、蚕丝、麻、莫代尔中的任意一种。
优选的,所述网布的材质为涤纶。
优选的,所述涤纶的经向密度、纬向密度为658×541根/10CM。
优选的,所述涤纶的网孔大小为1.5-5mm。
为了达到网布领带透气性和反光性的平衡,进一步优选的,所述涤纶的网孔大小为4mm。
作为一种优选的实施方式,所述基布的材质包括尼龙、呢绒、皮革、化纤、羊毛、混纺中的任意一种。
优选的,所述基布的材质为尼龙。
为了进一步达到领带的挺廓性,优选的,所述尼龙的经向密度、纬向密度为482×394根/10CM。
作为一种优选的实施方式,所述防皱处理为将网布和基布浸于防皱剂中2-5min,取出烘干。
作为一种优选的实施方式,按重量份计,所述防皱剂的制备原料包括:树脂基料50-100份、聚乙烯乳液30-50份、柔软剂10-30份、水200-300份。
优选的,按重量份计,所述防皱剂的制备原料包括:树脂基料80份、聚乙烯乳液40份、柔软剂20份、水260份。
作为一种优选的实施方式,所述树脂基料的粘度(25℃)为60-120Pa.s。
优选的,所述树脂基料包括聚氨酯树脂、丙烯酸树脂、聚醋酸乙烯树脂、有机硅树脂中的一种或多种。
优选的,所述树脂基料为聚氨酯树脂。
进一步优选的,所述聚氨酯树脂为水性聚氨酯树脂。
作为一种优选的实施方式,所述聚乙烯乳液的pH值为4.5-5.0。
申请人发现,聚乙烯乳液的酸碱性对网布和基布的防皱效果影响很大,在弱酸性条件下处理后的面料垂感度好,无变硬的现象。
作为一种优选的实施方式,所述柔软剂包括乙二胺四乙酸二酐、羟甲基纤维素、丙烯酸、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、硅油中的一种或多种。
优选的,所述柔软剂为乙二胺四乙酸二酐、丙烯酸、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚。
优选的,所述乙二胺四乙酸二酐、丙烯酸、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚的重量比为(0.1-0.5):(10-15):(2-8)。
进一步优选的,所述乙二胺四乙酸二酐、丙烯酸、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚的重量比为0.4:13:5。
所述防皱剂的制备方法为:将树脂基料、聚乙烯乳液、柔软剂、水搅拌混合均匀,即得。
作为一种优选的实施方式,在防皱处理后,所述网布、基布均经反光处理,所述反光处理包括网布、基布热压植珠膜。
所述反光处理的步骤包括:
(1)在亮银植珠膜的表面涂胶,涂层厚度为200-500μm,50-120℃烘干,在亮银植珠膜的表面同时贴覆经防皱处理后的网布和基布,进行第一次热压;
(2)剥离亮银植珠膜表面的PE-PET复合膜;
(3)将余下的结构进行第二次热压70-120℃并熟化3-5d;
(4)将基布与网布剥离,对基布进行第三次热压60-90℃,得到反光网布和反光基布。
本发明所制备的网布反光领带、基布反光领带可随意调节剪裁大小和形状,既可以嵌套式同时佩戴使用,加强反光效果,还可以根据温度或实际需要选择佩戴任意一种,反光效果同样良好。
本发明的第二个方面提供了一种抗皱的反光领带的制备工艺,包括将反光处理后的网布和/或基布剪裁缝纫,即得。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
1.本发明制备的领带无论是单独佩戴还是嵌套式佩戴在夜间具有良好的反光效果,可满足夜间工作人员对反光安全性的需求;
2.本发明的反光工艺中,网布材料上仅为网布织线处反光,网布空穴处无胶水无反光,且网布背面无渗胶现象,解决了现有技术中网布处渗胶从而易褶皱影响反光效果的问题;
3.经过本发明的防皱工艺,在反复揉搓和极端环境下,网布领带和基布领带均可以长时间保持整洁不皱、自然垂直的状态,以维持良好的反光效果,进一步维护了佩戴者在夜间的安全。
具体实施方式
实施例1
本实施例第一个方面提供了一种抗皱的反光领带,所述反光领带在结构上包括网布反光领带和基布反光领带,所述网布、基布先经防皱处理,后经反光处理。
所述网布的材质为涤纶,经向密度、纬向密度为658×541根/10CM,网孔大小为4mm。
所述基布的材质为尼龙,经向密度、纬向密度为482×394根/10CM。
涤纶、尼龙,购买自宁波中新腈纶有限公司
所述防皱处理为将网布和基布浸于防皱剂中3min,取出烘干。
按重量份计,所述防皱剂的制备原料包括:树脂基料80份、聚乙烯乳液40份、柔软剂20份、水260份。
所述树脂基料为水性聚氨酯树脂,粘度(25℃)为60-120Pa.s,购买自华峰集团,型号为JF-S-WV7030。
所述聚乙烯乳液的pH值为4.5-5.0,购买自翁开尔集团,型号为E383。
所述柔软剂为乙二胺四乙酸二酐、丙烯酸、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚以重量比为0.4:13:5复配。脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,购买自济南润辉化工有限公司,型号为AEO-9。
所述防皱剂的制备方法为:将树脂基料、聚乙烯乳液、柔软剂、水搅拌混合均匀,即得。
所述反光处理的步骤包括:
(1)在亮银植珠膜的表面涂胶,涂层厚度为200μm,80℃烘干,在亮银植珠膜的表面胶面同时贴覆经防皱处理后的网布和基布,进行第一次热压;
(2)剥离亮银植珠膜表面的PE-PET复合膜;
(3)将余下的结构进行第二次热压90℃并熟化3d;
(4)将基布与网布剥离,对基布进行第三次热压70℃,得到反光网布和反光基布。
亮银植珠膜,购买自杭州星华反光材料股份有限公司。
本实施例第二个方面提供了一种抗皱的反光领带的制备工艺,包括将反光处理后的网布和基布剪裁缝纫,即得。

