Abstract

Description

电子仪器
本发明涉及一种按权利要求1前序部分所述的电子仪器,尤其是自动化仪器。
这类电子仪器由Dirk Hesse博士所著1986年Markt和Technik出版社出版的“Handbuch des19”Aufbausystems”一书第286至293页所公开。此电子仪器由基本仪器和用于连接外导线的装置组成,在那里此装置设计为弹簧条。基本仪器由电子插件板组成,这些电子插件板装在插件板支架中。弹簧条有一外壳,外壳内装有弹性夹。弹性夹通过汇流条与弹簧簧条的弹簧电连通,这些弹簧在外壳的外侧,并与在基本仪器电子插件板上的前插头相配。在弹簧条插接状态下可通过其插入一个为张开弹性夹适用的工具例如螺丝起子的口,以及外导线可通过它插入弹性夹中的口,并列地位于外壳背对弹簧的那一侧。在插入剥去绝缘层的外导线之前弹性夹是闭合的。通过用工具向下压笼形拉簧张开弹性夹。在插入外导线和取走工具后,此弹性夹的夹紧面将导线平坦地压在汇流条上。由于插入工具用的操作口和用于外导线的口并列地设在外壳的同一侧,所以这种已知的用于连接外导线的装置有缺点,因为位置狭窄所以布线的设计费时和难以进行。同样,由于工具的阻挡可能看不见用于外导线的口,所以会导致弹性夹混淆而出现布线错误。
本发明的目的是提供一种电子仪器尤其是自动化仪器,它能方便地和防止出错地连接外导线。
为达到此目的,本文开头部分所述类型的该新型电子仪器具有权利要求1特征部分中所述特征。在从属权利要求中阐明了本发明的其他有利的改进。
下面借助于表示本发明实施例的附图,详细说明本发明及其设计和优点。
按本发明的电子仪器有一个未在图中表示的基本仪器,它可以传统的方式由插入插件板支架中的电子插件板构成。此外,它还设有用于连接外导线的装置,此装置的剖视图表示在附图中。在一种自动化仪器中,需要这一装置例如用于连接在外围插件板上的放射体(Aktor)和传感器。必要的接线在使用现场进行。在装置的外壳1内,垂直于图纸平面连接排列多个弹性夹,在图中只能看见其中的弹性夹2。弹性夹2通过扁触头3与弹簧4连接,弹簧4用于与图中没有表示的外围插件板的前插头触点闭合。在弹性夹2弹性臂的背面上压靠着一个可旋转地支承着的杠杆5。在杠杆背面上设有操作工具6、7或8例如螺丝起子的作用面,它可通过操作口A、B或C插入外壳1内,在杠杆5背面滑动,并将杠杆5向下压,最多压至止挡面9。在图中,作为工具插入操作口的螺丝起子尖端和可转动地支承着的杠杆5以及弹性夹2,它们处于止挡状态的位置用点划线表示。在弹性夹2张开时,一根同样用点划线表示的导线10,经同样从操作方向A可到达的口11插入。为了在此装置中安装多根连续排列的导线,沿着用于不同的在垂直于图纸平面内连续排列的弹性夹的口,设一个电缆通道12,在完成布线后此电缆通道12可用盖13关闭。
沿操作方向A既可在连接装置的插接状态,亦即当其已插在扁平插件板前插头上时,也可在它没有连接在基本仪器上时,进行布线或校正。最好在工具通过操作方向B或C的口插入时,用于外导线的口不因工具阻挡其视线。此外,大多要求连接装置能从插件板的前插头上拉开。为了易于找到确定的弹性夹的操作口,设有三种分属于各操作方向A、B、C的具有统一标记的口。为了同时张开多个弹性夹,还可以使用专用工具,例如梳状工具或曲杆式加压器,它被设计为将连接装置压紧在此工具中以便于布线。在这种情况下,可用双手将导线依次插入,并在取走专用工具的同时触点闭合。这样便使布线时容易得多。在沿操作方向A和B时,螺丝起子或梳状工具由于有自动夹紧作用所以没有辅助固定措施也能插住。因此在张开弹性夹时同样可以双手装配外导线。通过塑料杠杆打开弹性夹避免了与工具的电接触,以及防止弹性夹机械应力过大。杠杆5通过回转铰链悬挂,保证作用在弹性夹2上只有沿弯曲方向的分力,以及还能避免受到工具的伤害。

Claims (7)

1、一种电子仪器,尤其是自动化仪器,其有一个基本仪器和至少一个将外导线连接在此电子仪器上的装置,此装置可插接在基本仪器上,并在外壳(1)内至少有一个弹性夹(2),外壳(1)设有口,一个适用于张开弹性夹(2)的工具(6)可经此口沿第一操作方向(A)插入,以及,外导线(10)可沿此同一方向经此口插入弹性夹(2)内,其特征在于:有第二操作口,适用于张开弹性夹(2)的工具(7;8),可经此操作口,沿与第一操作方向(A)不同的第二操作方向(B;C)插入。
2、按照权利要求1所述的电子仪器,其特征在于:第二操作方向(B;C)基本上与第一操作方向(A)成直角或反向地延伸。
3、按照权利要求2所述的电子仪器,其特征在于:存在着第三操作口,通过此第三操作口,一个适用于张开弹性夹(2)的工具(8;7)可沿第三操作方向(C;B)插入,第三操作方向(C;B)基本上垂直于第二操作方向(B;C)延伸。
4、按照上述任一项权利要求所述的电子仪器,其特征在于:设有限制弹性夹(2)操作距离的机构(5,9),以防止过负荷。
5、按照权利要求4所述的电子仪器,其特征在于:限制机构(5,9)设计为一个可朝止挡(9)旋转地支承着的杠杆(5),工具(6,7,8)克服弹性夹(2)的复位力作用在此杠杆(5)上。
6、按照上述任一项权利要求所述的电子仪器,其特征在于:用于同样的弹性夹(2)的操作口作有相同的标记。
7、一种将外导线连接在按权利要求1所述的电子仪器上的装置,它可插接在此电子仪器的基本仪器上,以及,在外壳(1)内至少有一个弹性夹(2),外壳(1)设有口,一个适用于张开弹性夹(2)的工具(6),可通过此口沿第一操作方向(A)插入,以及,外导线(10)可沿此同一方向经此口插入弹性夹(2)内,其特征在于:有第二操作口,通过此第二操作口,一个适用于张开弹性夹(2)的工具(7;8)可沿一个与第一操作方向不同的第二操作方向(B;C)插入。
