本发明公开了一种制备含生物基面料的方法,所述方法包括:纱材选择;整经;退浆水洗,坯布在30m/min速度,通过无张力退浆机,在退浆剂的作用下,保持布料在退浆机中5‑8min时间下,将纤维表面上的浆料、杂质清洗干净;染色烘干,采用正常尼龙染色工艺使得面料上色均匀;制备防水透湿薄膜,基于生物质防水剂制备防水透湿薄膜;复合工艺,基于PUR热熔胶作为粘合剂在防水透湿薄膜一面复合布料层,基于PUR热熔胶作为粘合剂在防水透湿薄膜另一面复合飘纱底布。基于该方法制得的面料,使得面料具有防水、透湿、轻质等功效,能给消费者带来很好的适应性。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织品技术领域,具体涉及一种制备生物基面料的方法。
背景技术
合成纤维是以石油为主要原料,石油作为一次性资源正面临日益枯竭的困境。同时,传统合成纤维还具有不可降解的特点。近年来,生物基纤维生产技术不断涌现,生物基化学纤维一直被认为是“绿色纤维”和“环保纤维”,首先,生物基纤维原料是植物、动物的副产物,具有可再生、可以实现可持续发展。其次,生物基化学纤维具有较低的碳足迹,生物基化学纤维所含碳原子全部或者部分来源于生物质。现有的生物基化学纤维已应用于纺织产品中,但现有技术缺乏一种制备含生物基面料的工艺,现有所生产的面料不能同时兼备防水、透湿、轻质等功能,其不能给消费者带来很好的舒适性。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种制备含生物基面料的方法,基于该方法制得的面料,使得面料具有防水、透湿、轻质等功效,能给消费者带来很好的适应性。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明实施例提供了一种制备含生物基面料的方法,所述方法包括:
纱材选择,经纱采用40-50D 尼龙56 DTY纱材,纬纱采用75D尼龙56ATY空气变形丝,设计成平纹组织,经纱密度170-180条,纬纱密度110-120条,合计密度总条数280-300条;
整经,在400-500m/min速度下,通过整经机将尼龙56纱整成整轴;
织布,在350rpm转速下,通过钢筘的前后运动和综框的上下运动,经纬纱互相交织,织成平纹组织的坯布;
退浆水洗,坯布在30m/min速度,通过无张力退浆机,在退浆剂的作用下,保持布料在退浆机中5-8min时间下,将纤维表面上的浆料、杂质清洗干净;
染色烘干,采用正常尼龙染色工艺使得面料上色均匀,选择定型机以40m/min速度、180℃温度下,布料在烘箱热定型1.5min时间形成布料层;
制备防水透湿薄膜,基于生物质防水剂制备防水透湿薄膜;
复合工艺,基于PUR热熔胶作为粘合剂在防水透湿薄膜一面复合布料层,基于PUR热熔胶作为粘合剂在防水透湿薄膜另一面复合飘纱底布。
所述染色烘干还包括:在生产过程中经过布目校正器,调整纬弯斜,使经纬纱垂直水平。
所述制备防水透湿薄膜包括:
选用生物质防水剂RUCO-DRY BIO NPE 50G/L,IPA 40G/L ,选择定型机以40m/min速度、180℃温度下,布料在烘箱热定型1.5min时间。
所述基于PUR热熔胶作为粘合剂在防水透湿薄膜一面复合布料层包括:
于温度40℃,湿度>90%,放置72小时,确保接着强力。
所述基于PUR热熔胶作为粘合剂在防水透湿薄膜另一面复合飘纱底布包括:
于温度40℃,湿度>90%,放置72小时,确保接着强力。

