CN108049177A公开了一种珍珠防皱服装面料及其制备方法,通过纱线经特殊制备工艺制得的面料具有轻薄、透气、防皱的特性,但该面料无法在表面进行反光操作,因此不适合作为夜间反光领带的材料。
可见,并不是市面上普通的防皱面料与反光植珠膜复配使用就可以作为制备本发明所述的抗皱放光领带的面料。

所述反光处理的步骤包括:
(1)在亮银植珠膜的表面涂胶,涂层厚度为200μm,80℃烘干,在亮银植珠膜的表面胶面同时贴覆经防皱处理后的网布和基布,进行第一次热压;
(2)剥离亮银植珠膜表面的PE-PET复合膜;
(3)将余下的结构进行第二次热压90℃并熟化3d;
(4)将基布与网布剥离,对基布进行第三次热压70℃,得到反光网布和反光基布。

将实施例和对比例所制备的领带进行抗皱测试,具体参考AATCC124-2001织物抗皱免烫测试标准。
按照标准,将网布和基布面料裁剪成38*28cm的布块,按照轻薄织物的测试标准,在41±3℃下机洗8min,搅拌速度为119±2spm,水位为18±1gal,旋转速度为430±2rpm,干燥冷却10min。评级标准见表1。

1.一种抗皱的反光领带,其特征在于,所述反光领带在结构上包括网布反光领带和/或基布反光领带,所述网布、基布均经防皱处理。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗皱的反光领带,其特征在于,所述网布、基布均经反光处理,所述反光处理包括网布、基布热压植珠膜。
3.根据权利要求1-2任一项所述的一种抗皱的反光领带,其特征在于,所述网布的材质包括棉质、涤纶、腈纶、锦纶、蚕丝、麻、莫代尔中的任意一种。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的一种抗皱的反光领带,其特征在于,所述基布的材质包括尼龙、呢绒、皮革、化纤、羊毛、混纺中的任意一种。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的一种抗皱的反光领带,其特征在于,所述防皱处理为将网布和基布浸于防皱剂中2-5min,取出烘干。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种抗皱的反光领带,其特征在于,按重量份计,所述防皱剂的制备原料包括:树脂基料50-100份、聚乙烯乳液30-50份、柔软剂10-30份、水200-300份。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种抗皱的反光领带,其特征在于,所述柔软剂包括乙二胺四乙酸二酐、羟甲基纤维素、丙烯酸、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、硅油中的一种或多种。
8.根据权利要求6所述的一种抗皱的反光领带,其特征在于,所述树脂基料的粘度为60-120Pa.s。
9.根据权利要求6所述的一种抗皱的反光领带,其特征在于,所述聚乙烯乳液的pH值为4.5-5.0。
10.一种根据权利要求1-9任一项所述的抗皱的反光领带的制备工艺,其特征在于,包括将反光处理后的网布和/或基布剪裁缝纫,即得。