本实施例第一个方面提供了一种抗皱的反光领带,所述反光领带在结构上包括网布反光领带,所述网布先经防皱处理,后经反光处理。

本对比例第一个方面提供了一种抗皱的反光领带,具体实施方式同实施例1,不同之处在于,所述树脂基料为水性聚氨酯树脂,粘度(25℃)为350-380Pa.s,购买自武汉仕全兴新材料科技股份有限公司,型号为8135。
本对比例第二个方面提供了一种抗皱的反光领带的制备工艺,包括将网布和基布剪裁缝纫,即得。
对比例3
本对比例第一个方面提供了一种抗皱的反光领带,具体实施方式同实施例1,不同之处在于,所述聚乙烯乳液的pH值为8-10,购买自江苏省海安县石油化工厂,型号为HA-soft80。
本对比例第二个方面提供了一种抗皱的反光领带的制备工艺,包括将网布和基布剪裁缝纫,即得。
对比例4
本对比例第一个方面提供了一种抗皱的反光领带,具体实施方式同实施例1,不同之处在于,所述柔软剂为乙二胺四乙酸二酐、丙烯酸、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚以重量比为0.4:1:1复配。
本对比例第二个方面提供了一种抗皱的反光领带的制备工艺,包括将网布和基布剪裁缝纫,即得。
性能测试
将实施例和对比例所制备的领带进行抗皱测试,具体参考AATCC124-2001织物抗皱免烫测试标准。
按照标准,将网布和基布面料裁剪成38*28cm的布块,按照轻薄织物的测试标准,在41±3℃下机洗8min,搅拌速度为119±2spm,水位为18±1gal,旋转速度为430±2rpm,干燥冷却10min。评级标准见表1。

1.一种抗皱的反光领带,其特征在于,所述反光领带在结构上包括网布反光领带和/或基布反光领带,所述网布、基布均经防皱处理。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗皱的反光领带,其特征在于,所述网布、基布均经反光处理,所述反光处理包括网布、基布热压植珠膜。
3.根据权利要求1-2任一项所述的一种抗皱的反光领带,其特征在于,所述网布的材质包括棉质、涤纶、腈纶、锦纶、蚕丝、麻、莫代尔中的任意一种。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的一种抗皱的反光领带,其特征在于,所述基布的材质包括尼龙、呢绒、皮革、化纤、羊毛、混纺中的任意一种。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的一种抗皱的反光领带,其特征在于,所述防皱处理为将网布和基布浸于防皱剂中2-5min,取出烘干。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种抗皱的反光领带,其特征在于,按重量份计,所述防皱剂的制备原料包括:树脂基料50-100份、聚乙烯乳液30-50份、柔软剂10-30份、水200-300份。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种抗皱的反光领带,其特征在于,所述柔软剂包括乙二胺四乙酸二酐、羟甲基纤维素、丙烯酸、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、硅油中的一种或多种。
8.根据权利要求6所述的一种抗皱的反光领带,其特征在于,所述树脂基料的粘度为60-120Pa.s。
9.根据权利要求6所述的一种抗皱的反光领带,其特征在于,所述聚乙烯乳液的pH值为4.5-5.0。
10.一种根据权利要求1-9任一项所述的抗皱的反光领带的制备工艺,其特征在于,包括将反光处理后的网布和/或基布剪裁缝纫,即得。