S11、纱材选择,经纱采用40-50D 尼龙56 DTY纱材,纬纱采用75D尼龙56ATY空气变形丝,设计成平纹组织,经纱密度170-180条,纬纱密度110-120条,合计密度总条数280-300条;此方式既可以确保面料耐磨损性,又提升了整体的棉感,改进了舒适度。
S12、整经,在400-500m/min速度下,通过整经机将尼龙56纱整成整轴;
S13、织布,在350rpm转速下,通过钢筘的前后运动和综框的上下运动,经纬纱互相交织,织成平纹组织的坯布;
S14、退浆水洗,坯布在30m/min速度,通过无张力退浆机,在退浆剂的作用下,保持布料在退浆机中5-8min时间下,将纤维表面上的浆料、杂质清洗干净;无张力退浆机进一步保证了纱线的蓬松特质,得以最大化的确保了经纱的低张力,蓬松手感;将织物经过退浆液浸轧处理,取出后水洗烘干;
S15、染色烘干,采用正常尼龙染色工艺使得面料上色均匀,选择定型机以40m/min速度、180℃温度下,布料在烘箱热定型1.5min(min即分钟)时间形成布料层;
在染色烘干还包括:在生产过程中经过布目校正器,调整纬弯斜,使经纬纱垂直水平。
S16、制备防水透湿薄膜,基于生物质防水剂制备防水透湿薄膜;
所述制备防水透湿薄膜包括:选用生物质防水剂RUCO-DRY BIO NPE 50G/L,IPA40G/L ,选择定型机以40m/min速度、180℃温度下,布料在烘箱热定型1.5min时间。
具体的,采用鲁道夫公司的生物质防水剂RUCO-DRY BIO NPE,该产品疏水成分基于>99%的天然生物质,原料来源于植物衍生物和食品加工废弃物。定型浸轧配方:RUCO-DRY BIO NPE 50G/L,IPA 40G/L,选择门富士定型机以40m/min速度、180℃温度下,布料在烘箱热定型1.5min时间。这里G/L指的是每一升的水里面含有药剂多少克,比如50G/L指的是每升水里面含有50克的RUCO-DRY BIO NPE药剂,IPA 40G/L指的是每升水里面含有40克的异丙醇渗透剂。
S17、复合工艺,基于PUR热熔胶作为粘合剂在防水透湿薄膜一面复合布料层,基于PUR热熔胶作为粘合剂在防水透湿薄膜另一面复合飘纱底布。
所述基于PUR热熔胶作为粘合剂在防水透湿薄膜一面复合布料层包括:于温度40℃,湿度>90%,放置72小时,确保接着强力。采用富乐公司PUR热熔胶作为粘合剂,复合生物质防水透湿薄膜,点胶量7G/M2;于温度40℃,湿度>90%,放置72小时,确保接着强力。
所述基于PUR热熔胶作为粘合剂在防水透湿薄膜另一面复合飘纱底布包括:于温度40℃,湿度>90%,放置72小时,确保接着强力。采用富乐公司PUR热熔胶作为粘合剂,复合30D DTY涤纶RECYCLE飘纱底布,点胶量6G/M2,一样经过温度40℃,湿度>90%,放置72小时,确保接着强力。

需要说明的是,该布料层采用纱材环保的生物基尼龙,生物质防水透湿膜采用生物质防水剂制成,该生物质防水不含有PFOS、PFOA、APEO等环境激素,不易在生物体内沉积、容易降解,对人体无害;采用PUR复合生物质防水透湿膜,该加工复合环保无异味,无甲醛,反应性胶水粘合,胶点持久,点胶量少手感柔软,成衣可以长效耐水洗;接触皮肤层再复合环保RECYCLE飘柔纱,飘柔纱底布有效保护膜材耐水洗性能,有效保护中间防水透湿膜材耐用性。衣服用的面料基于生物基尼龙层、防水透湿薄膜、飘纱底布复合成新型面料,使得面料具有防水、透湿、轻质等功效,能给消费者带来很好的适应性。该新型面料可以减少石油为原料的合成纤维,为实现碳中和作出相应贡献。以面料所制成的成品衣服质地柔软服帖,成衣防风防水透湿,面料抗磨损性好,可以轻松应对各种户外环境。

Claims (4)

1.一种制备生物基面料的方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
纱材选择,经纱采用40-50D 尼龙56 DTY纱材,纬纱采用75D尼龙56ATY纱材,设计成平纹组织,经纱密度170-180条,纬纱密度110-120条,合计密度总条数280-300条;
整经,在400-500m/min速度下,通过整经机将尼龙56纱整成整轴;
织布,在350rpm转速下,通过钢筘的前后运动和综框的上下运动,经纬纱互相交织,织成平纹组织的坯布;
退浆水洗,坯布以30m/min速度,通过无张力退浆机,在退浆剂的作用下,保持布料在退浆机中5-8min,将纤维表面上的浆料、杂质清洗干净;
染色烘干,采用尼龙染色工艺使得面料上色均匀,选择定型机以40m/min速度、180℃温度下,布料在烘箱热定型1.5min形成布料层;
制备防水透湿薄膜,基于生物质防水剂制备防水透湿薄膜;
所述制备防水透湿薄膜包括:
选用生物质防水剂RUCO-DRY BIO NPE 50g/L,异丙醇(IPA) 40g/L,对布料进行定型浸扎,选择定型机以40m/min速度、180℃温度下,布料在烘箱热定型1.5min;
复合工艺,基于PUR热熔胶作为粘合剂在防水透湿薄膜一面复合布料层,基于PUR热熔胶作为粘合剂在防水透湿薄膜另一面复合飘纱底布。
2.如权利要求1所述的制备生物基面料的方法,其特征在于,所述染色烘干还包括:在生产过程中经过布目校正器,调整纬弯斜,使经纬纱垂直水平。
3.如权利要求1所述的制备生物基面料的方法,其特征在于,所述基于PUR热熔胶作为粘合剂在防水透湿薄膜一面复合布料层包括:
于温度40℃,湿度>90%,放置72小时,确保接着强力。
4.如权利要求1所述的制备生物基面料的方法,其特征在于,所述基于PUR热熔胶作为粘合剂在防水透湿薄膜另一面复合飘纱底布包括:
于温度40℃,湿度>90%,放置72小时,确保接着强力。
